O \u010dem to mluv\u00edme?<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-qu-est-ce-qu-une-poussiere\">1. Co je to prach?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Prach je pevn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stice s aerodynamick\u00fdm pr\u016fm\u011brem nejv\u00fd\u0161e 100 mikrometr\u016f nebo s rychlost\u00ed p\u00e1du nejv\u00fd\u0161e 0,25 m\/s za norm\u00e1ln\u00edch teplotn\u00edch podm\u00ednek: \u010dl\u00e1nek R. 4222-3.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-generalite-sur-les-particules-et-mesures\">2. Obecn\u00e9 informace o \u010d\u00e1stic\u00edch a m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n<p>Nejprve n\u011bkolik pojm\u016f o velikosti:<br\/>1 \u00b5m (1 mikrometr) = 0,0001 cm<br\/>Pr\u016fm\u011br vlasu je mezi 50 a 70 \u00b5m<br\/>Virus je mezi 0,01 a 0,4 \u00b5m<br\/>V oblasti filtrace se v\u017edy hovo\u0159\u00ed o PM&#8230; Co to ale znamen\u00e1?<br\/>PM ozna\u010duje \u010d\u00e1stice v suspenzi, jejich\u017e pr\u016fm\u011br je men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e uveden\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo. V\u017edy se vyjad\u0159uj\u00ed v \u00b5m. PM 2,5 ozna\u010duje \u010d\u00e1stice o velikosti nejv\u00fd\u0161e 2,5 \u00b5m.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-qu-est-ce-que-la-qualite-de-l-air\">3. Co je to kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed?<\/h3>\n\n<p>\u010casto sl\u00fdch\u00e1me o kvalit\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a zdravotn\u00edch rizic\u00edch. Co je to ale kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a jak m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit n\u00e1\u0161 ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u017eivot? <br\/>Kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed se t\u00fdk\u00e1 mno\u017estv\u00ed jemn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM 10 a koncentrace \u0161kodliv\u00fdch plyn\u016f v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Tyto zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky vznikaj\u00ed bu\u010f p\u0159irozen\u011b, p\u0159i v\u00fdrobn\u00edch procesech nebo v d\u016fsledku spalov\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Nov\u00e9 referen\u010dn\u00ed prahov\u00e9 hodnoty WHO pro Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00fd region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u00dadaje shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00e9 Sv\u011btovou zdravotnickou organizac\u00ed (WHO) ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 ovzdu\u0161\u00ed m\u00e1 \u0161kodliv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na zdrav\u00ed ji\u017e p\u0159i ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch koncentrac\u00edch, ne\u017e se d\u0159\u00edve p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dalo. P\u0159ipome\u0148me, \u017ee oxid dusi\u010dit\u00fd je v regionu \u00cele-de-France emitov\u00e1n p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm silni\u010dn\u00ed dopravou, kter\u00e1 se na celkov\u00fdch emis\u00edch oxidu dusi\u010dit\u00e9ho pod\u00edl\u00ed 53 %. R\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-pollution-physique\">1. Fyzick\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v na\u0161em ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b na obt\u00ed\u017e, ne ka\u017ed\u00fd prach je \u0161kodliv\u00fd. To, co je \u010din\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdmi, je jejich fragmentace na velmi jemn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice. <\/p>\n\n<p>Fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je prach, kter\u00fd, kdyby byl sebev\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, nem\u011bl by \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd vliv na na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-pollution-biologique\">2. Biologick\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n<p>Do t\u00e9to kategorie zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek pat\u0159\u00ed v\u0161echny organismy \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed v prachu nebo p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161en\u00e9 vzduchem. Pat\u0159\u00ed sem rozto\u010di, pl\u00edsn\u011b, spory, viry a bakterie. