Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed, zn\u00e1m\u00e9 tak\u00e9 jako za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ATEX, ozna\u010duje za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u011b navr\u017een\u00e1 pro bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed v prost\u0159ed\u00ed s nebezpe\u010d\u00edm v\u00fdbuchu. ATEX je zkratka pro<strong>&#8222;ATmosph\u00e8res<\/strong> <strong>EXplosibles<\/strong>&#8222;, co\u017e je evropsk\u00e1 sm\u011brnice upravuj\u00edc\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed specializovan\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v takov\u00fdch prost\u0159ed\u00edch.  <\/p>\n\n<p>C\u00edlem <strong>za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ATEX<\/strong> je zabr\u00e1nit t\u011bmto v\u00fdbuch\u016fm t\u00edm, \u017ee se zajist\u00ed, aby<strong> pou\u017eit\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/strong> bylo vhodn\u00e9 pro<strong> tato prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/strong> a minimalizovalo se tak riziko.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Co je to v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-medium is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/26-zone-atex-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"26 Z&#xF3;na Atex\" class=\"wp-image-1667\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/26-zone-atex-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/26-zone-atex-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/26-zone-atex.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>V\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra ATEX <\/strong>je prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m jsou v dostate\u010dn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed ve vzduchu p\u0159\u00edtomny ho\u0159lav\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, jako jsou plyny, p\u00e1ry, kapaliny nebo prach, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed riziko v\u00fdbuchu. Pojem &#8222;ATEX&#8220; odkazuje na evropskou sm\u011brnici 2014\/34\/EU, kter\u00e1 upravuje pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v t\u011bchto <strong>nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch prost\u0159ed\u00edch<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>V\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra m\u016f\u017ee vznikat v r\u016fzn\u00fdch typech pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00ed a na r\u016fzn\u00fdch pracovi\u0161t\u00edch, nap\u0159\u00edklad v chemick\u00e9m, ropn\u00e9m a plyn\u00e1rensk\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, v za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch na zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed odpadu, ve farmaceutick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, v t\u011b\u017eebn\u00edm pr\u016fmyslu, v potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu atd. Ho\u0159lav\u00e9 l\u00e1tky p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 v t\u011bchto prost\u0159ed\u00edch se mohou uvolnit n\u00e1hodn\u011b, nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i \u00faniku, \u00faniku, chemick\u00e9 reakci nebo p\u0159i specifick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch procesech. <strong>Ho\u0159lav\u00e9 l\u00e1tky<\/strong> p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 v t\u011bchto prost\u0159ed\u00edch se mohou uvolnit n\u00e1hodn\u011b, nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i \u00fanic\u00edch, rozlit\u00ed, chemick\u00fdch reakc\u00edch nebo<strong> specifick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch procesech<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>Aby byla atmosf\u00e9ra pova\u017eov\u00e1na za v\u00fdbu\u0161nou, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt sou\u010dasn\u011b p\u0159\u00edtomny dva kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 prvky: palivo a zdroj vzn\u00edcen\u00ed. Palivem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt plyn, p\u00e1ra, prach nebo ho\u0159lav\u00e1 kapalina, zat\u00edmco <strong>zdrojem vzn\u00edcen\u00ed<\/strong> m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt jiskra, otev\u0159en\u00fd plamen, hork\u00fd povrch, elektrostatick\u00fd v\u00fdboj atd. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Klasifikace v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Pro lep\u0161\u00ed pochopen\u00ed potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch nebezpe\u010d\u00ed se v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed rozd\u011bluje do r\u016fzn\u00fdch z\u00f3n podle pravd\u011bpodobnosti v\u00fdskytu a doby trv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnosti <strong>ho\u0159lav\u00fdch l\u00e1tek<\/strong>. Nej\u010dast\u011bji se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 klasifikace definovan\u00e1 normou ATEX, kter\u00e1 rozd\u011bluje z\u00f3ny do t\u0159\u00ed kategori\u00ed: z\u00f3na 0, z\u00f3na 1 a z\u00f3na 2 pro plynn\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed a z\u00f3na 20, z\u00f3na 21 a z\u00f3na 22 pro pra\u0161n\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<p>Zde jsou uvedeny hlavn\u00ed klasifika\u010dn\u00ed oblasti pro plyny, p\u00e1ry a prachy:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Z\u00f3na 0 (plyn\/v\u00fdpary) nebo Z\u00f3na 20 (prach<\/strong> ) : V\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra je p\u0159\u00edtomna nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b, dlouhodob\u011b nebo \u010dasto = 1000 hodin\/rok.