Pokud<strong> je koncentrace zpracov\u00e1van\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e1<\/strong>, aktivovan\u00e9 uhl\u00ed se rychle nasyt\u00ed. N\u00e1r\u016fst hmotnosti adsorbentu je obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b m\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fd. Ukazatelem nasycen\u00ed uhl\u00edku je \u010dasto &#8222;n\u00e1vrat z\u00e1pachu&#8220;. Proto je v\u011bt\u0161ina <strong>filtr\u016f s aktivn\u00edm uhl\u00edm<\/strong> vybavena po\u010d\u00edtadlem hodin, tak\u017ee se uhl\u00ed vym\u011b\u0148uje po zn\u00e1m\u00e9m po\u010dtu hodin nebo po po\u010dtu teoreticky vypo\u010dten\u00e9m podle v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho vzorce.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru filtru s aktivn\u00edm uhl\u00edm je t\u0159eba vz\u00edt v \u00favahu n\u011bkolik parametr\u016f, zejm\u00e9na povahu t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek nebo <strong>plynn\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 se maj\u00ed \u010distit<\/strong>, pr\u016ftok vzduchu, provozn\u00ed teplotu a tlak. Obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee se uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 \u00fapravy pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed p\u0159i teplot\u00e1ch ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch ne\u017e 50 \u00b0C. \u010c\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed je teplota, t\u00edm ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed je absorp\u010dn\u00ed kapacita adsorbentu.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00da\u010dinnost a <strong>\u017eivotnost filtr\u016f s aktivn\u00edm uhl\u00edm <\/strong>je krom\u011b koncentrace ovlivn\u011bna \u0159adou faktor\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b kvality aktivn\u00edho uhl\u00ed, provozn\u00edch podm\u00ednek (teplota, tlak a vlhkost) a prachu obsa\u017een\u00e9ho v proudu. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je odfiltrovat \u010d\u00e1stice a prach obsa\u017een\u00e9 ve filtrovan\u00e9m vzduchu tak, aby p\u00f3ry uhl\u00ed nebyly nasyceny prachem. Vysok\u00e1 relativn\u00ed vlhkost vzduchu tak\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euje \u00fa\u010dinnost a <strong>\u017eivotnost uhl\u00edku<\/strong>.
