Z v\u00fdrobk\u016f pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch nebo vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fdch v pr\u016fmyslu se uvol\u0148uj\u00ed zejm\u00e9na rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla, kter\u00e1 obsahuj\u00ed v\u00fdpary a aerosoly t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Tato rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch procesech a p\u0159i \u00fadr\u017eb\u011b, \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a \u00fadr\u017eb\u011b. <strong>Impregnuj\u00ed <\/strong>vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed <strong>odpad <\/strong>a kontaminuj\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161enstv\u00ed a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Ve skute\u010dnosti ka\u017ed\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uje okoln\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed emisemi t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla maj\u00ed \u010dasto <strong>toxick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky<\/strong> a jsou snadno vzn\u011btliv\u00e1. V d\u016fsledku toho je ohro\u017eeno zdrav\u00ed a bezpe\u010dnost pracovn\u00edk\u016f a \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, co\u017e m\u00e1 ekonomick\u00e9 a pr\u00e1vn\u00ed d\u016fsledky.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Aby se t\u011bmto rizik\u016fm p\u0159ede\u0161lo, <strong>vy\u017eaduj\u00ed p\u0159edpisy mezn\u00ed hodnoty koncentrace t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek<\/strong> v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Jedn\u00edm ze zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak splnit tento po\u017eadavek, je zajistit \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 ods\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed kontaminovan\u00e9ho parami rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel pomoc\u00ed specializovan\u00e9ho filtra\u010dn\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kategorie rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel<\/h2>\n\n<p>Rozli\u0161uje se mezi :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Organick\u00e1 rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 uvol\u0148uj\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong> Vodn\u00e9 kysel\u00e9 nebo z\u00e1sadit\u00e9 roztoky<\/strong>. Uvol\u0148uj\u00ed kysel\u00e9 nebo z\u00e1sadit\u00e9 v\u00fdpary a t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky (organick\u00e9 kyseliny). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u010distic\u00ed prost\u0159edky, kter\u00e9<\/strong> uvol\u0148uj\u00ed kysel\u00e9 nebo z\u00e1sadit\u00e9 v\u00fdpary, a t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, pokud obsahuj\u00ed rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla (alkoholy, glykol\u00e9tery atd.), parf\u00e9my, barviva atd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vodn\u00e9 mikrobiologick\u00e9 roztoky<\/strong> emituj\u00edc\u00ed biologick\u00e9 aerosoly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rizika rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel a jejich dopad<\/h2>\n\n<p>Rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed rizika pro lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, <strong>po\u017e\u00e1r a v\u00fdbuch <\/strong>(riziko ATEX) a \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zdravotn\u00ed rizika spojen\u00e1 s rozpou\u0161t\u011bdly a jejich v\u00fdpary<\/h3>\n\n<p>P\u0159i kontaktu s rozpou\u0161t\u011bdly a jejich v\u00fdpary je \u010dlov\u011bk vystaven :  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"712\" height=\"478\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/toxique-1.png\" alt=\"Chemik v b&#xED;l&#xE9;m pl&#xE1;&#x161;ti a modr&#xFD;ch rukavic&#xED;ch p&#x159;edstavuje modrou chemickou l&#xE1;tku v lahvi&#x10D;ce.\" class=\"wp-image-33941\" style=\"width:500px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/toxique-1.png 712w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/toxique-1-300x201.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 712px) 100vw, 712px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>toxick\u00e1 rizika <\/strong>(zejm\u00e9na organick\u00e1 rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla),  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>rizika \u017e\u00edravosti<\/strong> (kysel\u00e9 a z\u00e1sadit\u00e9 vodn\u00e9 roztoky),  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>biologick\u00e1 rizika<\/strong> (mikrobiologick\u00e9 vodn\u00e9 roztoky).  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Dosahy jsou tvo\u0159eny :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>plicn\u00ed<\/strong> (pronik\u00e1n\u00ed do organismu vdechov\u00e1n\u00edm par nebo aerosol\u016f),  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>derm\u00e1ln\u00ed<\/strong> (kontakt s rozpou\u0161t\u011bdlem),  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>tr\u00e1ven\u00ed<\/strong> (nap\u0159\u00edklad j\u00eddlo nebo pit\u00ed kontaminovan\u00e9 rozpou\u0161t\u011bdly p\u0159es ruce).  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Po\u0161kozeny mohou b\u00fdt i dal\u0161\u00ed org\u00e1ny, v\u010detn\u011b srdce, mozku, jater a ledvin. \u00da\u010dinky se mohou pohybovat od m\u00edrn\u00fdch, a tedy vratn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f (bolest hlavy, nevolnost, podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed atd.) a\u017e po z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky nebo onemocn\u011bn\u00ed (ztr\u00e1ta v\u011bdom\u00ed, cirh\u00f3za, rakovina, mutace bun\u011bk, reproduk\u010dn\u00ed probl\u00e9my atd.).  <\/p>\n\n<p>M\u00edra \u00fa\u010dinku z\u00e1vis\u00ed na  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>toxicita chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek v<\/strong> rozpou\u0161t\u011bdle,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong> cesta pr\u016fniku<\/strong> do lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>d\u00e1vky, kterou<\/strong> pracovn\u00edk <strong>obdr\u017e\u00ed<\/strong> p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9 expozici,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u010detnost expozice <\/strong>rozpou\u0161t\u011bdlu,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fyzick\u00e1 n\u00e1maha, kterou zam\u011bstnanec vynalo\u017eil v dob\u011b<strong>expozice inhalac\u00ed<\/strong>, jeho biologick\u00e1 reakce na expozici souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s jeho genetickou v\u00fdbavou, zdravotn\u00ed stav exponovan\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edka, jeho prost\u0159ed\u00ed a \u017eivotn\u00ed styl atd.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina intoxikac\u00ed je zp\u016fsobena vdechnut\u00edm par nebo aerosol\u016f rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel. Vysok\u00e1 teplota rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla nebo m\u00edstnosti, velk\u00e1 <strong>odpa\u0159ovac\u00ed plocha rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla<\/strong> a pr\u016fvan podporuj\u00ed pr\u016fnik plicn\u00ed cestou.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed riziko, kter\u00e9 p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla a jejich v\u00fdpary.<\/h3>\n\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina organick\u00fdch rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel se vzn\u00edt\u00ed. Pokud nejsou p\u0159\u00edmo v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1, mohou podm\u00ednky jejich pou\u017eit\u00ed v\u00e9st k <strong>v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 atmosf\u00e9\u0159e (ATEX)<\/strong>. Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed riziko z\u00e1vis\u00ed na fyzik\u00e1ln\u011b-chemick\u00fdch vlastnostech ka\u017ed\u00e9ho rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla: bod vzplanut\u00ed, teplota samovzn\u00edcen\u00ed, rozsah v\u00fdbu\u0161nosti, hustota par; a na zdroj\u00edch vzn\u00edcen\u00ed par rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla: plamen, hork\u00fd povrch, statick\u00e1 elekt\u0159ina atd. Po\u017e\u00e1ry a v\u00fdbuchy <strong>maj\u00ed fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed a chemick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky<\/strong> na pracovn\u00edky a m\u00edstn\u00ed obyvatele, budovy a<a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/cs\/nase-rada\/tekave-organicke-latky-v-prumyslovych-procesech-ktera-strategie-zmirnovani-emisi\/\">p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho are\u00e1lu<\/a> a jeho okol\u00ed.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Riziko pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 rozpou\u0161t\u011bdly a v\u00fdpary.<\/h3>\n\n<p>Emise par rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel a vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<strong> kapaln\u00fdch rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong> ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, vody a p\u016fdy. Doch\u00e1z\u00ed v\u0161ak tak\u00e9 k nep\u0159\u00edm\u00e9mu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bchto t\u0159\u00ed ekologick\u00fdch slo\u017eek prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fd spad,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>odpa\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel absorbovan\u00fdch do p\u016fdy a vody,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rozklad rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel na nebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed l\u00e1tky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>absorpce rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel \u017eiv\u00fdmi organismy a jejich bioakumulace.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed rozpou\u0161t\u011bdly<\/strong> p\u0159\u00edmo ovliv\u0148uje \u010dlov\u011bka, faunu a fl\u00f3ru. Vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed z pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho are\u00e1lu m\u00e1 nep\u0159\u00edmo za n\u00e1sledek p\u0159\u00edtomnost rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel v pitn\u00e9 vod\u011b, rostlin\u00e1ch a ryb\u00e1ch. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak\u00e9 p\u0159edpisy ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel?<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Francouzsk\u00fd z\u00e1kon\u00edk pr\u00e1ce k prevenci rizik spojen\u00fdch s rozpou\u0161t\u011bdly na pracovi\u0161ti<\/h3>\n\n<p>Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel se t\u00fdk\u00e1<strong> mnoha aspekt\u016f francouzsk\u00e9ho z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce,<\/strong> zejm\u00e9na \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se bezpe\u010dnosti a ochrany zdrav\u00ed p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci. Z\u00e1kon\u00edk pr\u00e1ce zahrnuje povinnosti zam\u011bstnavatele t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>zachycov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed na pracovi\u0161ti,<\/strong> zejm\u00e9na v\u00fdpar\u016f a aerosol\u016f.