Selle <strong>mineraalsed \u00fchendid <\/strong>on : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>koobaltoksiid ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>koobaltisulfiid ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>koobaltnitraat ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>koobaltisulfaat ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>koobaltkarbonaat ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>koobaltdikloriid v\u00f5i koobaltkloriid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Neid <strong>metalle ja metallilisi aineid<\/strong> kasutatakse peamiselt j\u00e4rgmistes sektorites:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>lennundust\u00f6\u00f6stus ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>elektroonikat\u00f6\u00f6stus ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>paadit\u00f6\u00f6stus ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>metallurgia ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>klaas- ja keraamikat\u00f6\u00f6stus ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v\u00e4rvi- ja lakit\u00f6\u00f6stus jne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Kobaltit ja selle \u00fchendeid kasutatakse j\u00e4rgmiste toodete ja materjalide valmistamisel:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>sulamid <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/vlep-chrome-hexavalent-valeurs-limites-exposition-professionnelle-contraignantes\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/vlep-chrome-hexavalent-valeurs-limites-exposition-professionnelle-contraignantes\/\">(kroom<\/a>, nikkel, alumiinium, vask, volfram jne) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>teemantpoleerimiskettad ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>elektroodid liitiumpatareide jaoks ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pigmendid ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v\u00e4etised jne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VLEP koobalt: 8-tunnine t\u00f6\u00f6keskkonna piirv\u00e4\u00e4rtus ja l\u00fchiajaline VLEP<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Prantsuse t\u00f6\u00f6seadustiku artikkel R. 4412-4<\/strong> m\u00e4\u00e4ratleb keemiliste m\u00f5jurite, nagu koobalt ja selle \u00fchendid, t\u00f6\u00f6ga kokkupuute piirnormid<a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/et\/meie-nouanne\/reglementation-vlep-evaluation-risque-chimique-lieu-de-travail\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/reglementation-vlep-evaluation-risque-chimique-lieu-de-travail\/\">(OELV<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n<p>Koobalti ja selle \u00fchendite (v\u00e4lja arvatud volframkarbiidiga seotud koobalt) t\u00f6\u00f6keskkonna piirnormid :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>VLEP-8 h<\/strong> = 0,0025 mg\/m\u00b3 (0,0025 mg\/m\u00b3)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/et\/meie-nouanne\/valeur-limite-exposition-professionnelle-ou-vlep\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1999\">L\u00fchiajaline ametialane piirv\u00e4\u00e4rtus<\/a> <\/strong>(STELV 15 min) = 0,0125 mg\/m\u00b3 (0,0125 mg\/m\u00b3)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T\u00f6\u00f6tajate koobaltiga kokkupuute hindamine t\u00f6\u00f6kohal<\/h2>\n\n<p>Kobalt ja selle \u00fchendid on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/substances-cmr-risque-exposition-au-travail-quelle-reglementation-prevention\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/substances-cmr-risque-exposition-au-travail-quelle-reglementation-prevention\/\">keemilised m\u00f5jurid, mis on klassifitseeritud CMR-ks<\/a><\/strong> (kantserogeensed, mutageensed v\u00f5i reproduktiivtoksilised). Seet\u00f5ttu peab neid <strong>igal aastal kontrollima COFRACi akrediteeritud asutus<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>v\u00e4hemalt kord aastas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kui on toimunud muutus, mis t\u00f5en\u00e4oliselt m\u00f5jutab t\u00f6\u00f6tajate kokkupuudet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Koobalti ja selle \u00fchendite VLEPi kasutatakse <strong>v\u00f5rdlusalusena, kui hinnatakse <\/strong>t\u00f6\u00f6tajate <strong>kokkupuudet <\/strong>saasteainetega t\u00f6\u00f6kohal. Saasteainete kontsentratsiooni m\u00f5\u00f5tmine t\u00f6\u00f6koha atmosf\u00e4\u00e4ris v\u00f5imaldab kindlaks teha <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/vlep-quels-risques-cas-de-non-respect-reglementation\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1816\">riskide v\u00e4ltimise meetmed<\/a><\/strong> mida tuleb rakendada. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koobalti klassifitseerimine ja m\u00e4rgistamine vastavalt CLP-m\u00e4\u00e4rusele<\/h2>\n\n<p>Vastavalt <strong>CLP-m\u00e4\u00e4rusele<\/strong> on <strong>koobalti <\/strong>ja selle \u00fchendite (koobaltoksiid, koobaltsulfiid, koobaltdikloriid, koobaltsulfaat, koobaltnitraat ja koobaltkarbonaat) <strong>klassifikatsioonid ja m\u00e4rgistus <\/strong>j\u00e4rgmised:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>hingamisteede ja naha sensibiliseerimine ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e4ge sissehingamise toksilisus ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kantserogeensus (v\u00e4hk sissehingamisel) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mutageensus ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reproduktiivtoksilisus ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>krooniline m\u00fcrgisus veekeskkonnale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Millistes vormides koobalt esineb ja kuidas seda t\u00f6\u00f6deldakse?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Kobaltit leidub tavaliselt tolmu kujul v\u00f5i sisaldub l\u00f5ikamis\u00f5lides. See saasteaine tekib koobaltit sisaldavate v\u00f5i sellega kaetud materjalide mehaanilisel t\u00f6\u00f6tlemisel, valmistamisel, vormimisel v\u00f5i \u00fcmbert\u00f6\u00f6tlemisel. <\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/et\/meie-nouanne\/vlep-filtration-de-poussiere-reglementation\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/vlep-filtration-de-poussiere-reglementation\/\">Tolmu<\/a> kujul esinevat koobaltit t\u00f6\u00f6deldakse H-klassi ja\/v\u00f5i HEPA H13 v\u00f5i H14 minimaalsete tahkete osakeste filtritega.  <\/p>\n\n<p>K\u00f5ik meie <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/et\/produits\/depoussiereurs-industriels\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"31\">VOC-t\u00f6\u00f6tluslahendused leiate meie veebisaidilt<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Kui koobalt on lahustunud l\u00f5ikamis\u00f5li udus, tuleks kasutada H13 v\u00f5i H14 k\u00f5rgtehnoloogiliste HEPA-filtritega varustatud \u00f5liudu filtreid.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prantsuse t\u00f6\u00f6seadustiku artikkel R. 4412-4 m\u00e4\u00e4ratleb keemiliste m\u00f5jurite, nagu koobalt ja selle \u00fchendid, t\u00f6\u00f6ga kokkupuute piirnormid (OELV).
