Je povinn\u00e9 <strong>sledovat kvalitu vnit\u0159n\u00edho ovzdu\u0161\u00ed<\/strong>? Jak se <strong>m\u011b\u0159\u00ed kvalita vnit\u0159n\u00edho ovzdu\u0161\u00ed<\/strong>? Objevte na\u0161e rady pro zdrav\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je v souladu s pr\u00e1vn\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"quelles-sont-les-sources-de-pollution-de-l-air-interieur\">Jak\u00e9 jsou zdroje zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edho ovzdu\u0161\u00ed?<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Anal\u00fdza kvality vnit\u0159n\u00edho ovzdu\u0161\u00ed<\/strong> v uzav\u0159en\u00e9m prostoru (dom\u00e1cnost, pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 budova, provozovna p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e1 ve\u0159ejnosti) je zalo\u017eena na <strong>vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek a m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed fyzik\u00e1ln\u00edch veli\u010din<\/strong> (teplota, vlhkost, tlak atd.).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"les-particules-et-composes-organiques-volatils-cov\">Pevn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice a t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC)<\/h3>\n\n<p>Zdrojem zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed na pracovi\u0161ti jsou stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly, \u010distic\u00ed prost\u0159edky a nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed budov. <strong>Diagnostika kvality vnit\u0159n\u00edho ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (IAQ)<\/strong> je zalo\u017eena na posouzen\u00ed koncentrace dvou typ\u016f zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>T\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC)<\/strong>: pachy, v\u00fdpary z chemick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, jako je formaldehyd;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>pevn\u00e9 nebo kapaln\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice<\/strong>: prach, aerosoly a biologick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (mikroby, pl\u00edsn\u011b atd.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v interi\u00e9rech ohro\u017euje <strong>zdrav\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f i \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/strong>. Formaldehyd je karcinogen a t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed ke sklen\u00edkov\u00e9mu efektu. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"des-valeurs-de-temperature-et-d-humidite-excessives\">Nadm\u011brn\u00e1 teplota a vlhkost<\/h3>\n\n<p>Anal\u00fdza kvality vnit\u0159n\u00edho vzduchu vy\u017eaduje tak\u00e9 <strong>m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed teploty a relativn\u00ed vlhkosti<\/strong>. Nadm\u011brn\u00e9 teplo nebo vlhkost podporuj\u00ed vznik biologick\u00fdch \u0161kodlivin (pl\u00edsn\u00ed, bakteri\u00ed), kter\u00e9 <strong>po\u0161kozuj\u00ed materi\u00e1ly a hotov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky<\/strong>. Nadm\u011brn\u00e1 teplota a vlhkost nav\u00edc zvy\u0161uj\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek a <strong>p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed ke zhor\u0161en\u00ed pracovn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"que-dit-la-loi-sur-la-surveillance-de-la-qualite-de-l-air-interieur\">Co \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 z\u00e1kon o monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed kvality vnit\u0159n\u00edho ovzdu\u0161\u00ed?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 maj\u00ed z\u00e1konnou povinnost analyzovat kvalitu vnit\u0159n\u00edho ovzdu\u0161\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee <strong>dodr\u017euj\u00ed limitn\u00ed hodnoty expozice na pracovi\u0161ti (OEL)<\/strong> a prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed diagnostiku kvality vnit\u0159n\u00edho ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/cs\/nase-rady\/qai-diagnostic-qualite-de-l-air-interieur-batiments-industriels\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/qai-diagnostic-qualite-de-l-air-interieur-batiments-industriels\/\">nastaven\u00ed diagnostiky kvality vnit\u0159n\u00edho ovzdu\u0161\u00ed<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"valeurs-limites-d-exposition-professionnelle\">Limitn\u00ed hodnoty expozice p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci<\/h3>\n\n<p>Francouzsk\u00fd z\u00e1kon\u00edk pr\u00e1ce stanov\u00ed limitn\u00ed hodnoty expozice na pracovi\u0161ti (OELV), kter\u00e9 odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed <strong>maxim\u00e1ln\u00edm \u00farovn\u00edm zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek nebo \u010d\u00e1stic<\/strong>, jim\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pracovn\u00edk vystaven, ani\u017e by to m\u011blo vliv na jeho zdrav\u00ed. Pokud jsou OELV p\u0159ekro\u010deny, je pr\u00e1ce na pracovi\u0161ti pozastavena, dokud nejsou p\u0159ijata opat\u0159en\u00ed ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed expozice zam\u011bstnance. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"diagnostic-qualite-de-l-air-interieur\">Diagnostika kvality vnit\u0159n\u00edho ovzdu\u0161\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n<p>V r\u00e1mci z\u00e1kona &#8222;Grenelle 2&#8220; o n\u00e1rodn\u00edch z\u00e1vazc\u00edch v oblasti \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed je ve Francii povinn\u00e9 testov\u00e1n\u00ed kvality vnit\u0159n\u00edho ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (IAQ) v budov\u00e1ch vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch d\u011btmi (mate\u0159sk\u00e9 a z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly, st\u0159ediska voln\u00e9ho \u010dasu a st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161koly). <strong>Od ledna 2023 bude testov\u00e1n\u00ed IAQ roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159eno na v\u0161echny budovy p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti (ERP),<\/strong> tj. ty, kter\u00e9 jsou p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e9 i jin\u00fdm n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016fm ne\u017e zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"comment-realiser-l-analyse-de-la-qualite-de-l-air-interieur\">Jak se analyzuje kvalita vnit\u0159n\u00edho ovzdu\u0161\u00ed?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Kvalita vnit\u0159n\u00edho ovzdu\u0161\u00ed se sleduje pomoc\u00ed <strong>speci\u00e1ln\u00edho m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/strong> na z\u00e1klad\u011b <strong>doporu\u010den\u00ed odborn\u00edka<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"les-appareils-de-mesure-de-la-pollution-de-l-air\">Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n<p>Anal\u00fdza kvality vnit\u0159n\u00edho ovzdu\u0161\u00ed vy\u017eaduje speci\u00e1ln\u011b navr\u017een\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1 \u0161kodliviny a m\u011b\u0159\u00ed jejich koncentraci v ka\u017ed\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti budovy. Tento typ za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zaji\u0161\u0165uje nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9 monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed kvality vzduchu uvnit\u0159 va\u0161\u00ed provozovny: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>detekce <strong>t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (VOC)<\/strong> a oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho (CO2);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kvantitativn\u00ed a kvalitativn\u00ed anal\u00fdza <strong>prachu a \u010d\u00e1stic<\/strong> (PM 0,3 a\u017e PM 10) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>m\u011b\u0159\u00ed <strong>hodnoty teploty a relativn\u00ed vlhkosti<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Anal\u00fdza dat v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase<\/strong> znamen\u00e1, \u017ee lze rychle p\u0159ijmout n\u00e1pravn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed (v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed, \u00faprava vzduchu), aby byly dodr\u017eeny limitn\u00ed hodnoty expozice na pracovi\u0161ti.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nos-conseils-pour-des-analyses-qai-efficaces\">Na\u0161e rady pro efektivn\u00ed anal\u00fdzy IAQ<\/h3>\n\n<p>Ve\u0159ejn\u011b p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e9 provozovny (ERP), na kter\u00e9 se vztahuje z\u00e1kon Grenelle 2, mus\u00ed m\u00edt diagnostiku IAQ provedenou soudn\u00edm znalcem.
