Mobile dust collectors

Our mobile dust collectors constitute a range of powerful and easy-to-move industrial dust collectors. These devices adapt perfectly to your environment for optimal working comfort and guaranteed efficiency.

These air treatment systems are designed to be connected directly to production machines via a duct network, or to extract from a mobile workstation using an extraction arm or an extraction hood, in order to collect all types of dust and pollutants in large quantities directly at the source.

Our range of mobile dust collectors:

DUSTOMAT DRY

DUSTOMAT DRY

The DUSTOMAT DRY is a dust collection system perfectly suited to a wide range of industrial sectors. It offers the ability to effectively remove dust particles and chips, either directly from production machines or by connecting to an extraction hood, an extraction arm, or a piping network. Available in four power levels, it is suitable for average flow rates from 2000 to 3500 cubic meters per hour.

Although its suction power is considerable, the DUSTOMAT DRY remains remarkably quiet and energy-efficient. It is also equipped with a pre-separator capable of capturing heavy and coarse particles. Maintenance of this system is simplified thanks to compressed air jet filter cleaning, which not only facilitates maintenance but also helps extend filter life.

Available in ATEX version.

DUSTOMAT 10

Dustomat 10 Mobile Dust Extractor
DUSTOMAT 10

The DUSTOMAT 10 dust collector features high suction power. It is capable of treating dust as well as wood, plastic, and metal chips. Capture is achieved either by direct connection to the production machine via a duct network, or by adding an extraction arm or an air extraction hood.

Cartridge filters can be cleaned manually using a rotating brush system or automatically by compressed air jet. This filtration device is ideal for individual workstations, on production machines, or near a manual work area. The tilting casing and collection bag allow for easy and quick disposal of collected waste.

DUSTOMAT 16

Pulverulent Dust Extractor Dustomat 16
DUSTOMAT 16

DUSTOMAT 16 is a device developed for high mobility work, specifically for the extraction of pulverulent dusts. In other words, mineral dusts (stone, graphite, or concrete), plastic or metallic dusts, wood and metal chips.

The extraction of these dusts is carried out using an extraction arm. Cartridge filters can be cleaned manually or automatically to ensure the longevity of the filter cartridges. The dust collection bag is robust and reusable, for a low consumable cost.

SRF K

SRF-K

The SRF K is also a more powerful welding fume extractor, allowing for intermittent or continuous extraction. Fumes are filtered at 99.9%, allowing the filtered air to be reintroduced into the workspace.

Available in two versions, the SRF K-10 allows for connecting one extraction arm or an extraction hood, ideal for a single welding station, and the SRF K-15 allows for equipping up to two extraction arms, thus treating two welding stations simultaneously.

Depending on the application, it can be equipped (optionally) with activated carbon filters designed for the extraction of soldering fumes or other pollutants that may generate odors. For cleaning the filter media, these devices can be equipped with either a manual rotary cleaning system or an automatic cleaning system.

DUSTOMAT 4

Dustomat 4 Atex Dust Extractor
Dustomat 4

The DUSTOMAT 4 is a dust collector suitable for almost all industrial sectors; it can extract dust and chips directly from the production machine but can also be connected to an extraction hood, an extraction arm, or a duct network. Equipped with two suction powers, it has been designed to ensure efficient and effective air circulation.

It is quiet and consumes very little energy despite its high suction power. It is equipped with a pre-separator for heavy and coarse particles. Filter cleaning (declogging) is done by compressed air, facilitating maintenance and guaranteeing the longevity of the filter cartridges.

Turnkey rental service for your dust collection needs

Go agile with OberA mobile dust collector rental. Connected directly to your machines, hoods, or extraction arms, our systems capture dust, chips, fumes, oil mists, and odors as close to the source as possible. Depending on the use, the right technology is deployed: jet-pulse cartridges/sleeves, manual brushing/rotary, or wet method for metallic dusts and sparks (ATEX versions available). Flow rates adapted from single workstations to multi-station lines.

From an operational perspective, everything is designed to save you time: quick commissioning, included maintenance, monitored consumables, and adjustment of the fleet during the project (scaling up/down, adding capture points). Flexible contracts (short/long term, multi-site) and a possible purchase option with rent deduction.

What pollutants can our mobile dust collection systems treat?

Our small mobile dust collectors are capable of treating fine dust and chips, as well as oil mists, fumes, and odors, in various industrial sectors such as metal, plastic, wood, minerals, textiles, and paper/cardboard.

Dust and other pollutants must be treated because they pose a risk to the human body. Breathing polluted air can cause carcinogenic, mutagenic, and reprotoxic diseases. It is essential for workers, production quality, and compliance with laws to treat polluted air.

How to choose the right dust collection system?

It is important to choose your fixed dust collector carefully because the device can wear out and stop functioning. If you are conducting your own research, you must first inquire about the filtration capacities of the device; this will depend on your pollutant, its size, its state (solid or gaseous), and its quantity. Indeed, this will allow you to select the type of filter that the wet industrial dust collector must possess. Secondly, you must inquire about the power of the device, in other words, its flow rate. The unit’s flow rate will also depend on the quantity of your pollutant, as well as the area of the space to be treated. The larger the space, the more airflow will be required.

You will then need to know which accessories to equip your machine with: a duct to connect to the production machine or an extraction arm for a workstation.
