U n\u011bkter\u00fdch citliv\u00fdch osob mohou tyto \u010d\u00e1stice zp\u016fsobit tak\u00e9<strong> podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee<\/strong> a alergie.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Z hlediska \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed se prach oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho uvol\u0148ovan\u00fd do \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed bez odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed kontroly m\u016f\u017ee \u0161\u00ed\u0159it vzduchem a usazovat se na <strong>okoln\u00ed<\/strong> p\u016fd\u011b a <strong>vegetaci<\/strong>. To m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt negativn\u00ed dopad na m\u00edstn\u00ed ekosyst\u00e9m a v\u00e9st ke zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Proto je nezbytn\u00e9 zav\u00e9st vhodn\u00e1 kontroln\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Posledn\u00ed riziko se t\u00fdk\u00e1 v\u00fdrobn\u00edch stroj\u016f a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<strong>Hromad\u011bn\u00ed prachu oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho<\/strong> na povrchu stroj\u016f a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k provozn\u00edm a v\u00fdkonnostn\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm. Prachov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice mohou ucpat filtry, <strong>vzduchov\u00e9 kan\u00e1ly <\/strong>a citliv\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1sti, jako jsou elektronick\u00e9 obvody, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit \u00fa\u010dinnost za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a v\u00e9st k poruch\u00e1m.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak m\u016f\u017eete sn\u00ed\u017eit rizika?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Aby se tato rizika minimalizovala, je nezbytn\u00e9 zav\u00e9st opat\u0159en\u00ed pro <strong>kontrolu ods\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed prachu oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho<\/strong>. Specializovan\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 ods\u00e1vac\u00ed syst\u00e9my jsou navr\u017eeny tak, aby \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b zachycovaly prachov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice a sm\u011brovaly je do p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch filtra\u010dn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Tyto syst\u00e9my pom\u00e1haj\u00ed udr\u017eovat \u010dist\u00e9 a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, sni\u017euj\u00ed rizika pro zdrav\u00ed pracovn\u00edk\u016f, dopad na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed probl\u00e9my se strojn\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Je tak\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 sezn\u00e1mit zam\u011bstnance s <strong>riziky spojen\u00fdmi s prachem oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho<\/strong> a poskytnout jim odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed \u0161kolen\u00ed o spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch postupech.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leteck\u00e9 normy a p\u0159edpisy<\/h2>\n\n<p>V leteck\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu plat\u00ed zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed normy a p\u0159edpisy t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se <strong>prachu a kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a zdrav\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro zam\u011bstnance. Zde je p\u0159ehled hlavn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch norem a p\u0159edpis\u016f: <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ISO 14644<\/strong>: Tato mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed norma se nezab\u00fdv\u00e1 konkr\u00e9tn\u011b prachem oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho ani jin\u00fdmi specifick\u00fdmi druhy prachu. Stanovuje v\u0161ak <strong>krit\u00e9ria pro klasifikaci \u010dist\u00fdch prostor<\/strong> a kontrolovan\u00fdch prost\u0159ed\u00ed podle koncentrace \u010d\u00e1stic ve vzduchu. Tato krit\u00e9ria lze pou\u017e\u00edt k posouzen\u00ed a kontrole p\u0159\u00edtomnosti prachu, jako je oxid hlinit\u00fd, v prost\u0159ed\u00ed leteck\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>Norma ISO 14644 stanov\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy \u010distoty vzduchu od ISO 1 do ISO 9 na z\u00e1klad\u011b maxim\u00e1ln\u00edho povolen\u00e9ho po\u010dtu \u010d\u00e1stic r\u016fzn\u00fdch velikost\u00ed na metr krychlov\u00fd vzduchu. Tyto t\u0159\u00eddy definuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 <strong>limity prachu<\/strong> pro ka\u017edou kategorii. ISO 1 je nej\u010dist\u0161\u00ed t\u0159\u00edda s nejp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi limity pra\u0161nosti.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Pro specifickou kontrolu prachu oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho se doporu\u010duje pou\u017e\u00edvat specializovan\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 ods\u00e1vac\u00ed syst\u00e9my, jako jsou v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 <strong>pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 odlu\u010dova\u010de prachu<\/strong>, zachyt\u00e1vac\u00ed ramena a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, ods\u00e1vac\u00ed stoly, pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 vysava\u010de, filtry a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 ods\u00e1vac\u00ed potrub\u00ed. Tato za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed lze integrovat do \u010dist\u00fdch prostor a pracovn\u00edch prost\u0159ed\u00ed a \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b zachycovat a odstra\u0148ovat prach oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho v souladu s po\u017eadavky normy ISO 14644. <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>C\u00edlem <strong>evropsk\u00e9 sm\u011brnice 2004\/37\/ES<\/strong>, zn\u00e1m\u00e9 tak\u00e9 jako<strong>&#8222;sm\u011brnice CMR<\/strong>&#8220; (karcinogenn\u00ed, mutagenn\u00ed a toxick\u00e9 pro reprodukci), je chr\u00e1nit zam\u011bstnance p\u0159ed riziky spojen\u00fdmi s<a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/cs\/nase-rady\/procedes-industriels-prevention-risques-explosion-depoussiereurs-industriels\/\">expozic\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdm l\u00e1tk\u00e1m<\/a>, v\u010detn\u011b l\u00e1tek karcinogenn\u00edch, mutagenn\u00edch nebo toxick\u00fdch pro reprodukci. A\u010dkoli se tato sm\u011brnice net\u00fdk\u00e1 konkr\u00e9tn\u011b oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho, vztahuje se na r\u016fzn\u00e9 nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v leteck\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, v\u010detn\u011b