Mobile dust collectors

Our mobile dust collectors are a range of powerful, easy-to-move industrial dust collectors. These devices adapt perfectly to your environment for optimum working comfort and guaranteed efficiency.

These air treatment are designed to be connected directly to production machines via a network of ducts, or to vacuum a mobile workstation using a suction arm or an extraction hood, to collect all types of dust and pollutants in large quantities directly at source.

Our range of mobile dust collectors :

DUSTOMAT 4

Dustomat 4 Atex Dust Extractor
Dustomat 4

The DUSTOMAT 4 is a dust collector suitable for use in virtually all industrial sectors. It can extract dust and chips directly from the production machine, but can also be connected to an extraction hood, a suction arm or a network of ducts. Equipped with two suction powers, it has been designed to ensure efficient, high-performance air circulation.

It is silent and consumes very little energy despite its high suction power. It is equipped with a pre-separator for heavy and coarse particles. The filters are cleaned (unclogged) by compressed air, facilitating maintenance and guaranteeing the longevity of the filter cartridges.

(Available in ATEX version)

DUSTOMAT 10

Dustomat 10 Mobile Dust Extractor
DUSTOMAT 10

The DUSTOMAT 10 dust collector with high suction power. It can handle dust as well as wood, plastic and metal shavings. Capture is achieved either by direct connection to the production machine via a duct network, or by the addition of a suction arm or air extraction hood.

Cartridge filters can be cleaned manually using a rotating brush system, or automatically using a compressed air jet. This filtration unit is ideal for individual workstations, production machines or near manual work areas. The tilting housing and collection bag allow quick and easy disposal of collected waste.

DUSTOMAT 16

Pulverulent Dust Extractor Dustomat 16
DUSTOMAT 16

The DUSTOMAT 16 has been developed for highly mobile work, and specifically forextracting dust in powder form. In other words, mineral dust (stone, graphite or concrete), plastic or metal dust, wood and metal shavings.

Thedust is extracted using a suction arm. Cartridge filters can be cleaned manually or automatically to ensure long cartridge life. The dust collection bag is sturdy and reusable, with low consumable costs.

SRF K

SRF-K

The SRF K is also a more powerful welding fume extractor, offering both spot and continuous extraction. Fumes are filtered to 99.9%, allowing filtered air to be reintroduced into the workspace.

Available in two versions, the SRF K-10 allows connection of a suction arm or extraction hood, ideal for one welding station, and the SRF K-15 allows up to two suction arms to be fitted, enabling two welding stations to be processed at the same time.

Depending on the application, it can be fitted with optional activated carbon filters designed to extract soldering fumes or other odour-generating pollutants. For filter media cleaning, these units can be fitted with either a manual rotary cleaning system or an automatic cleaning system.

ePURBOX BRS

ePURBOX BRS

The AIRBOX is a mobile welding fume extraction unit, ideal for occasional welding jobs.

It is equipped with a high-efficiency EC fan and a collector arm. Filtration is via a saturation-type filter cassette.

As an option, it can also be fitted with activated carbon filters to treat soldering fumes and other odour-generating processes.

Quiet and lightweight for optimum user comfort, it offers efficient, precise capture directly at the source. It is fitted with a pre-separator to separate the heaviest particles.

DUSTOMAT DRY

DUSTOMAT DRY

DUSTOMAT DRY is a dedusting system ideally suited to a wide range of industrial sectors. It offers the ability to effectively remove dust particles and swarf, whether directly from production machines or by connecting to an extraction hood, suction arm or piping network. Available in four power levels, it is suitable for medium flow ranges from 2000 to 3500 cubic meters per hour.

Despite its considerable suction power, the DUSTOMAT DRY is remarkably quiet and energy-efficient. It is also equipped with a pre-separator capable of capturing heavy and coarse particles. Maintenance of this system is simplified by compressed-air filter cleaning, which not only facilitates maintenance, but also helps to extend filter life.

Available in ATEX version.

What pollutants can our mobile dust collection systems handle?

Our small mobile dust collectors are capable of handling fine dusts and chips, as well as oil mists, fumes and odors, in various industrial sectors such as metal, plastics, wood, minerals, textiles and paper/cardboard.

Dusts and other pollutants must be treated as they represent a risk to the human body. Breathing polluted air can cause carcinogenic, mutagenic and reprotoxic diseases. Treating polluted air is essential for workers, production quality and legal compliance.

How to choose the right dust collection system?

It’s important to choose the right stationary dust collector, because the unit can wear out and stop working. If you’re doing your own research, the first thing to do is to find out about the unit’s filtering capacity, which will depend on the pollutant, its size, its state (solid or gaseous) and its quantity. This will enable you to select the type of filter required for your industrial wet dust collector. Secondly, you need to find out about the power of the device, in other words, its flow rate. Once again, the unit’s flow rate will depend on the quantity of pollutant and the surface area of the room to be treated. The larger the space, the greater the flow required.

Next, you’ll need to decide which accessory to equip your machine with: a sheath to connect to the production machine, or a suction arm for a workstation.
