See m\u00f5jutab k\u00f5iki t\u00f6\u00f6keskkondi. Eriti <strong>t\u00f6\u00f6stuslikus tootmises, kus kliimaseadmed<\/strong> tarbivad liiga palju energiat, et olla \u00f6konoomne jahutuss\u00fcsteem. Paljude tootmiss\u00fcsteemi seadmete (nt ahjud, masinad jne) t\u00f6\u00f6 k\u00e4igus tekib soojust. Lisaks sellele aitavad temperatuuri t\u00f5usule kaasa intensiivset f\u00fc\u00fcsilist t\u00f6\u00f6d tegevad t\u00f6\u00f6tajad, nt laadimis- ja mahalaadimistoimingud.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sellele lisandub hoone k\u00e4itumine seoses soojusega. Hoone isolatsioon, ventilatsioon, konfiguratsioon ja asukoht m\u00f5jutavad sisetemperatuuri ja seega ka jahutuss\u00fcsteemi t\u00f5husust <strong>tootmissoojuse<\/strong> k\u00f5rvaldamisel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temperatuuri reguleerimine m\u00f5jutab tootmiss\u00fcsteemi majanduslikku t\u00f5husust ja kvaliteeti. Liigne kuumus v\u00e4hendab t\u00f6\u00f6tajate tootlikkust, seab ohtu nende tervise, toob kaasa ebakvaliteetsete toodete ja <strong>tootmisseadmete<\/strong>, eelk\u00f5ige mootorite halvenenud t\u00f6\u00f6v\u00f5ime. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Miks kasutavad \u00fcha rohkem k\u00e4itisi aurustuvat jahutust?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Kuni viimase ajani ei olnud <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/rafraichissement-air-evaporation-production-automobile\/\">aurustuv jahutus<\/a> Euroopas laialdaselt tuntud. Surve tootmisele on seda suurem, kui <strong>t\u00f6\u00f6 tulemuslikkus s\u00f5ltub f\u00fc\u00fcsilisest tegev<\/strong>usest. Ebamugavuspiirkonnas n\u00f5rgestab igasugune lisasoojus organismi, v\u00e4hendab keskendumisv\u00f5imet ja soodustab talitlush\u00e4ireid.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aurustuv jahuti t\u00f6\u00f6tab t\u00f5husalt ka avatud keskkonnas. Kui temperatuur \u00fcletab 39 \u00b0C, v\u00f5ib tootmisseadme poolt eralduv soojusvoog olla surmav. Kehal on raske end jahutada. See toob kaasa t\u00e4helepanu ja motoorsete oskuste v\u00e4henemise, mis suurendab \u00f5nnetuste ohtu t\u00f6\u00f6stusseadmete kasutamisel. Seej\u00e4rel tekib kuumastress, mida iseloomustavad pearinglus, n\u00f5rkus, krambid, iiveldus jne. Selleks tugineb nende kliimaseadmete s\u00fcsteem vee <strong>aurustumise loomulikule protsessile<\/strong>, mida see maksimeerib soojusvahetajas. Nii toimib jahutusprotsess.    <br\/><br\/>Ventilaator suunab \u00f5hu \u00fcle veega immutatud meek\u00e4rgseina, mis on kavandatud \u00f5hu ja vee vahelise kontakti optimeerimiseks. Kui \u00f5hk l\u00e4bib seina, annab see soojusenergiat, mis on vajalik rakkudes ringleva vee muutmiseks gaasiks. Faasimuutuse energia kujutab endast <strong>s\u00fcsteemi jahutusenergiat<\/strong>. V\u00e4ljalaskeava juures on \u00f5hutemperatuur langenud ja niiskustase t\u00f5usnud. Jahuti paiskab jahutatud \u00f5hku hoonesse, mis seej\u00e4rel v\u00e4ljub avade kaudu.