prachu potenci\u00e1ln\u011b vznikaj\u00edc\u00edho z oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>Zde jsou uvedeny hlavn\u00ed prvky evropsk\u00e9 sm\u011brnice 2004\/37\/ES t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho v leteck\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Klasifikace nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek:<\/strong> Sm\u011brnice stanov\u00ed krit\u00e9ria pro klasifikaci a ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, v\u010detn\u011b l\u00e1tek karcinogenn\u00edch, mutagenn\u00edch nebo toxick\u00fdch pro reprodukci. Oxid hlinit\u00fd, pokud je za ur\u010dit\u00fdch podm\u00ednek pova\u017eov\u00e1n za nebezpe\u010dnou l\u00e1tku, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt klasifikov\u00e1n podle sv\u00fdch<strong> chemick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed<\/strong> a \u00fa\u010dink\u016f na zdrav\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Hodnocen\u00ed rizik a preventivn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed <\/strong>: Sm\u011brnice vy\u017eaduje, aby zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 hodnotili rizika spojen\u00e1 s expozic\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdm l\u00e1tk\u00e1m, v\u010detn\u011b prachu oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho. Toto posouzen\u00ed mus\u00ed zohlednit zp\u016fsoby expozice (vdechov\u00e1n\u00ed, kontakt s k\u016f\u017e\u00ed atd.) a mno\u017estv\u00ed l\u00e1tek p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fdch v pracovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b tohoto posouzen\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zavedena <strong>vhodn\u00e1 preventivn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed ke<\/strong> sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed nebo odstran\u011bn\u00ed rizik.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Limity expozice na pracovi\u0161ti <\/strong>: Sm\u011brnice stanov\u00ed limity expozice na pracovi\u0161ti (OEL) pro ur\u010dit\u00e9 nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. Tyto OEL definuj\u00ed nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 koncentrace l\u00e1tek ve vdechovan\u00e9m vzduchu na pracovi\u0161ti. A\u010dkoli sm\u011brnice nestanovuje konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed OEL pro oxid hlinit\u00fd, zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 mus\u00ed zohlednit v\u011bdeck\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed a dostupn\u00e9 n\u00e1rodn\u00ed nebo mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed limitn\u00ed hodnoty, aby zajistili, \u017ee<strong>expozice zam\u011bstnanc\u016f oxidu hlinit\u00e9mu<\/strong> z\u016fstane pod nebezpe\u010dnou \u00farovn\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Povinnosti zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f <\/strong>: Sm\u011brnice vy\u017eaduje, aby zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 p\u0159ijali vhodn\u00e1 ochrann\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed k prevenci nebo sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed<a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/cs\/nase-rady\/procede-depoussierage-risque-explosion-incendie\/\">expozice zam\u011bstnanc\u016f<\/a> nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdm l\u00e1tk\u00e1m, v\u010detn\u011b oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho. To m\u016f\u017ee zahrnovat zaveden\u00ed technick\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed, jako je pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch ods\u00e1vac\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f k<strong> zachycov\u00e1n\u00ed prachu oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho<\/strong>, a tak\u00e9 poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed vhodn\u00fdch osobn\u00edch ochrann\u00fdch prost\u0159edk\u016f (OOP) a prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed \u0161kolen\u00ed a informa\u010dn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed pro zam\u011bstnance. <\/p>\n\n<p>Je t\u0159eba poznamenat, \u017ee<strong> p\u0159edpisy a konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed mezn\u00ed hodnoty<\/strong> se mohou v jednotliv\u00fdch zem\u00edch Evropsk\u00e9 unie li\u0161it. Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 proto mus\u00ed dodr\u017eovat n\u00e1rodn\u00ed p\u0159edpisy a uplat\u0148ovat nezbytn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Metody zachycov\u00e1n\u00ed prachu oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pro efektivn\u00ed nakl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed s prachem oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho a dal\u0161\u00edmi \u010d\u00e1sticemi v<strong> leteck\u00e9m<\/strong> pr\u016fmyslu se doporu\u010duj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy ods\u00e1vac\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f. Tyto syst\u00e9my jsou navr\u017eeny tak, aby zachycovaly, filtrovaly a odstra\u0148ovaly vzdu\u0161n\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice a zaji\u0161\u0165ovaly tak \u010dist\u0161\u00ed a bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. V z\u00e1vislosti na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch pot\u0159eb\u00e1ch aplikace lze pou\u017e\u00edt r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy filtr\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad s\u00e1\u010dkov\u00e9 filtry, kazetov\u00e9 filtry nebo elektrostatick\u00e9 filtry.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Z\u00e1chytn\u00e1 ramena a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed:<\/strong> Z\u00e1chytn\u00e1 ramena a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed jsou pru\u017en\u00e1, nastaviteln\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k nas\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stic p\u0159\u00edmo u zdroje. Mohou b\u00fdt vybavena sac\u00edmi senzory pro \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 zachycen\u00ed <strong>\u010d\u00e1stic vznikaj\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159i brou\u0161en\u00ed<\/strong>, brou\u0161en\u00ed nebo \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed. Pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 vysava\u010de lze pou\u017e\u00edt k<strong> \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed povrch\u016f, za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a pracovn\u00edch prostor<\/strong>, \u010d\u00edm\u017e pom\u00e1haj\u00ed udr\u017eovat vysokou \u00farove\u0148 \u010distoty.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 sac\u00ed filtry a potrub\u00ed<\/strong>: Pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 sac\u00ed filtry a potrub\u00ed jsou z\u00e1kladn\u00edmi sou\u010d\u00e1stmi sac\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f.
