Byli jsme po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1ni o pr\u00e1ci na komplexn\u00edm projektu: instalovat 132 sloup\u016f pro zachycen\u00ed zdroj\u016f nad ka\u017edou s\u00edtotiskovou stanic\u00ed a ka\u017ed\u00fdm oper\u00e1torem. A\u010dkoli se jejich p\u016fvodn\u00ed n\u00e1pad zd\u00e1l slibn\u00fd, uk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee je velmi n\u00e1kladn\u00fd a energeticky extr\u00e9mn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd. Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed jsme ve spole\u010dnosti Obera<a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/cs\/nase-rady\/traitement-odeurs-industrielles\/\"> odborn\u00edky na \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch pach\u016f a t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek <\/a>, a tak jsme jim mohli s jejich slo\u017eit\u00fdm projektem pomoci.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Abychom efektivn\u011bji a hospod\u00e1rn\u011bji uspokojili jejich pot\u0159eby, navrhli jsme inovativn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed: <strong>instalaci 15 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed epur50 vybaven\u00fdch kazetami s aktivn\u00edm uhl\u00edm<\/strong>. Tato volba p\u0159inesla na\u0161emu z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi mnoho v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch v\u00fdhod. <\/p>\n\n<p>Zaprv\u00e9 se n\u00e1m poda\u0159ilo zachovat celistvost st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed budovy a vyhnout se z\u00e1sadn\u00edm \u00faprav\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 by mohly ovlivnit jejich podnik\u00e1n\u00ed. Nav\u00edc <strong>d\u00edky pou\u017eit\u00ed syst\u00e9mu epur50s<\/strong> nebyla nutn\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 instalace, co\u017e umo\u017enilo realizovat projekt rychle a bez v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho naru\u0161en\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"609\" height=\"811\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-photoroom.png-photoroom-edited.png\" alt=\"obr&#xE1;zek photoroom.png photoroom\" class=\"wp-image-26500\" style=\"width:182px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-photoroom.png-photoroom-edited.png 609w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-photoroom.png-photoroom-edited-225x300.png 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 609px) 100vw, 609px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zlep\u0161en\u00ed se t\u00fdkalo spot\u0159eby energie. D\u00edky v\u00fdkonu a \u00fa\u010dinnosti syst\u00e9mu epur50 se n\u00e1m poda\u0159ilo sn\u00ed\u017eit celkovou spot\u0159ebu energie na\u0161eho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 o 90 %. Tato energetick\u00e1 optimalizace vedla k <strong>v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm \u00faspor\u00e1m jejich provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f<\/strong> a z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u0159isp\u011bla k pozitivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu dopadu na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n<p>V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b se v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eil po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed investi\u010dn\u00ed rozpo\u010det projektu. T\u00edm, \u017ee se n\u00e1\u0161 z\u00e1kazn\u00edk rozhodl pro epur50, dok\u00e1zal sn\u00ed\u017eit celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na projekt p\u011btkr\u00e1t a p\u0159itom dos\u00e1hnout optim\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f. <\/p>\n\n<p>Tato spolupr\u00e1ce s na\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem, kter\u00fd se specializuje na s\u00edtotisk, byla \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1. N\u00e1\u0161 inovativn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup v kombinaci s \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed na\u0161ich \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed epur50 n\u00e1m umo\u017enil splnit jejich specifick\u00e9 pot\u0159eby a z\u00e1rove\u0148<strong> nab\u00eddnout podstatn\u00e9 v\u00fdhody z<\/strong> hlediska snadn\u00e9 instalace, \u00faspory energie a kontroly rozpo\u010dtu. Jsme hrd\u00ed na to, \u017ee jsme p\u0159isp\u011bli k jejich \u00fasp\u011bchu a \u017ee m\u016f\u017eeme i nad\u00e1le nab\u00edzet \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed \u0161it\u00e1 na m\u00edru pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdm v\u00fdzv\u00e1m na\u0161ich z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hlavn\u00ed zdroje t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek p\u0159i s\u00edtotisku<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Samotn\u00fd s\u00edtotisk je obecn\u011b pova\u017eov\u00e1n za<strong> proces s n\u00edzk\u00fdm obsahem t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek v<\/strong> porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s jin\u00fdmi tradi\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi metodami tisku. V procesu s\u00edtotisku v\u0161ak st\u00e1le existuj\u00ed potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed zdroje t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 souvisej\u00ed zejm\u00e9na s pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm barev, rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel a dal\u0161\u00edch chemik\u00e1li\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<p>Hlavn\u00ed zdroje t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek p\u0159i s\u00edtotisku jsou n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inkousty na b\u00e1zi rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel  <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 barvy pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 p\u0159i s\u00edtotisku mohou <strong>obsahovat t\u011bkav\u00e1 organick\u00e1 rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 se b\u011bhem su\u0161en\u00ed odpa\u0159uj\u00ed do vzduchu. T\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky obsa\u017een\u00e9 v t\u011bchto rozpou\u0161t\u011bdlech mohou p\u0159isp\u00edvat ke vzniku l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a ke zhor\u0161en\u00ed kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v interi\u00e9ru. