Es gibt verschiedene Arten von Staubabscheidern, <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/de\/produits\/depoussiereurs-industriels\/mobil\/\">mobile<\/a> und station\u00e4re. <\/p>\n\n<p>Die meisten <strong>industriellen Aktivit\u00e4ten erzeugen Staub,<\/strong> Rauch oder Schadstoffe bei der Herstellung oder Verarbeitung, wie z.B. Schneiden, S\u00e4gen, Scheren, die Staub erzeugen, Schwei\u00dfen, L\u00f6ten, die Rauch erzeugen, Schleifen, Polieren, die feinen Staub erzeugen, Zerspanen, Fr\u00e4sen, Drehen, die Sp\u00e4ne, Rauch und \u00d6lnebel erzeugen, oder auch die <strong>Handhabung von Pulvern<\/strong> wie Umf\u00fcllen, F\u00fcllen, Entleeren, Mischen, Wiegen, die Staub erzeugen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Meistens muss dieser Staub, der bei industriellen Prozessen entsteht, abgesaugt werden.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eine <strong>industrielle Absaugung<\/strong> ist in der Regel zun\u00e4chst erforderlich, um die Arbeiter vor dem Einatmen dieses Feinstaubs zu sch\u00fctzen. Die Fachleute sind sich der Notwendigkeit bewusst, ihre Arbeiter zu sch\u00fctzen, um ihre Gesundheit zu erhalten und ihnen bessere Arbeitsbedingungen zu bieten. Die Industrie ist sich jedoch nicht immer der <strong>maximalen Staubkonzentrationen<\/strong> bewusst, die eingehalten werden m\u00fcssen, insbesondere der gesetzlich festgelegten Expositionsgrenzwerte f\u00fcr Staub.    <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn wir es mit explosiven <strong>St\u00e4uben <\/strong> zu tun haben (z.B. Holz, Aluminium, Titan, Getreide, Kohlefasern), ist eine effektive Absaugung in der Regel Pflicht, um explosionsgef\u00e4hrdete Bereiche (ATEX) zu minimieren und das Risiko einer Explosion oder eines Brandes zu kontrollieren. Einige Prozesse erzeugen starke Freisetzungen von explosiven St\u00e4uben, die so weit wie m\u00f6glich abgesaugt werden m\u00fcssen, um die <strong>Produktionsbereiche und Maschinen sauber <\/strong>zu halten und die Ausbreitung eines Feuers \u00fcber Dachst\u00fchle, Kabelkan\u00e4le usw. zu vermeiden. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schlie\u00dflich kann Staub auch die Ursache von Herstellungsfehlern und <strong>Ausschussprodukten<\/strong> sein (Produktfehler, \u00e4sthetische M\u00e4ngel, Kreuzkontamination,). Wenn es sich um empfindliche Produkte handelt, ist ein Absaugsystem erforderlich. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Die<strong> von Fachleuten verwendete Terminologie<\/strong> ist oft verwirrend. In der Tat spricht man von Industriestaubsaugern, industriellen Staubsaugern,<a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/de\/produits\/depoussiereurs-industriels\/fest\/aspiration-centralisee-industrielle-dustmac\/\">Zentralstaubsaugern<\/a>, Staubsaugeranlagen und es ist nicht immer einfach, den \u00dcberblick zu behalten. Hier sind einige Tipps, damit Sie sich nicht mit einem <strong>kleinen Industriestaubsauger<\/strong> abfinden m\u00fcssen, wenn Sie einen Maschinensauger suchen!  <\/p>\n\n<p>Beide Produkte sind mit einer Filtration ausgestattet, aber wenn man von einem Industriestaubsauger spricht, handelt es sich in der Regel um ein <strong>mobiles Hochdrucksystem<\/strong>, um B\u00f6den oder Maschinen\u00f6ffnungen zu saugen, die einen hohen Unterdruck erfordern.<a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/de\/produits\/aspirateurs-industriels\/\"> <\/a>. Diese Hochdruckfiltersysteme haben in der Regel Durchmesser von 38mm, 50mm, 76mm, 80mm und 100mm f\u00fcr Ansaugvolumen von 80 bis 300 m3\/h und Unterdr\u00fccke von 15.000 bis 30.000Pa (1500 bis 3000 mm WS). Diese Ger\u00e4te k\u00f6nnen<strong>Staub, Sp\u00e4ne und sogar Fl\u00fcssigkeiten<\/strong> (Wasser, \u00d6l, Schlamm, &#8230;)<strong>absaugen<\/strong>, wenn sie daf\u00fcr ausgelegt sind. Staubsauger gibt es in einphasiger Ausf\u00fchrung in der Regel bis zu einer Leistung von 1,1 kW und in dreiphasiger Ausf\u00fchrung dar\u00fcber hinaus.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Nicht zu verwechseln mit einer industriellen Absaugung oder einem industriellen Absaug- und Filtersystem, bei denen es sich im Allgemeinen um einen Filter, ein <strong>Filtersystem oder einen industriellen Niederdruck-Staubabscheider <\/strong>handelt, um die M\u00fcndungen von Maschinen abzusaugen, oder um Auffangvorrichtungen wie Saugtische, Absaugarme, Auffanghauben, R\u00fcckw\u00e4nde, &#8230; Die Durchmesser der Absauganlagen liegen im Allgemeinen zwischen 100 mm und 300 mm an den M\u00fcndungen. Der Saugdruck ist in der Regel 10 Mal niedriger als bei <strong>Industriestaubsaugern <\/strong>, die Durchflussraten sind jedoch 10 Mal h\u00f6her. <\/p>\n\n<p>Zusammenfassung :<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; Industriestaubsauger = niedriger Luftstrom + hoher Unterdruck Industriestaubsauger = niedriger Unterdruck + hoher Luftstrom<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00fcr welche Anwendungen ist unser Staubf\u00e4nger Dustomat 10 geeignet?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Der <strong>Staubf\u00e4nger DUSTOMAT 10<\/strong> ist mit Filtern ausgestattet, die f\u00fcr die Absaugung von Staub und Sp\u00e4nen an mobilen Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen entwickelt wurden. Er kann als <strong>Staubsauger<\/strong> verwendet werden oder mit Hilfe eines Absaugarms oder einer Ablufthaube so nah wie m\u00f6glich an der Quelle erfasst werden oder \u00fcber ein Netz von Absaugkan\u00e4len direkt an eine Produktionsmaschine angeschlossen werden. Dieses mobile Staubsaugersystem verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine hohe Leistung und kann einen Luftstrom von bis zu 720 m3\/h bew\u00e4ltigen.
