Ennetavad meetmed p\u00f5hinevad kollektiivsete ja individuaalsete kaitsevahendite kasutamisel.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mis on keevitamine?<\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Metallosade \u00fchendamine, mida nimetatakse ka metallide keevitamiseks, tekitab keevitusauru. Neid aurusid v\u00f5ivad sissehingata keevitajad ja tootmishoonetes viibijad. S\u00f5ltuvalt protsessist segunevad need aurud kuuma \u00f5huga, moodustades erinevas vahekorras gaase ja tolmu. Nende tolmude suurus on alla 1 mikromeetri. Seet\u00f5ttu on enne ennetusmeetmete v\u00f5tmist oluline anal\u00fc\u00fcsida operaatorite t\u00f6\u00f6kohti. Eesm\u00e4rk on koguda kokku v\u00f5imalikult palju olulisi tegureid, et m\u00e4\u00e4ratleda v\u00f5etavad meetmed. Anal\u00fc\u00fcsitavad valdkonnad on kasutatavad keevitustehnikad ja -parameetrid, t\u00f6\u00f6deldavad detailid, operaatorite t\u00f6\u00f6kohad, t\u00f6\u00f6ruumid ja materjalivoogude korraldus t\u00f6\u00f6kodades.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Keevitusaurude v\u00e4hendamiseks saab rakendada mitmeid ennetavaid lahendusi, n\u00e4iteks <strong>keevitusaurude p\u00fc\u00fcdmine nende tekkekohas ja \u00fcldine ventilatsioon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Keevitusauru kogumine tekkekohas on operaatorite jaoks k\u00f5ige ohutum lahendus. See kogub eraldunud suitsu ja kaitseb operaatorit tolmu ja osakeste sissehingamise ohu eest. Kohalik v\u00e4ljat\u00f5mbamine hoiab saasteained v\u00f5imalikult v\u00e4ikeses mahuosas ja evakueerib saasteained p\u00e4rast filtreerimist t\u00f6\u00f6kojast. Kohalik v\u00e4ljat\u00f5mbamine p\u00fc\u00fcab vabanenud saasteained kinni enne, kui need puutuvad kokku operaatorite ja nende hingamisteedega ja\/v\u00f5i levivad kogu t\u00f6\u00f6kojas.
