Tyto emise se vyskytuj\u00ed zejm\u00e9na v chemick\u00e9m, farmaceutick\u00e9m, automobilov\u00e9m, d\u0159evozpracuj\u00edc\u00edm, plastik\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m, mal\u00ed\u0159sk\u00e9m, n\u00e1t\u011brov\u00e9m a potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/cs\/nase-rady\/cov-processus-industriels-quelle-strategie-attenuation\/\">pr\u016fmyslov\u00fd proces<\/a>, od manipulace se <strong>surovinami a\u017e po kone\u010dnou v\u00fdrobu,<\/strong> p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto l\u00e1tek do ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Tyto emise mohou b\u00fdt sou\u010dasn\u00e9 nebo postupn\u00e9, v z\u00e1vislosti na specifick\u00e9 povaze pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch operac\u00ed a pou\u017eit\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f. K t\u011bmto emis\u00edm doch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159i pohybu, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed nebo v\u00fdrob\u011b chemick\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f. Pokud tyto<strong> suroviny obsahuj\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky<\/strong>, mohou je p\u0159i t\u011bchto operac\u00edch uvol\u0148ovat.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Operace s materi\u00e1ly<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed nebo mlet\u00ed pevn\u00fdch chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek vznikaj\u00ed jemn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice, kter\u00e9 se dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed do ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Pokud tyto l\u00e1tky<strong> obsahuj\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny<\/strong>, doch\u00e1z\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u011b k emisi t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chemick\u00e1 synt\u00e9za<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem chemick\u00e9 synt\u00e9zy mohou p\u0159i reak\u010dn\u00edm procesu vznikat pevn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice, vedlej\u0161\u00ed produkty reakce. Podobn\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k emis\u00edm t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dinidel a rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel nebo vznik<strong>plynn\u00fdch v\u00fdpust\u00ed<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Su\u0161en\u00ed a oh\u0159ev  <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i t\u011bchto operac\u00edch mohou vznikat jak<strong> \u010d\u00e1stice<\/strong>, tak<strong> t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky,<\/strong> proto\u017ee c\u00edlem je \u010dasto odpa\u0159it rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla a z\u00edskat such\u00e9 produkty. Plynn\u00e9 proud\u011bn\u00ed spojen\u00e9 s odpa\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edm rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel a pohybem produkt\u016f b\u011bhem su\u0161en\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st ke vzniku \u010d\u00e1stic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Balen\u00ed v\u00fdrobk\u016f, kter\u00e9 produkuj\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky a prach  <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i balen\u00ed a<strong> \u00faprav\u011b chemick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f <\/strong>ve form\u011b pr\u00e1\u0161ku nebo granul\u00ed vznik\u00e1 prach a t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, pokud je tyto v\u00fdrobky obsahuj\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obt\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1pachem v souvislosti s emisemi t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek a prachu v chemick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu<\/h2>\n\n<p>Krom\u011b<strong> rizik spojen\u00fdch s prachem a t\u011bkav\u00fdmi organick\u00fdmi l\u00e1tkami<\/strong> zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 z t\u011bchto chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek obt\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1pachem. Mezi tyto p\u016fvodce nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9ho z\u00e1pachu pat\u0159\u00ed : <\/p>\n\n<p>Rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla a organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v r\u016fzn\u00fdch chemick\u00fdch procesech nebo jejich interakce s jin\u00fdmi chemick\u00fdmi l\u00e1tkami emituj\u00ed :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong> aromatick\u00e9 t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky,<\/strong> jako je toluen<em>(sladk\u00fd, \u0161tiplav\u00fd z\u00e1pach po benz\u00ednu<\/em>), xylen<em>(stejn\u00fd jako toluen, ale \u0161tiplav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/em>), benzen<em>(sladk\u00fd, aromatick\u00fd z\u00e1pach<\/em>), naftalen<em>(z\u00e1pach podobn\u00fd z\u00e1pachu po mol\u00edch) atd.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Okysli\u010den\u00e9 t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky,<\/strong> jako je aceton<em>(<\/em> <em>\u0161tiplav\u00fd, ovocn\u00fd<\/em><em>z\u00e1pach<\/em> <em>, p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed lak na nehty a odlakova\u010d<\/em>), isopropylalkohol<em>(alkoholov\u00fd z\u00e1pach metylovan\u00fdch lihovin<\/em>), formaldehyd (\u0161tiplav\u00fd<em>, ostr\u00fd, dr\u00e1\u017ediv\u00fd, chemick\u00fd z\u00e1pach<\/em>) acetaldehyd<em>(\u0161tiplav\u00fd, dr\u00e1\u017ediv\u00fd z\u00e1pach se sladk\u00fdm n\u00e1dechem<\/em>),  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed s\u00edru<\/strong>, jako je merkaptan<em>(z\u00e1pach po zka\u017een\u00fdch vejc\u00edch),<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>dus\u00edkat\u00e9 t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky,<\/strong> jako jsou pyridiny<em> (\u0161tiplav\u00fd, nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd, l\u00e9\u010div\u00fd z\u00e1pach <\/em>), anilin<em> (\u0161tiplav\u00fd, m\u00edrn\u011b nevoln\u00fd z\u00e1pach) <\/em>a dal\u0161\u00ed aminov\u00e9 t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky<em>(\u0161tiplav\u00fd, ryb\u00ed z\u00e1pach, charakteristick\u00fd pro aminy<\/em>).  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Riziko ATEX spojen\u00e9 s emisemi VOC a prachu<\/h2>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina t\u011bchto t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 jsou emitov\u00e1ny <strong>chemick\u00fdmi l\u00e1tkami pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdmi jako suroviny<\/strong>, \u010dinidla, rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla, meziprodukty, vedlej\u0161\u00ed produkty chemick\u00e9 synt\u00e9zy nebo vedlej\u0161\u00ed produkty reakc\u00ed, p\u0159edstavuje riziko ATEX. Z\u00e1pach a souvisej\u00edc\u00ed rizika ATEX.   <\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak\u00e9 operace v automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu emituj\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky a prach?  <\/h3>\n\n<p>N\u011bkolik provoz\u016f ve stejn\u00e9m <strong>v\u00fdrobn\u00edm prostoru<\/strong> m\u016f\u017ee emitovat \u010d\u00e1stice a t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny sou\u010dasn\u011b nebo postupn\u011b.
