Nende t\u00f6\u00f6tlemine on oluline, et parandada \u00f5hu kvaliteeti t\u00f6\u00f6stuslikes t\u00f6\u00f6kodades ja v\u00e4hendada t\u00f6\u00f6tajate kokkupuudet nende saasteainetega. Olemasolevate tehnoloogiate hulgast paistavad aktiivs\u00f6efiltrid silma oma t\u00f5hususe, kasutusmugavuse, <strong>suhteliselt madala<\/strong> hinna <strong>ja mitmek\u00fclgsuse<\/strong> poolest.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aktiivs\u00fcsi, tuntud ka kui aktiivs\u00fcsi, on materjal, mida kasutatakse laialdaselt t\u00f6\u00f6stuses erinevate gaasiliste saasteainete t\u00f6\u00f6tlemiseks. T\u00e4nu oma <strong>erakordsetele adsorptsiooniomadustele<\/strong> on aktiivs\u00fcsi v\u00f5imeline t\u00f5husalt kinni p\u00fc\u00fcdma paljusid <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/et\/produits\/traitement-cov\/\">lenduvaid orgaanilisi \u00fchendeid<\/a> ja muid \u00f5hus olevaid saasteaineid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aktiivs\u00fctt kasutatakse siinkohal \u00fcldisemalt adsorbentide ja absorbentide segude kohta, mis v\u00f5imaldavad t\u00f6\u00f6tlemist adsorptsiooni (p\u00fc\u00fcdmise) ja f\u00fc\u00fcsikalis-keemilise t\u00f6\u00f6tlemise (lagundamise) teel. Adsorbendi adsorptsiooniv\u00f5ime s\u00f5ltub : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>materjali v\u00e4ljaarendatud pindala v\u00f5i eripindala<\/strong>. T\u00f6\u00f6stuslikud adsorbendid on v\u00e4ga poorsed ja nende <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/et\/meie-nouanne\/cov-processus-industriels-quelle-strategie-attenuation\/\">eripindala on v\u00e4ga suur<\/a>, umbes 600 kuni 1500 m\u00b2\/g. Keskmiselt on 10 g aktiivs\u00f6e pindala jalgpalliv\u00e4ljaku suurune!  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong> orgaanilise saasteaine kontsentratsioon<\/strong>. Adsorbendi massi\u00fchiku kohta adsorbeerunud saasteaine massi vahel saavutatakse tasakaal. Seda v\u00f5ib v\u00e4ljendada Freundlichi seaduse kujul. Peamised neist on filtrid, mis sisaldavad graanuleid v\u00f5i pulbrit v\u00f5i s\u00f6ega immutatud materjale. S\u00f6ega immutatud filtrites on ainult v\u00e4ike kogus s\u00fcsinikku ja need k\u00fcllastuvad v\u00e4ga kiiresti, kui nad puutuvad kokku saasteainetega. Need s\u00fcsinikuga immutatud materjalid ei sobi enamiku <strong>t\u00f6\u00f6stuslike rakenduste<\/strong> jaoks <strong>.<\/strong>   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Aktiivs\u00f6efiltrite eelised<\/strong> seisnevad selles, et nad suudavad t\u00f5husalt adsorbeerida lenduvaid orgaanilisi \u00fchendeid, v\u00e4hendades seel\u00e4bi kahjulikke heitkoguseid atmosf\u00e4\u00e4ri. Siiski v\u00f5ib nende kasutamisel olla ka puudusi, n\u00e4iteks vajadus regulaarselt vahetada k\u00fcllastunud s\u00fcsinikku ning sellega seotud kulud uue s\u00fcsiniku ja kasutatud s\u00fcsiniku k\u00f5rvaldamise eest. Kui<strong> t\u00f6\u00f6deldava saasteaine kontsentratsioon on liiga suur<\/strong>, k\u00fcllastub aktiivs\u00f6e koormus kiiresti. Seet\u00f5ttu tuleb aktiivs\u00fctt sageli vahetada v\u00f5i on vaja suurel hulgal s\u00fcsinikku, et t\u00e4ita kahe s\u00fcsiniku vahetuse vaheline aeg. <strong>S\u00f6e v\u00e4ljavahetamise <\/strong>sagedust saab arvutada j\u00e4rgmiselt:    <\/p>\n\n<p>T = (1000 x Ch x K \/ (C x Q) :  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>C = saasteaine kontsentratsioon mg\/m3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Q = t\u00f6\u00f6deldav \u00f5huvooluhulk m3\/h<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ch = s\u00f6ekoormus kilogrammides.