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u010cistic\u00ed prost\u0159edky a \u0159edidla<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Chemick\u00e9 produkty pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 k <strong>\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed s\u00edt a n\u00e1stroj\u016f<\/strong> a \u0159edidla pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 k \u00faprav\u011b viskozity barev mohou rovn\u011b\u017e <strong>emitovat t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky,<\/strong> pokud se s nimi manipuluje nebo se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed bez odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edch bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>S\u00edta a lepidla  <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b obrazovek (nap\u0159\u00edklad lepidla nebo adheziva) <strong>mohou obsahovat t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky,<\/strong> kter\u00e9 se uvol\u0148uj\u00ed p\u0159i zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed nebo manipulaci s nimi.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nemoci \u010dasto zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 kovy p\u0159i s\u00edtotisku<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>T\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky (VOC) p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 p\u0159i s\u00edtotisku mohou p\u0159isp\u00edvat k tvorb\u011b l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a p\u0159i chronick\u00e9 expozici vysok\u00fdm koncentrac\u00edm zp\u016fsobovat <strong>pracovn\u00edk\u016fm zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my <\/strong>. Zde jsou uvedeny n\u011bkter\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 nemoci spojen\u00e9 s t\u011bkav\u00fdmi organick\u00fdmi l\u00e1tkami p\u0159i s\u00edtotisku: <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>T\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky mohou <strong>zp\u016fsobit podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest<\/strong> s p\u0159\u00edznaky, jako je ka\u0161el, bolest v krku, ucpan\u00fd nos a k\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Astma<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Dlouhodob\u00e1 expozice t\u011bkav\u00fdm organick\u00fdm l\u00e1tk\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee u citliv\u00fdch jedinc\u016f zhor\u0161it p\u0159\u00edznaky astmatu. Pracovn\u00edci trp\u00edc\u00ed astmatem mohou v <strong>p\u0159\u00edtomnosti t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek po<\/strong>ci\u0165ovat <strong>zhor\u0161en\u00ed<\/strong> sv\u00fdch <strong>p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Neurologick\u00e9 poruchy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky jsou pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za neurotoxiny a mohou ovliv\u0148ovat centr\u00e1ln\u00ed nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m. Chronick\u00e1 expozice <strong>vysok\u00fdm hladin\u00e1m t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek<\/strong> m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt spojena s bolestmi hlavy, z\u00e1vrat\u011bmi, poruchami pam\u011bti a soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ko\u017en\u00ed alergie  <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>U n\u011bkter\u00fdch lid\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k <strong>alergick\u00fdm ko\u017en\u00edm reakc\u00edm po opakovan\u00e9m vystaven\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdm organick\u00fdm l\u00e1tk\u00e1m<\/strong> obsa\u017een\u00fdm v barv\u00e1ch, rozpou\u0161t\u011bdlech nebo chemik\u00e1li\u00edch pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch p\u0159i s\u00edtotisku.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00da\u010dinky na j\u00e1tra a ledviny<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky mohou b\u00fdt toxick\u00e9 pro j\u00e1tra a ledviny a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dlouhodob\u00e9 expozice a vysok\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed t\u011bchto org\u00e1n\u016f.<\/p>\n\n<p>Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee <strong>z\u00e1va\u017enost zdravotn\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f<\/strong> z\u00e1vis\u00ed na koncentraci t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, d\u00e9lce trv\u00e1n\u00ed a \u010detnosti expozice a na individu\u00e1ln\u00ed citlivosti. Volba barev a chemik\u00e1li\u00ed s n\u00edzk\u00fdm obsahem t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek nebo bez nich je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm prvn\u00edm krokem. V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b je pro udr\u017een\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho a zdrav\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed nezbytn\u00e9 \u0161kolen\u00ed pracovn\u00edk\u016f o spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch postupech a rizic\u00edch spojen\u00fdch s VOC. D\u016fsledn\u00fdm uplat\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm t\u011bchto opat\u0159en\u00ed mohou s\u00edtotiskov\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti p\u0159isp\u011bt ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed expozice VOC a ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed zdrav\u00ed a bezpe\u010dnosti sv\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a z\u00e1rove\u0148 k <strong>ochran\u011b \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>V\u00fdhody \u00fapravy vzduchu v odv\u011btv\u00ed s\u00edtotisku<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00daprava vzduchu v oblasti s\u00edtotisku nab\u00edz\u00ed \u0159adu v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch v\u00fdhod. Zaprv\u00e9 pom\u00e1h\u00e1<strong>sni\u017eovat expozici pracovn\u00edk\u016f t\u011bkav\u00fdm organick\u00fdm slou\u010denin\u00e1m<\/strong> (VOC) obsa\u017een\u00fdm v pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch barv\u00e1ch a chemik\u00e1li\u00edch. Toto sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed expozice chr\u00e1n\u00ed zdrav\u00ed pracovn\u00edk\u016f t\u00edm, \u017ee p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016fm, jako je podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest, ko\u017en\u00ed alergie a neurologick\u00e9 poruchy.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Zlep\u0161en\u00edm kvality vnit\u0159n\u00edho vzduchu<strong> vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed \u00faprava vzduchu<\/strong> zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<strong> pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9<\/strong> umo\u017e\u0148uje zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm pracovat v p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch a produktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. P\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 tak\u00e9 k jejich celkov\u00e9 pohod\u011b a minimalizuje dlouhodob\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed rizika. <\/p>\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00ednosem \u00fapravy vzduchu je dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edpis\u016f na ochranu \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch <strong>se emis\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek<\/strong>.
