V\u00e4ljat\u00f5mbes\u00fcsteemi projekteerimisel on oluline v\u00f5tta arvesse mitte ainult konkreetseid kasutustingimusi, vaid ka asjakohaseid eeskirju ja direktiive. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u00dcldreeglina koosneb v\u00e4ljav\u00f5tte s\u00fcsteem j\u00e4rgmistest komponentidest:<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filtreerimisseade \/ filter \/ tolmukollektor<\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"114\" height=\"142\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/FILTRES.png\" alt=\"filtrid\" class=\"wp-image-14814\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>Filtri\u00fcksus<\/strong> on <strong>vaakumseadme<\/strong> keskne osa. Mida paremini on filtri\u00fcksus projekteeritud, seda paremini see t\u00f6\u00f6tab ja seda parem on eraldamistulemus. Filtreeritud \u00f5hk puhastatakse p\u00e4rast filtreerimisprotsessi.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Filter koosneb<strong> filtrikarbi<\/strong> sisse paigaldatud <strong>filtrikeskkonnast<\/strong> v\u00f5i <strong>filtrielementidest<\/strong>. S\u00f5ltuvalt rakendusest v\u00f5ib filtreerimine olla kuiv. Sel juhul paigaldatakse filtrikasti filtrielemendid, n\u00e4iteks <strong>filtrikotid<\/strong>, <strong>filtrikassetid, filtrikotid <\/strong>v\u00f5i isegi filtrielemendid.    <strong>filtrikassetid. Filtreerimine v\u00f5ib olla ka m\u00e4rgfiltreerimine (pesur), mille puhul kasutatakse vett tolmu aglomeerimiseks mikrotilkadeks. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Kuiva eraldamise korral saab filtrielemente p\u00f5him\u00f5tteliselt <strong>puhastada ja regenereerida (sageli nimetatakse seda ka ummistumise k\u00f5rvaldamiseks)<\/strong>. See tagab <strong>pideva imemisv\u00f5imsuse<\/strong> ja <strong>madalad kasutuskulud<\/strong>. T\u00f5husa eraldamise tagamiseks tuleb <strong>filtrielementide<\/strong> arv ja konstruktsioon kohandada vastavalt eraldatava saasteaine t\u00fc\u00fcbile. Filtreerimiskiirus v\u00f5i filtripinna koormus (vooluhulk jagatud filtripinnaga) ei tohi \u00fcletada kindlaksm\u00e4\u00e4ratud piiri, et v\u00e4ltida filtri enneaegset ummistumist.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Teine oluline tegur on tolmuga koormatud \u00f5hu sattumine <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/solutions-regenerables-depoussiereurs-industriels\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/solutions-regenerables-depoussiereurs-industriels\/\">filtrikasti v\u00f5i tolmukogumisse<\/a>. Filtrielementide sissevool peab olema v\u00f5imalikult \u00fchtlane, samal ajal tuleb saavutada filtris madal \u00f5hukiirus. Tolmueemalduss\u00fcsteemide puhul on eriti olulised kesk- ja k\u00f5rgsurveemaldusturbiinid. Keskmise r\u00f5hu v\u00e4ljat\u00f5mbeturbiinid on tavaliselt ventilaatorid, mida kasutatakse rakendustes, kus <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/solutions-pour-traiter-poussiere\/\">tuleb koguda ja v\u00e4lja t\u00f5mmata tolmu<\/a> sisaldavat \u00f5hku. Vaakum on kuni umbes 8000 Pa keskmise ja suure \u00f5huvoolu puhul. K\u00f5rgsurveturbiinid (vaakumpumbad) h\u00f5lmavad <strong>k\u00fclgkanal-kompressoreid ja p\u00f6\u00f6rlev-kolb- v\u00f5i kruvikompressoreid<\/strong>. Sageli kasutatakse standardina filtri\u00fcksusega koonuse abil \u00fchendatud t\u00fcnne, trumleid v\u00f5i kogumiskastid. Oluline on, et <strong>kogumismahutite maht<\/strong> oleks vastavuses tekkiva<a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/poussiere-solvant-industrie\/\"> tolmu kogusega<\/a>. Kui kogumismahutid on liiga v\u00e4ikesed, j\u00e4etakse t\u00fchjendamine sageli t\u00e4helepanuta ja eraldatud mustus koguneb filtri\u00fcksusesse, mis p\u00f5hjustab talitlush\u00e4ireid.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tervisele ohtlike ainete puhul tuleb need k\u00f5rvaldada, v\u00e4ltides kokkupuudet k\u00e4itlejatega.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Suuremate mustusekoguste puhul on soovitatav kasutada <strong>automaatseid evakueerivaid elemente<\/strong>, n\u00e4iteks <strong>p\u00f6\u00f6rlevaid l\u00fc\u00fcsid<\/strong> v\u00f5i <strong>evakueerimisventiilid v\u00f5i -klapid<\/strong>, mis evakueerivad materjali pidevalt filtri\u00fcksusest v\u00e4lja. Kui tolmukoguja ei ole varustatud automaatse evakueerimiss\u00fcsteemiga, saab tolmukogumisalust t\u00fchjendada ainult siis, kui tolmukoguja on v\u00e4lja l\u00fclitatud. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Juhtimis\u00fcksus<\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>Juhtplokk<\/strong>, mida nimetatakse ka <strong>elektrikarbiks<\/strong>, reguleerib k\u00f5iki keskse tolmuimeja olulisi funktsioone ja tagab t\u00f5rgeteta t\u00f6\u00f6.
