OBERA high-efficiency air purifiers capture over 99.995% of infectious viral particles from the air. High-efficiency HEPA* class H13 and 14 anti-virus filters treat viruses and other micro-organisms. Anti-virus air purifiers generally treat at least 5 times the volume of indoor air per hour (as recommended by the HCSP Haut Conseil de la Santé Publique), so that your premises remain usable and safer, despite the CoronaVirus pandemic.
For 5 renewals of the volume to be treated per hour, here are the surfaces that can be treated by the OBERA devices in the anti-virus range for a ceiling height of 2.5m:
- EcoPrime, for spaces up to 20m², flow rate adjustable from 0 to 100%.
- The ePUR05, which filters air in spaces of up to 60m², with flow rate adjustable from 0 to 100%.
- ePUR 30, capable of treating surfaces up to 400m², flow rate adjustable from 0 to 100%.
- The ePUR 100, capable of treating surfaces up to 700m², flow rate adjustable from 0 to 100%.
- Virbox 750 and 1500, suitable for spaces ranging from 200m² to 400m², optional C0² sensor, flow rate adjustable from 0 to 100%.
The devices are easy to install on your premises. After just a few minutes of operation, they are capable of creating a virtually virus-free environment. For particularly large spaces, several devices can be set up in the same area. Thanks to our plug & play systems, you can ensure better air quality for you, your staff and your customers immediately after installation.
Even after the COVID-19 pandemic, the devices will still be useful, and everyone will continue to shop, go to school or work and enjoy the healthy air generated by air purifiers and anti-virus filters.
Reduce the risk of infection in the workplace, schools, PRCs, restaurants and sports halls! We’ll be happy to advise you and help you discover the most appropriate solutions for improving air quality in your spaces.

Discover our air purification devices against viruses and bacteria (including COVID-19)
ePur

ePUR is a range of 3 robust and reliable devices, suitable for the treatment of viruses and bacteria.
The ePUR range is available in fixed or mobile versions, to adapt easily to your workspace. ePUR range air purifiers feature a pre-filter to separate coarse dust and protect the main filter. The HEPA H14 main filter is a highly efficient filter for viruses and bacteria. Finally, the diffuser filter discharges clean, treated air directly into the room from the bottom of the unit.
virbox

Virbox is an anti-covid air purifier specially designed to treat viruses and bacteria.
Virbox filters 99.995% of viruses and bacteria from ambient air. Its design makes it easy to move and pass through doors.
With the VirBox air purifier, aerosols can be captured and filtered much closer to their point of emission. This is made possible by a perforated tube mounted on the top of the unit, which draws in aerosols exactly at the height at which people discharge them.
Multifunctional, it can also be used as a communication medium.
EPUR05

EPUR05 is an air purifier equipped with high-precision filters, capable of treating not only viruses and bacteria, but also fine dust, CMRs and aerosols.
Ideal for areas of up to 60 m², this purifier features an adjustable flow rate. Its design offers low operating noise, just 47dB at maximum operation.
OBCARE

OBCARE is a CO2 sensor, ideal for indicating the level of CO2 concentration in a room.
It indicates a value in ppm, as well as a color on the display ranging from green to yellow to red. Green indicates good CO2 levels in the room, yellow average and red very bad.
ecoprime

Small and lightweight, EcoPrime is easy to move around. What’s more, its low operating noise means it can be installed in any room, such as meeting rooms, waiting rooms, offices, etc…
The EcoPrime air purifier has a filtration capacity of up to 190m³/h, making it ideal for surfaces of up to 20m². It features a V-protect main filter that treats viruses and bacteria as small as 0.07 microns at over 99.53% efficiency (ISO 29463 certified).

Why use oberA anti COVID-19 air purifiers?
Air purifiers are an excellent way of ensuring clean indoor air. In addition to eliminating unpleasant odors, dust, allergens and other pollutants, they have proven their effectiveness in combating airborne bacteria and viruses, effectively reducing the risk of viral and bacterial infections. To this end, OberA air purifiers use ultra-high-efficiency HEPA filters that remove up to 99.995% of airborne ultrafine particles measuring 0.1 microns or more.
The air purifier is the ideal solution for purifying the air in enclosed, insufficiently ventilated rooms.
If premises need to be ventilated due to human presence, exhaled carbon dioxide (CO2) is used as a measure to assess air quality.
According to the recommendations, the CO2 concentration should not exceed 1,000 ppm, and should be kept below this threshold by regular ventilation. This concentration threshold of 1,000 ppm is considered a minimum requirement.
Since humans release not only CO2 but also aerosols and viruses into the air during exhalation, we recommend keeping CO2 levels below 1000 ppm to reduce the risk of infection.
ePUR and VirBox air purifiers are complementary preventive measures, as they significantly reduce indoor aerosol concentrations, thereby reducing the probability of contact with the virus and the risk of indoor contamination.
OberA air purifiers are particularly recommended when it comes to treating enclosed or difficult-to-ventilate rooms. They absorb aerosols and particles floating in the air. High-performance woven filters (HEPA 13 or HEPA 14) clean intake air with a treatment efficiency of 99.995%. The filtered air is reintroduced into the room through outlet grilles. In this way, the purifiers ensure efficient air exchange, regardless of outside weather conditions.
Where can I best place an air purifier to combat viruses?
The efficiency with which viruses are filtered from room air depends not only on the filter class, but also on the location of the room air purifier. Research by the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich concluded that for maximum efficiency: “The air purifier should ideally be placed in the middle of the largest side of the room”.
The area must not be disturbed by obstacles. If this is not the case, homogeneous air distribution will be disrupted, leading to draughts in the room.
In rooms with many corners or L- or U-shaped rooms, it’s best to position several room air purifiers to effectively filter airborne viruses throughout the room.
Post-Covid
Are room air purifiers also recommended for the next flu waves?
Influenza viruses are the same size as coronaviruses, also released via the respiratory tract and bound, among other things, in aerosols.
Air purifiers such as VirBox can effectively filter flu viruses from the air, thanks to highly efficient HEPA 14 filters.
Our air purifiers intercept not only aerosols containing viruses, but also bacteria, free allergens and other micro-organisms that cause seasonal illnesses: flu, colds, allergies…
Many doctors agree: even in the post-Corona period, there will unfortunately remain so many other pathogens that the need for effective indoor air filtration will remain.
So, anti-viral air purifiers with high-efficiency HEPA will probably be the rule in the future.
Are air purifiers useful even after a vaccine is available?
Yes, air purifiers are also useful after a vaccine has been made available.
Of course, we all hope that populations will soon be widely vaccinated. But global demand is very high, so it will probably take a long time to achieve herd immunity for 60-70% of the population through vaccination. According to the experts, corona infections are still to be expected until 2022, which is why filtration of the corona virus is so important.
Mobile air purifiers are not just an immediate solution, they can also ensure a healthy indoor climate after the corona pandemic, significantly reducing absenteeism rates linked to infection or colds at school or the office.
