N\u00e1\u0161 z\u00e1kazn\u00edk cht\u011bl naj\u00edt \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, jak tyto emise sn\u00ed\u017eit a z\u00e1rove\u0148 dodr\u017eet platn\u00e9 ekologick\u00e9 normy. <\/p>\n\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b na\u0161ich odborn\u00fdch znalost\u00ed v oblasti<strong> \u00fapravy ovzdu\u0161\u00ed<\/strong> a sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek jsme navrhli inovativn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00fd specifick\u00fdm pot\u0159eb\u00e1m na\u0161eho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. Na jejich pracovi\u0161t\u00edch pro odl\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00ed roztaven\u00e9ho kovu jsme nainstalovali <strong>mobiln\u00ed<\/strong> syst\u00e9m <strong>odlu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed prachu Dustomat 4-24<\/strong> s kazetami s aktivn\u00edm uhl\u00edm. <\/p>\n\n<p>Tento syst\u00e9m byl navr\u017een tak, aby zachycoval a filtroval uvol\u0148ovan\u00e9 t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky a zaji\u0161\u0165oval lep\u0161\u00ed kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed na pracovi\u0161ti. Eliminac\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek u zdroje jsme nejen ochr\u00e1nili <strong>zdrav\u00ed pracovn\u00edk\u016f,<\/strong> ale tak\u00e9 jsme pomohli sn\u00ed\u017eit dopad jejich \u010dinnosti spojen\u00e9 s emisemi t\u011bchto \u0161kodlivin na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. <strong>Odlu\u010dova\u010d prachu<\/strong> zase filtruje k\u0159emi\u010dit\u00fd prach zachycen\u00fd p\u0159i chlazen\u00ed forem ze zelen\u00e9ho p\u00edsku a chr\u00e1n\u00ed aktivn\u00ed uhl\u00ed tak, aby nebylo prachem p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b nasyceno.  <\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00e1\u0161 z\u00e1kazn\u00edk nad\u0161en\u011b p\u0159ijal na\u0161e \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed \u0161it\u00e9 na m\u00edru a zaznamenal v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed pracovn\u00edch podm\u00ednek a v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed soulad s platn\u00fdmi normami.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tato \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ce s <strong>na\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem z oblasti sl\u00e9v\u00e1renstv\u00ed a obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong> je p\u0159\u00edkladem na\u0161eho odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed poskytovat inovativn\u00ed a \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f v oblasti \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed a ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed, kter\u00fdm \u010del\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 podniky. Jsme hrd\u00ed na to, \u017ee jsme mohli p\u0159isp\u011bt k jejich \u00fasp\u011bchu a z\u00e1rove\u0148 pos\u00edlit na\u0161e posl\u00e1n\u00ed b\u00fdt odpov\u011bdn\u00fdm hr\u00e1\u010dem v oblasti<strong> zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch emis\u00ed<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procesy, p\u0159i nich\u017e vznikaj\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky p\u0159i odl\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00ed roztaven\u00e9ho kovu ve sl\u00e9v\u00e1renstv\u00ed\/metalurgii<\/h2>\n\n<p>P\u0159i <strong>odl\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00ed roztaven\u00e9ho kovu ve sl\u00e9v\u00e1rn\u00e1ch<\/strong> nebo ocel\u00e1rn\u00e1ch m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159i n\u011bkolika procesech doch\u00e1zet ke vzniku t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (VOC). P\u0159i odl\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00ed a chlazen\u00ed forem se t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky a z\u00e1pach uvol\u0148uj\u00ed ve form\u011b plyn\u016f a par. Formovac\u00ed p\u00edsek a j\u00e1dra mohou obsahovat<strong> organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny <\/strong>, kter\u00e9 se p\u016fsoben\u00edm tepla roztaven\u00e9ho kovu rozkl\u00e1daj\u00ed, co\u017e vede k emis\u00edm t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek do ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Forma obsahuje zelen\u00fd p\u00edsek na b\u00e1zi pl\u00e1tk\u016f. Tento p\u00edsek je aglomerov\u00e1n organick\u00fdmi nebo miner\u00e1ln\u00edmi pojivy (katalyz\u00e1tor, tvrdidlo, urychlova\u010d tuhnut\u00ed atd.) p\u0159idan\u00fdmi do p\u00edsku. Existuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 procesy na b\u00e1zi prysky\u0159ic, kter\u00e9 p\u0159i zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u00edsku vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed VOC:<strong> fenolov\u00e9 prysky\u0159ice, polyuretanov\u00e9 prysky\u0159ice, fenol\u00e1ty, furanov\u00e9 prysky\u0159ice<\/strong>, alkydov\u00e9 prysky\u0159ice atd.    <\/p>\n\n<p>P\u0159ed odl\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00edm lze formy odmastit, aby se odstranily ve\u0161ker\u00e9 stopy oleje nebo mastnoty. P\u0159i spalov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto paliv mohou vznikat t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manipulace s roztaven\u00fdm kovem  <\/h3>\n\n<p>P\u0159i manipulaci s roztaven\u00fdm kovem a jeho p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed z jednoho m\u00edsta na druh\u00e9 mohou v d\u016fsledku reakce mezi hork\u00fdm kovem a okoln\u00edm vzduchem vznikat <strong>v\u00fdpary obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm mikro\u010d\u00e1stice prachu<\/strong> a plyny.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rychl\u00e9 ochlazen\u00ed roztaven\u00e9ho kovu  <\/h3>\n\n<p>Rychl\u00e9 ochlazov\u00e1n\u00ed roztaven\u00e9ho kovu m\u016f\u017ee <strong>v\u00e9st k tvorb\u011b plynn\u00fdch v\u00fdpar\u016f<\/strong> p\u0159i kontaktu s chladn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi povrchy.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tyto emise v\u00fdpar\u016f, plyn\u016f a t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek mohou zp\u016fsobovat obavy o zdrav\u00ed pracovn\u00edk\u016f a \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Pro sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed expozice obsluhy je nezbytn\u00e9 zav\u00e9st preventivn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed, jako je<strong>pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed syst\u00e9m\u016f zachycov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> a v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed k omezen\u00ed emis\u00ed u zdroje a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1l\u016f a proces\u016f, kter\u00e9 emituj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b.
