En <strong>industrist\u00f8vsuger<\/strong> har derimod brug for et <strong>h\u00f8jt vakuum<\/strong>, men en <strong>lav str\u00f8mningshastighed<\/strong> for at kunne suge st\u00f8v fra overflader og fjerne det. Centralst\u00f8vsugere og st\u00f8vsugere klassificeres generelt som h\u00f8jtryksst\u00f8vsugere. Ved tilsvarende elektrisk effekt adskiller disse to kategorier sig med en faktor p\u00e5 n\u00e6sten 10 med hensyn til tryk og flowhastighed.  <\/p>\n\n<p>For at f\u00e5 en bedre forst\u00e5else af dette princip defineres begreberne<strong>&#8220;volumenstr\u00f8m<\/strong>&#8221; og<strong>&#8220;undertryk<\/strong>&#8221; mere detaljeret nedenfor.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-horizontal is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-03627597 wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width-100\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/da\/kontakt-os\/\">F\u00e5 flere oplysninger<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvad er en volumetrisk str\u00f8mningshastighed?<\/h2>\n\n<p>En <strong>volumetrisk str\u00f8mningshastighed<\/strong> er den m\u00e6ngde af en v\u00e6ske (gas eller v\u00e6ske), der bev\u00e6ger sig p\u00e5 en given tid gennem et defineret tv\u00e6rsnit (f.eks. et r\u00f8r). For at denne bev\u00e6gelse kan finde sted, skal der altid v\u00e6re en trykforskel mellem mindst to rum\/volumener. I forbindelse med en sugeinstallation beskriver den volumetriske str\u00f8mningshastighed den m\u00e6ngde luft, der str\u00f8mmer gennem et suger\u00f8r p\u00e5 en given tid. En volumetrisk str\u00f8mningshastighed beregnes ved hj\u00e6lp af f\u00f8lgende formel: <strong>V = <em>vA<\/em><\/strong> * A   <\/p>\n\n<p>V = Volumenstr\u00f8mningshastighed | <em>vA<\/em>= Gennemsnitlig str\u00f8mningshastighed [m\/h] | A = Tv\u00e6rsnitsareal p\u00e5 stedet i  [m\u00b2]\n\n<p>For en <strong>luftstr\u00f8m<\/strong> p\u00e5 2.000 m\u00b3\/t str\u00f8mmer der derfor 2.000 kubikmeter luft i timen gennem den definerede del af en kanal.  <\/p>\n\n<p>For eksempel: 2.000 m3\/t flow med en hastighed p\u00e5 22 m\/s (78 km\/t) i et r\u00f8r med en diameter p\u00e5 d180 mm eller med en hastighed p\u00e5 18 m\/s (64 km\/t) i et r\u00f8r med en diameter p\u00e5 d200 mm.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvad er depression?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Begrebet <strong>undertryk<\/strong> henviser til trykket i et defineret volumen, forudsat at det er lavere end det <strong>omgivende tryk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Brugen af udtrykket vakuum er kun hensigtsm\u00e6ssig, hvis der er et referencetryk. I de nuv\u00e6rende standarder bruges v\u00e6rdien af en bar<strong>(1 bar)<\/strong> som referencetryk. Den gamle m\u00e5leenhed for undertryk var <strong>atmosf\u00e6re,<\/strong> men siden 1978 har man brugt bar. Da v\u00e6rdien af undertrykket er lavere end referencetrykket, kaldes det ogs\u00e5 for <strong>undertryk<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Hvis der f.eks. suges luft ind med en <strong>ventilator<\/strong>, suges der luft ind, og det kan skabe et undertryk. Denne effekt opvejes dog n\u00e6sten af luftstr\u00f8mmen i et ubegr\u00e6nset rum. Men hvis rummet er begr\u00e6nset (f.eks. af et r\u00f8r), skabes der et defineret undertryk afh\u00e6ngigt af <strong>volumenstr\u00f8mmen<\/strong> og r\u00f8rets diameter. Driftsprincippet for en st\u00f8vsuger er baseret p\u00e5 denne type vakuumgenerering. Huset p\u00e5 en st\u00f8vsuger indeholder en bl\u00e6ser, der suger luft gennem vakuumr\u00f8ret og udleder den i den anden ende. Det resulterende vakuum tr\u00e6kker den omgivende luft og dermed ogs\u00e5 <strong>smudspartikler<\/strong> ind i st\u00f8vsugeren. Vakuummet \u00f8ges, n\u00e5r tv\u00e6rsnittet forbliver det samme, og bl\u00e6seren er kraftigere. En h\u00f8j gennemstr\u00f8mningshastighed er ikke n\u00f8dvendig til dette form\u00e5l. Men da st\u00f8vopsamlere er designet til at rense store luftmasser, er en h\u00f8j str\u00f8mningshastighed afg\u00f8rende. R\u00f8g og st\u00f8v, der sv\u00e6ver i luften, er sm\u00e5, lette partikler.
