With container temperatures in excess of 50 degrees, the company was forced to wait on average over 1h30 with the doors open in order to regulate the temperature and begin unloading the containers. This simple, fast and effective solution enabled the company to make up for lost time by propelling air at 22 degrees and reaching an ambient temperature of 32 degrees, enabling operators to unload containers faster and in better conditions. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Full satisfaction!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Both the employees and the company are very satisfied with the air cooling system installed. The air is cooled naturally by passing through the water-gorged honeycomb panel. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In practical terms, how many degrees do air fresheners reduce?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Properly sized, EcoClim units deliver an average of 10 to 12 degrees of heat gain between room air and the air leaving the unit. Do I need to equip my entire space? <\/h3>\n\n<p>The surface areas we can cool with our range of adiabatic air coolers range from 80 to 150m\u00b2 for the EcoClim 12 to up to 400m\u00b2 for the EcoClim30.<\/p>\n\n<p>There are several possible layouts:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refresh an entire zone by multiplying the number of devices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create cool islands for fixed workstations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refresh containers and other confined spaces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Rafraichisseurs-dair-superficie.jpg\" alt=\"surface air fresheners\" class=\"wp-image-13901\" width=\"750\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Rafraichisseurs-dair-superficie.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Rafraichisseurs-dair-superficie-300x90.jpg 300w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Rafraichisseurs-dair-superficie-768x230.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">And what about the dust?<\/h3>\n\n<p>By stirring the air, EcoClim units may suspend some dust when they are switched on. Given the high air flow rate, this dust is quickly dissipated as it follows the air flow, and after a few seconds there will be no more dust in the air flow. Thanks to its honeycomb panel, which acts as a coarse particle filter, the unit doesn&#8217;t stir up dust, but it does suspend the dust already present. To prevent this, we&#8217;ve installed felt filters upstream of the unit to prevent any dust already present from passing through.     <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is there a risk to my health?<\/h3>\n\n<p>When using water, the question arises as to the possible bacterial growth in the appliances.<\/p>\n\n<p>To combat this problem, we have equipped all our units with UVC lamps for permanent water disinfection, preventing microbial, bacterial and fungal growth.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cold snaps caused by an air-conditioning system are not a problem when using EcoClim for several reasons:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The temperature will not fall below 20\/21 degrees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We don&#8217;t dry out the air with these devices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the maintenance cycle? Which products are used? <\/h3>\n\n<p>The EcoClims must be serviced before being stored, as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Draining the water tank<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dry the honeycomb panels by switching on the ventilation function for 2 to 3 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use a probiotic-based cleaning product that we offer to avoid damaging the cellulose board.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Are there any consumables to change?<\/h3>\n\n<p>If maintenance is carried out correctly (drying cellulose panels, emptying the tank), there are no consumables to change.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the autonomy of oberA adiabatic air coolers?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Depending on temperature and humidity conditions, devices with a full reservoir can run for 5 to 8 hours. They can also be connected directly to the water network, with a float installed in the device to regulate the level. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What precautions should be taken when moving them?<\/h3>\n\n<p>ecoCLIMs are mobile units that require a few precautions when filled with water. The units&#8217; center of gravity is quite low when full, limiting the risk of tipping over. When empty, greater care must be taken, as the fan is the heaviest part and must be supported on that side. Try to use it on flat surfaces as much as possible.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">At what distance from the operators should the adiabatic air cooler be placed?<\/h3>\n\n<p>The ecoCLIM 12 and 22 are fitted with adjustable fins to manage the air flow and direct it towards the floor or ceiling. Operators generally position the units close to the work area. Unlike a simple fan, these units refresh the ambient air, allowing you to feel the freshness even outside the air flow.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Are there any obstructions in the airflow? Is this a problem?<\/h3>\n\n<p>The units work at their best in open fields, but the air will always find a path even if there are obstacles in the way.
