Ruumivooluhulk arvutatakse j\u00e4rgmise valemiga: <strong>V = <em>vA<\/em><\/strong> * A   <\/p>\n\n<p>V = mahuvooluhulk | <em>vA<\/em>= keskmine voolukiirus [m\/h] | A = ristl\u00f5ike pindala asukohas in  [m\u00b2]\n\n<p>Seega, kui <strong>\u00f5huvooluhulk<\/strong> on 2000 m\u00b3\/h, voolab l\u00e4bi kanali m\u00e4\u00e4ratletud l\u00f5igu 2000 kuupmeetrit \u00f5hku tunnis.  <\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00e4iteks: 2000 m3\/h voolu kiirusega 22 m\/s (78km\/h) toru l\u00e4bim\u00f5\u00f5duga d180mm v\u00f5i kiirusega 18 m\/s (64 km\/h) toru l\u00e4bim\u00f5\u00f5duga d200mm.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mis on depressioon?<\/h2>\n\n<p>M\u00f5iste &#8221; <strong>negatiivne r\u00f5hk<\/strong> &#8221; viitab r\u00f5hule kindlaksm\u00e4\u00e4ratud mahus, tingimusel et see on madalam kui <strong>keskkonnar\u00f5hk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Termini &#8220;vaakum&#8221; kasutamine on asjakohane ainult siis, kui on olemas v\u00f5rdlusr\u00f5hk. Kehtivates standardites kasutatakse v\u00f5rdlusr\u00f5huna v\u00e4\u00e4rtust \u00fcks baar<strong>(1 bar<\/strong>). Vana m\u00f5\u00f5t\u00fchik negatiivse r\u00f5hu jaoks oli <strong>atmosf\u00e4\u00e4r<\/strong>; alates 1978. aastast kasutatakse baari. Kuna negatiivse r\u00f5hu v\u00e4\u00e4rtus on madalam kui v\u00f5rdlusr\u00f5hk, nimetatakse seda ka <strong>negatiivseks r\u00f5huks<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Kui \u00f5hku imetakse sisse n\u00e4iteks <strong>ventilaatoriga<\/strong>, siis imetakse \u00f5hku sisse ja see v\u00f5ib p\u00f5hjustada negatiivset r\u00f5hku. See m\u00f5ju tasakaalustab aga peaaegu t\u00e4ielikult piiramatus ruumis toimuva \u00f5huvoolu. Kui aga ruum on piiratud (n\u00e4iteks toru abil), tekib s\u00f5ltuvalt <strong>ruumivoolust<\/strong> ja toru l\u00e4bim\u00f5\u00f5dust kindel negatiivne r\u00f5hk. Tolmuimeja t\u00f6\u00f6p\u00f5him\u00f5te p\u00f5hineb sellisel vaakumi tekkimisel. Tolmuimeja korpus sisaldab puhurit, mis imeb \u00f5hku l\u00e4bi vaakumtoru ja v\u00e4ljutab selle teisest otsast. Tekkiv vaakum t\u00f5mbab \u00fcmbritseva \u00f5hu ja seega ka <strong>mustuseosakesed<\/strong> tolmuimejasse. Vaakum suureneb, kui ristl\u00f5ige j\u00e4\u00e4b samaks ja puhur on v\u00f5imsam. Kuna aga tolmuimejad on m\u00f5eldud suurte \u00f5humasside puhastamiseks, on suur voolukiirus h\u00e4davajalik. \u00d5hus h\u00f5ljuvad suitsud ja tolm on v\u00e4ikesed, kerged osakesed.