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zabr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed nebezpe\u010d\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ru a v\u00fdbuchu (riziko ATEX) p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>shodu za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na pracovi\u0161ti, kter\u00e9<\/strong> pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 nebo zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla nebo jejich v\u00fdpary,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>prevence chemick\u00fdch, CMR<\/strong> a biologick\u00fdch <strong>rizik, kter\u00e1<\/strong> p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed chemick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny v rozpou\u0161t\u011bdlech&#8230;  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">K\u00f3d \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro \u00fa\u010dinky emis\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek z rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel<\/h3>\n\n<p>Francouzsk\u00fd z\u00e1kon\u00edk o \u017eivotn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 prevenc\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed z b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch (rozpt\u00fdlen\u00fdch a kanalizovan\u00fdch) nebo havarijn\u00edch \u00fanik\u016f rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel do \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Stanovuje mezn\u00ed hodnoty emis\u00ed do \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro jednotliv\u00e9 t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed z rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel. Pokud spot\u0159eba rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed ur\u010ditou mezn\u00ed hodnotu stanovenou podle \u010dinnosti, podl\u00e9h\u00e1 podnik p\u0159edpis\u016fm upravuj\u00edc\u00edm <strong>za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed klasifikovan\u00e1 z hlediska ochrany \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed (ICPE)<\/strong>. Z\u00e1kon o \u017eivotn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e upravuje nakl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed s odpady souvisej\u00edc\u00edmi s pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Z\u00e1kon o ve\u0159ejn\u00e9m zdrav\u00ed pro \u00fa\u010dinky emis\u00ed rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel na ve\u0159ejnost<\/h3>\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kon o ve\u0159ejn\u00e9m zdrav\u00ed se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 zdravotn\u00edmi dopady pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a emis\u00ed <strong>rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel na \u0161irokou ve\u0159ejnost<\/strong>, zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i \u010dinnostech, kter\u00e9 nejsou klasifikov\u00e1ny jako ICPE, v pitn\u00e9 vod\u011b, v odpadn\u00edch vod\u00e1ch apod.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Z\u00e1kon\u00edk soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed pro nemoci z povol\u00e1n\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel<\/h3>\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kon\u00edk soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed se vztahuje na pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel, kter\u00e1 mohou zp\u016fsobit nemoci z povol\u00e1n\u00ed, a z toho plynouc\u00ed odvody. Stanov\u00ed povinnosti zam\u011bstnavatele poskytovat informace <strong>r\u016fzn\u00fdm org\u00e1n\u016fm soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed<\/strong> (zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovny, penzijn\u00ed fondy atd.). <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u0159edpisy ADR pro logistiku rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel v pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch are\u00e1lech<\/h3>\n\n<p>Evropsk\u00e1 dohoda o mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed silni\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159eprav\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed (ADR) zohled\u0148uje rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla ve v\u00edce ohledech: kompatibilitu obal\u016f rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel p\u0159i p\u0159eprav\u011b (od kanystru po cisternu) a specifick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky <strong>manipulace s rozpou\u0161t\u011bdly p\u0159i vykl\u00e1dce a nakl\u00e1dce v pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch are\u00e1lech.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u016fzn\u00e9 techniky extrakce par rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel nebo aerosol\u016f.<\/h2>\n\n<p>Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed inhala\u010dn\u00ed expozice osob pracuj\u00edc\u00edch v pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9m are\u00e1lu vy\u017eaduje zachycen\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek a aerosol\u016f rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel za \u00fa\u010delem vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/quelles-sources-cov-contribuent-degrader-qualite-air-site-industriel\/\">okoln\u00edho ovzdu\u0161\u00ed<\/a>.
