BTEXe kasutatakse j\u00e4rgmiste toodete ja materjalide valmistamisel: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>plastist ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u00fcnteetiline kaut\u0161uk ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>k\u00fctused (pliivaba bensiin) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>toidu lisaained ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ravimid ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>parf\u00fc\u00fcm ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v\u00e4rvid ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lahustid ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>puhastusvahendid ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pestitsiidid jne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>BTEXi kasutatakse peamiselt j\u00e4rgmistes sektorites:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>naftakeemiat\u00f6\u00f6stus ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kosmeetikat\u00f6\u00f6stus;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>farmakokeemiat\u00f6\u00f6stus;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Autogaraa\u017eid ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bensiinijaamad jne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VLEP BTEX: 8-tunnine ja l\u00fchiajaline t\u00f6\u00f6keskkonna piirv\u00e4\u00e4rtus<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Benseen, tolueen, et\u00fc\u00fclbenseen ja ks\u00fcleenid<\/strong> on keemilised \u00fchendid. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/substances-cmr-risque-exposition-au-travail-quelle-reglementation-prevention\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/substances-cmr-risque-exposition-au-travail-quelle-reglementation-prevention\/\">mis on klassifitseeritud CMR-ks<\/a><\/strong> (kantserogeensed, mutageensed v\u00f5i reproduktiivtoksilised). BTEXid kujutavad endast <strong>ohtu t\u00f6\u00f6tajate tervisele ja ohutusele<\/strong>. Siin on nimekiri: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>kergestis\u00fcttiv vedelik ja aur ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>potentsiaalselt surmav, kui see neelatakse alla v\u00f5i satub hingamisteedesse ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>t\u00f5sine oht elunditele korduva v\u00f5i pikaajalise kokkupuute korral ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>naha\u00e4rritus ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unisus v\u00f5i pearinglus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>27. detsembri 2019. aasta m\u00e4\u00e4rusega nr 2019-1487 kehtestatakse <strong>BTEXi jaoks siduvad OELV-d<\/strong>. Nende s\u00fcsivesinike t\u00f6\u00f6keskkonna piirv\u00e4\u00e4rtused on v\u00e4ljendatud : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>massiprotsentides, st mg\/m\u00b3 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mahuprotsentides, st gaaside ja aurude puhul ppm-ides v\u00f5i osades miljoni kohta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>T\u00f6\u00f6ga kokkupuute piirnormid benseeni<\/strong> VLEP-8h = 3,25 mg\/m\u00b3 v\u00f5i 1 ppm.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tolueeni t\u00f6\u00f6keskkonna piirnormid<\/strong> (VLEP-8h) = 76,8 mg\/m\u00b3 v\u00f5i 20 ppm; l\u00fchiajaline VLEP (VLCT 15 mn) = 384 mg\/m\u00b3 v\u00f5i 100 ppm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Et\u00fc\u00fclbenseeni t\u00f6\u00f6keskkonna piirnormid <\/strong>OEL-8h = 88,4 mg\/m\u00b3 v\u00f5i 20 ppm; OEL-l\u00fchiajaline (OEL-15 min) = 442 mg\/m\u00b3 v\u00f5i 100 ppm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>T\u00f6\u00f6ga kokkupuute piirnormid ks\u00fcleenide<\/strong> OEL-8h = 221 mg\/m\u00b3 v\u00f5i 50 ppm; L\u00fchiajaline OEL (STEL 15 min) = 442 mg\/m\u00b3 v\u00f5i 100 ppm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VLEP BTEX: piiravad t\u00f6\u00f6keskkonna piirnormid<\/h2>\n\n<p>BTEXi <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/et\/meie-nouanne\/reglementation-vlep-evaluation-risque-chimique-lieu-de-travail\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/reglementation-vlep-evaluation-risque-chimique-lieu-de-travail\/\">piirnormid<\/a>, nagu ka suur osa kohustuslikest piirnormidest, on s\u00e4testatud<strong>Prantsuse t\u00f6\u00f6seadustiku artiklis R. 4412-149<\/strong>. Need v\u00e4\u00e4rtused kujutavad endast <strong>keemiliste \u00fchendite keskmise kontsentratsiooni<\/strong> piirm\u00e4\u00e4rasid, <strong>mida ei tohi<\/strong> t\u00f6\u00f6kohas <strong>\u00fcletada<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Osana <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/vlep-quels-risques-cas-de-non-respect-reglementation\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1816\">riskide ennetamine<\/a><\/strong>Riskide ennetamise raames on ettev\u00f5tted kohustatud <strong>igal aastal kontrollima VLEPi taset COFRACi akrediteeritud<\/strong> asutuse poolt.
