Zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed efektivn\u00edho provozu a prodlou\u017een\u00ed \u017eivotnosti tohoto za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je ot\u00e1zkou preventivn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eby. Odlu\u010dova\u010d prachu je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed syst\u00e9mu odpra\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed. Aby byl odlu\u010dova\u010d prachu v dobr\u00e9m provozn\u00edm stavu, je nezbytn\u00e9 <strong>pravideln\u011b kontrolovat a udr\u017eovat n\u011bkter\u00e9 jeho kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1sti<\/strong>. Ty se budou li\u0161it v z\u00e1vislosti na typu pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho sb\u011bra\u010de prachu. Zde jsou uvedeny n\u011bkter\u00e9 hlavn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba udr\u017eovat v <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/cs\/produits\/depoussiereurs-industriels\/\">pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9m odlu\u010dova\u010di prachu<\/a>. V z\u00e1vislosti na typu odlu\u010dova\u010de prachu jsou \u010dasto nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. Nadm\u011brn\u00e9 hromad\u011bn\u00ed <strong>prachu vede k ucp\u00e1n\u00ed povrchu<\/strong> t\u011bchto sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u011b ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed odlu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed plynu\/prachu. Rozlo\u017een\u00ed materi\u00e1lu na jejich povrchu by se m\u011blo vizu\u00e1ln\u011b kontrolovat, aby se odhalily p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 anom\u00e1lie.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Ve filtra\u010dn\u00edm <strong>za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s filtra\u010dn\u00ed vrstvou<\/strong> m\u00e1 filtra\u010dn\u00ed m\u00e9dium podobu s\u00e1\u010dku, kapsy nebo kazety. Filtra\u010dn\u00ed vlo\u017eka se m\u016f\u017ee \u010dasem opot\u0159ebovat v d\u016fsledku ot\u011bru prachov\u00fdmi \u010d\u00e1sticemi. Nezapome\u0148te jej v pravideln\u00fdch intervalech kontrolovat, zda nevykazuje zn\u00e1mky opot\u0159eben\u00ed, roztr\u017een\u00ed nebo po\u0161kozen\u00ed. Preventivn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eba zahrnuje pl\u00e1novanou v\u00fdm\u011bnu filtra\u010dn\u00edch m\u00e9di\u00ed podle jejich p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00e9 \u017eivotnosti nebo podle doporu\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdrobce. Odlu\u010dova\u010d prachu m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vybaven sondou pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed \u010distoty vzduchu (opacimetr, triboelektrick\u00e1 sonda), kter\u00e1 odhal\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 net\u011bsnosti (trhliny, \u0161patn\u00e9 upevn\u011bn\u00ed atd.).    <\/p>\n\n<p>V <strong>p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b elektrostatick\u00e9ho odlu\u010dova\u010de<\/strong> funguj\u00ed elektrody jako filtra\u010dn\u00ed prvky. Je nutn\u00e1 pravideln\u00e1 vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed kontrola, aby se zjistily zn\u00e1mky opot\u0159eben\u00ed, praskliny a struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed. Hromad\u011bn\u00ed prachu na elektrod\u00e1ch sni\u017euje \u00fa\u010dinnost odlu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stic. Elektrody pravideln\u011b \u010dist\u011bte, abyste odstranili n\u00e1nosy \u010d\u00e1stic.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>V cyklonov\u00e9m odlu\u010dova\u010di prachu<\/strong> se prach dost\u00e1v\u00e1 odst\u0159edivou silou do vnit\u0159n\u00edch obvodov\u00fdch st\u011bn. Odlu\u010dova\u010de prachu nov\u00e9 generace jsou obvykle vybaveny kontinu\u00e1ln\u00edm m\u011b\u0159en\u00edm diferen\u010dn\u00edho tlaku, kter\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159\u00ed zanesen\u00ed filtra\u010dn\u00edho m\u00e9dia. <strong>\u010ci\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed se spou\u0161t\u00ed a zastavuje podle parametru diferen\u010dn\u00edho tlaku<\/strong>.      <\/p>\n\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b<strong> cyklonov\u00e9ho odlu\u010dova\u010de prachu<\/strong> je pro provozn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost cyklonu d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd rozd\u00edl mezi vnit\u0159n\u00edm tlakem cyklonu zp\u016fsoben\u00fdm odst\u0159e\u010fov\u00e1n\u00edm a atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdm tlakem. Zkontrolujte provozn\u00ed tlak cyklonov\u00e9ho odlu\u010dova\u010de prachu, abyste se ujistili, \u017ee odpov\u00edd\u00e1 \u00fadaj\u016fm v\u00fdrobce. V\u00fdrazn\u00e9 odchylky by mohly znamenat provozn\u00ed probl\u00e9my.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0158\u00edzen\u00ed pr\u016ftoku vzduchu<\/h3>\n\n<p>Zkontrolujte, zda <strong>proud vzduchu proch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed sb\u011bra\u010dem prachu<\/strong> odpov\u00edd\u00e1 specifikac\u00edm v\u00fdrobce. V\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zm\u011bny mohou nazna\u010dovat probl\u00e9my se syst\u00e9mem. Ty mohou m\u00edt n\u011bkolik p\u016fvod\u016f; nap\u0159:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mohlo by doj\u00edt k poru\u0161e <strong>ventil\u00e1tor\u016f a motor\u016f<\/strong>, co\u017e by m\u011blo za n\u00e1sledek sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed pr\u016ftoku vzduchu.