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ty jsou vysoce alergenn\u00ed a zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed krku a d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-pollution-chimique\">3. Chemick\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"a-composes-organiques-volatiles-cov\">a. T\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC) <\/h4>\n\n<p>VOC zahrnuj\u00ed \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lu l\u00e1tek. Jedn\u00e1 se o chemick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i rozkladu ropy spalov\u00e1n\u00edm, odpa\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edm nebo zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm. Vyskytuj\u00ed se tak\u00e9 v mnoha profesion\u00e1ln\u00edch, pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch a dom\u00e1c\u00edch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch, jako jsou lepidla, prysky\u0159ice, odstra\u0148ova\u010de skvrn, rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla, barvy, insekticidy atd. Jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed na\u0161eho ka\u017edodenn\u00edho \u017eivota ve v\u0161ech oblastech.<br\/>Jejich vysoce t\u011bkav\u00e1 povaha znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se rychle rozptyluj\u00ed a kontaminuj\u00ed v\u0161echny va\u0161e prostory.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"b-benzene-toluene-ethylbenzene-xylene-btex\">b. Benzen, toluen, etylbenzen, xylen (BTEX) <\/h4>\n\n<p>BTEX je nej\u0161kodliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed skupina t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Tyto 4 slou\u010deniny jsou zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako karcinogenn\u00ed a endokrinn\u011b disruptivn\u00ed. Vznikaj\u00ed v\u00fdhradn\u011b spalov\u00e1n\u00edm, p\u0159em\u011bnou nebo odpa\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edm ropy a vyskytuj\u00ed se ve v\u0161ech odv\u011btv\u00edch v\u00fdroby plast\u016f, petrochemick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, na \u010derpac\u00edch stanic\u00edch, v odma\u0161\u0165ovac\u00edch prost\u0159edc\u00edch, v ropn\u00fdch produktech atd.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"c-les-cmr-generalite\">c. CMR obecn\u011b <\/h4>\n\n<p>CMR jsou chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 jsou karcinogenn\u00ed, mutagenn\u00ed nebo toxick\u00e9 pro reprodukci. Jsou nej\u0161kodliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kategori\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek, ale tak\u00e9 nejp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bji kontrolovanou. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"d-le-cas-specifique-des-cmr\">d. Specifick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpad CMR <\/h4>\n\n<p><strong>-Co je CMR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Pojem CMR ozna\u010duje v\u00fdrobek nebo pr\u016fmyslov\u00fd v\u00fdrobn\u00ed proces, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m se uvol\u0148uj\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stice, kter\u00e9 jsou karcinogenn\u00ed, mutagenn\u00ed nebo toxick\u00e9 pro reprodukci. Od \u010dervna 2015 mus\u00ed b\u00fdt opat\u0159eny n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm ozna\u010den\u00edm:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-thumbnail\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/CMR-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"CMR neboli karcinogenn&#xED;, mutagenn&#xED; a reprotoxick&#xE9; logo\" class=\"wp-image-1832\" title=\"CMR a prach\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>CMR je \u010d\u00e1stice, kter\u00e1 spl\u0148uje jeden z n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch popis\u016f:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Karcinogen: Nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 chemick\u00e1 l\u00e1tka v \u010dist\u00e9m stavu (azbest, d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00fd prach, benzen atd.) nebo ve sm\u011bsi \u010di procesu, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit rakovinu nebo zv\u00fd\u0161it jej\u00ed \u010detnost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mutagenn\u00ed nebo genotoxick\u00fd: chemick\u00e1 l\u00e1tka, kter\u00e1 vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 zm\u011bny ve struktu\u0159e nebo po\u010dtu chromozom\u016f v bu\u0148k\u00e1ch. Chromozomy jsou \u010d\u00e1sti bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9ho j\u00e1dra, kter\u00e9 nesou DNA. Mutagenn\u00ed (nebo genotoxick\u00fd) \u00fa\u010dinek je po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed f\u00e1z\u00ed vzniku rakoviny.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toxick\u00fd pro reprodukci nebo reprotoxick\u00fd: chemick\u00fd produkt (nap\u0159. olovo), kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee naru\u0161it plodnost u mu\u017e\u016f nebo \u017een nebo zm\u011bnit v\u00fdvoj nenarozen\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte (spont\u00e1nn\u00ed potrat, malformace atd.).