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Z\u00f3na 1 (plyn\/v\u00fdpary) nebo Z\u00f3na 21 (prach<\/strong> ) : P\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m provozu je pravd\u011bpodobn\u00fd v\u00fdskyt v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 atmosf\u00e9ry = 10 a\u017e 1000 hodin\/rok.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Z\u00f3na 2 (plyn\/v\u00fdpary) nebo Z\u00f3na 22 (prach<\/strong> ) : V\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra je nepravd\u011bpodobn\u00e1 a vyskytuje se v zanedbateln\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed a po kr\u00e1tkou dobu = m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 10 hodin\/rok.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>V prost\u0159ed\u00ed s nebezpe\u010d\u00edm v\u00fdbuchu ATEX je nutn\u00e9 p\u0159ijmout vhodn\u00e1 preventivn\u00ed a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed. To zahrnuje pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s certifikac\u00ed ATEX, zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch postup\u016f, \u0161kolen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, <strong>\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zdroj\u016f vzn\u00edcen\u00ed<\/strong> a ho\u0159lav\u00fdch l\u00e1tek a prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed vhodn\u00fdch ochrann\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo v\u00fdbuch\u016fm a minimalizovala se rizika pro bezpe\u010dnost zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ATEX<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><strong> Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ATEX <\/strong>je speci\u00e1ln\u011b navr\u017eeno pro bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed v prost\u0159ed\u00ed s nebezpe\u010d\u00edm v\u00fdbuchu. Je vyrobeno tak, aby omezovalo riziko v\u00fdbuchu pomoc\u00ed specifick\u00fdch konstruk\u010dn\u00edch a stavebn\u00edch postup\u016f. Zahrnuje \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lu za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, jako jsou sv\u00edtidla, motory, sp\u00edna\u010de, senzory, komunika\u010dn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstroje.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ATEX mus\u00ed proj\u00edt p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdmi certifika\u010dn\u00edmi procesy, aby bylo zaji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee spl\u0148uj\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed normy. V\u00fdrobci mus\u00ed na sv\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch uv\u00e1d\u011bt podrobn\u00e9 informace o p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 kategorii ochrany, teplotn\u00ed t\u0159\u00edd\u011b, klasifika\u010dn\u00edch z\u00f3n\u00e1ch a dal\u0161\u00edch bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch prvc\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n<p>Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ATEX lze rozd\u011blit do dvou hlavn\u00edch kategori\u00ed: za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro <strong>plynn\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/strong> a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro <strong>prachov\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/strong>. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 kategorie m\u00e1 specifick\u00e9 vlastnosti ur\u010den\u00e9 k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti v prost\u0159ed\u00ed s nebezpe\u010d\u00edm v\u00fdbuchu. <\/p>\n\n<p>Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro pou\u017eit\u00ed v <strong>plynn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/strong> je navr\u017eeno tak, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo vzniku jisker nebo elektrick\u00e9ho oblouku, kter\u00e9 by mohly vyvolat v\u00fdbuch. Jsou vybavena ochrann\u00fdmi za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edmi, jako jsou nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 kryty a t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e1 zabra\u0148uj\u00ed vniknut\u00ed ho\u0159lav\u00fdch plyn\u016f. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je vyrobeno z materi\u00e1l\u016f odoln\u00fdch proti v\u00fdbuchu a je navr\u017eeno tak, aby se minimalizovalo riziko vzn\u00edcen\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro <strong>pra\u0161n\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/strong> je speci\u00e1ln\u011b navr\u017eeno tak, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo hromad\u011bn\u00ed ho\u0159lav\u00e9ho prachu. Jsou vybavena prvky, jako jsou speci\u00e1ln\u00ed filtry pro zadr\u017een\u00ed jemn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic, syst\u00e9my pro ods\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed prachu, kter\u00e9 eliminuj\u00ed usazov\u00e1n\u00ed prachu, a hladk\u00e9 povrchy, kter\u00e9 zabra\u0148uj\u00ed ulp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed ho\u0159lav\u00e9ho prachu. Toto za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je navr\u017eeno tak, aby minimalizovalo riziko vzn\u00edcen\u00ed prachu a v\u00fdbuchu.  <\/p>\n\n<p>V obou kategori\u00edch je nezbytn\u00e1 certifikace ATEX, aby bylo zaji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed spl\u0148uje po\u017eadovan\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed normy.