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong> Vzduchov\u00e9 kan\u00e1ly<\/strong> mohou b\u00fdt ucpan\u00e9 nahromad\u011bn\u00fdm prachem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sn\u00edma\u010de pr\u016ftoku <\/strong>nebo tlaku vzduchu nemus\u00ed pracovat spr\u00e1vn\u011b.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Filtra\u010dn\u00ed m\u00e9dia<\/strong> jsou zanesen\u00e1  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\u010ci\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a kontrola stavu a spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 funkce t\u011bchto r\u016fzn\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed zajist\u00ed, \u017ee spot\u0159ebi\u010d bude udr\u017eov\u00e1n v po\u017eadovan\u00e9m stavu.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kontrola t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed a \u0161rouben\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n<p>Jak\u00fdkoli<strong> \u00fanik vzduchu<\/strong> sni\u017euje \u00fa\u010dinnost syst\u00e9mu ods\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed prachu. Proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zajistit, aby t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed, armatury a spoje byly v dobr\u00e9m stavu. To zahrnuje pravidelnou kontrolu za \u00fa\u010delem zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdch \u00fanik\u016f vzduchu a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby v\u00fdm\u011bnu vadn\u00fdch t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed nebo se\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed spoj\u016f, to v\u0161e v r\u00e1mci preventivn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eby. Krom\u011b toho   <strong> <\/strong>zejm\u00e9na zkontrolujte, zda<strong>t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed <\/strong>mezi prostorem pro zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch<strong> <\/strong>a prostor pro \u010dist\u00fd vzduch je perfektn\u00ed. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pochybnost\u00ed lze prov\u00e9st zkou\u0161ku t\u011bsnosti pomoc\u00ed fluorescen\u010dn\u00edho pr\u00e1\u0161ku (fluoresceinu) vst\u0159\u00edknut\u00e9ho do potrub\u00ed a UV lampy, kter\u00e1 odhal\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 stopy tohoto pr\u00e1\u0161ku na stran\u011b filtru \u010dist\u00e9ho vzduchu. Poloha t\u011bchto stop ukazuje na p\u016fvod net\u011bsnosti.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kontrola \u010distic\u00edho syst\u00e9mu  <\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>V odlu\u010dova\u010di prachu s filtra\u010dn\u00ed vrstvou<\/strong> je t\u0159eba filtra\u010dn\u00ed prvky pravideln\u011b \u010distit. V z\u00e1vislosti na typu sb\u011bra\u010de prachu mohou b\u00fdt techniky \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed manu\u00e1ln\u00ed nebo automatick\u00e9. Zahrnuj\u00ed oklep\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, zp\u011btn\u00e9 vyfukov\u00e1n\u00ed vzduchem, vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu a myt\u00ed. M\u011bly by se zkontrolovat n\u011bkter\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1sti: kompresor (hladina oleje, vypou\u0161t\u011bc\u00ed ventil, kazeta vzduchov\u00e9ho filtru atd.), regul\u00e1tor tlaku, rozd\u011blova\u010d stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu (zkontrolujte, zda jsou t\u011bsnic\u00ed krou\u017eky v dobr\u00e9m stavu), elektromagnetick\u00e9 ventily (\u00farove\u0148 opot\u0159eben\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 zaseknut\u00ed), vst\u0159ikova\u010d (\u00farove\u0148 opot\u0159eben\u00ed), <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/cs\/produits\/bras-dispositifs-captation\/capot-industriel\/\">sn\u00edma\u010de tlaku vzduchu.<\/a> Preventivn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eba m\u016f\u017ee zahrnovat v\u00fdm\u011bnu n\u011bkter\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed nebo resetov\u00e1n\u00ed parametr\u016f. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pokud <strong>vysava\u010d pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k<\/strong> \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed <strong>reverzn\u00ed proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu<\/strong>, zkontrolujte, zda motorizovan\u00fd ventil\u00e1tor pracuje spr\u00e1vn\u011b (viz n\u00ed\u017ee).  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pokud se jedn\u00e1 o metodu mechanick\u00e9ho t\u0159ep\u00e1n\u00ed, je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eby i kontrola mechanick\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bez ohledu na metodu \u00fadr\u017eba otestuje automatick\u00fd \u010distic\u00ed syst\u00e9m a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby jej uprav\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>V <strong>p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b elektrostatick\u00fdch odlu\u010dova\u010d\u016f<\/strong> se k odstran\u011bn\u00ed prachov\u00fdch usazenin na sb\u011brn\u00fdch elektrod\u00e1ch pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nebo jin\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, jako jsou vibra\u010dn\u00ed kladiva, mechanick\u00e9 \u0161krabky, rota\u010dn\u00ed kart\u00e1\u010de, ultrazvukov\u00e9 emitory a tlakov\u00e9 vodn\u00ed injektory.
