To achieve this, we installed a <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/en\/produits\/depoussiereurs-industriels\/mobiles\/extracteur-poussiere-dustomat-4\/\">rented DUSTOMAT 4-24<\/a>. This mobile dust collector made it possible to resume operations immediately, while ensuring a safe working environment in compliance with current standards.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In-depth study for a sustainable, high-performance solution<\/h2>\n\n<p>An <strong>in-depth analysis was then carried out<\/strong> to propose a solution adapted to the plant&#8217;s configuration and specific needs. The aim was to replace the existing dust collector while resizing the piping network to ensure efficient extraction of welding fumes. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The problem identified :<\/h3>\n\n<p>The installation had to allow welding fumes to be extracted at several points, distributed as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Three welding lines<\/strong>, two of them automated,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A manual retouching station<\/strong> equipped with hoods and extraction arms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A tailor-made solution: the DUSTMAC F-378 system<\/h2>\n\n<p>To meet this challenge, we have installed a <strong>DUSTMAC F-378 stationary filtration system<\/strong>. This system, installed indoors, is equipped with the most advanced technologies to guarantee performance, safety and ease of maintenance. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution highlights :<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Optimized filtration :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The system features filter cartridges with fully automatic compressed-air cleaning, guaranteeing maximum efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thanks to an integrated pre-separator, large particles are captured directly before they reach the filters, prolonging their service life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enhanced security :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>spark pre-separator<\/strong> limits the risks associated with glowing particles in the intake air.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An <strong>automatic detection and extinguishing system<\/strong> is integrated to prevent any risk of fire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Simplified maintenance and continuous operation:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Differential pressure automatically controls filter cleaning during and after operation, avoiding any interruption.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Loose dust is collected<\/strong> in a special bin for quick and easy emptying.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A state-of-the-art system<\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 23%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>With the <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/en\/produits\/depoussiereurs-industriels\/fixes\/aspiration-centralisee-industrielle-dustmac\/\">DUSTMAC F-378<\/a>, our customer now benefits from a robust, safe fume extraction system that complies with the latest regulatory requirements. <br\/>This solution enables :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reduced maintenance costs thanks to fully automated operation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A significant improvement in air quality in the plant,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimum operator protection,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion: anticipation and innovation in the service of our customers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Faced with an emergency, our team reacted swiftly to <strong>avoid production interruption<\/strong>.