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>K = neeldumiskonstant (kg saasteainet kg adsorbendi kohta), v\u00e4ljendatuna protsentides (vt loetelu).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T = kahe vahetuse vaheline aeg t\u00f6\u00f6tundides tundides<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>S\u00f6e k\u00fcllastumise automaatne m\u00f5\u00f5tmine<\/strong> on praktiliselt v\u00f5imatu, kui saasteaine ei ole ainulaadne ja korduv. Samuti ei ole olemas \u00fchtegi f\u00fc\u00fcsikalist parameetrit, mida saaks h\u00f5lpsasti m\u00f5\u00f5ta, et m\u00e4\u00e4rata s\u00fcsiniku k\u00fcllastusastet. Adsorbendi massi suurenemist on raske m\u00f5\u00f5ta. Sageli on s\u00fcsiniku k\u00fcllastumise n\u00e4itajaks &#8220;l\u00f5hna tagasip\u00f6\u00f6rdumine&#8221;. Seep\u00e4rast on enamik <strong>aktiivs\u00f6efiltreid<\/strong> varustatud tunnilugejaga, et s\u00fcsiniku saaks v\u00e4lja vahetada teadaoleva arvu tundide j\u00e4rel v\u00f5i eespool esitatud valemiga teoreetiliselt arvutatud arvu j\u00e4rel.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aktiivs\u00f6efiltri valimisel tuleb arvesse v\u00f5tta mitmeid parameetreid, eelk\u00f5ige <strong>t\u00f6\u00f6deldavate<\/strong> LO\u00dcde v\u00f5i <strong>gaasiliste saasteainete<\/strong> iseloomu, \u00f5huvoolu kiirust, t\u00f6\u00f6temperatuuri ja r\u00f5hku. \u00dcldjuhul kasutatakse s\u00f6epuhastust alla 50 \u00b0C. Mida k\u00f5rgem on temperatuur, seda v\u00e4iksem on adsorbendi absorbeerimisv\u00f5ime.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lisaks kontsentratsioonile m\u00f5jutavad <strong>aktiivs\u00f6efiltrite <\/strong>t\u00f5husust ja <strong>kasutusiga <\/strong>mitmed tegurid, sealhulgas aktiivs\u00f6e kvaliteet, t\u00f6\u00f6tingimused (temperatuur, r\u00f5hk ja niiskus) ning voolus sisalduv tolm. Oluline on filtreeritavas \u00f5hus sisalduvad osakesed ja tolm v\u00e4lja filtreerida, et aktiivs\u00f6e poorid ei oleks tolmuga k\u00fcllastunud. K\u00f5rge suhteline \u00f5huniiskus v\u00e4hendab samuti m\u00e4rkimisv\u00e4\u00e4rselt <strong>s\u00fcsiniku<\/strong> t\u00f5husust ja <strong>kasutusiga<\/strong>. Kui veeaur kondenseerub, k\u00fcllastab vesi vedelal kujul s\u00fcsiniku poorid nagu saasteaine.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00f6\u00f6stuslike LO\u00dcde t\u00f6\u00f6tlemisel on esile kerkimas uuenduslikud l\u00e4henemisviisid, n\u00e4iteks katal\u00fcsaatorite v\u00f5i nanokomposiitmaterjalide kasutamine <strong>aktiivs\u00f6efiltrite<\/strong> t\u00f5hususe ja <strong>vastupidavuse<\/strong> parandamiseks. Selle saavutamiseks on oluline, et<strong> vooluhulk l\u00e4bi s\u00f6e<\/strong> oleks v\u00f5imalikult v\u00e4ike ja et kasutataks v\u00f5imalikult palju aktiivs\u00fctt v\u00f5rreldes t\u00f6\u00f6deldava vooluhulgaga. Filtri geomeetria on v\u00e4ga oluline, et v\u00f5imaldada pikka kokkupuuteaega. Aktiivs\u00fcsi padrunites pakub paremat kokkupuuteaega kui vooderdatud aktiivs\u00f6e.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Puhastamise t\u00f5hususe suurendamiseks on v\u00f5imalik kasutada keemiliselt &#8220;legeeritud&#8221; aktiivs\u00fctt v\u00f5i<strong> erinevate adsorbentide segusid<\/strong>.
