Minden 100 mikronn\u00e1l kisebb r\u00e9szecske (0,1 mm, PM 1, PM 2,5 \u00e9s PM 10) a vesz\u00e9lyes anyagok e kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1j\u00e1ba tartozik. A kock\u00e1zat\u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9s, a megel\u0151z\u00e9s \u00e9s a por eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gre gyakorolt vesz\u00e9lyes hat\u00e1sai elleni v\u00e9delem a v\u00e1llalatok felel\u0151ss\u00e9ge. A finom porok k\u00f6zvetlen\u00fcl a v\u00e9r\u00e1ramba jutnak. A PM1-n\u00e9l kisebb porok a legvesz\u00e9lyesebbek, \u00e9s magas CMR, r\u00e1kkelt\u0151 \u00e9s patog\u00e9n kock\u00e1zatot jelentenek. A munkahelyi leveg\u0151min\u0151s\u00e9g diagnosztiz\u00e1l\u00e1sa ez\u00e9rt alapvet\u0151 fontoss\u00e1g\u00fa. P\u00e9ld\u00e1ul az emberi hajsz\u00e1l m\u00e9ret\u0171 r\u00e9szecsk\u00e9k (50 \u00b5m) gyorsan le\u00fclepednek (kb. 6 m\u00e1sodperc\/m\u00e9ter). A kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1si z\u00f3n\u00e1juk k\u00f6zel\u00e9ben \u00fclepednek le, vagy szuszpend\u00e1lva maradnak, ha a l\u00e9gmozg\u00e1s el\u00e9g er\u0151s ahhoz, hogy megakad\u00e1lyozza a le\u00fcleped\u00e9s\u00fcket. Ezzel szemben a 0,1 \u00b5m-es r\u00e9szecsk\u00e9k a molekul\u00e1khoz hasonl\u00f3an viselkednek. A Brown-f\u00e9le (v\u00e9letlenszer\u0171) mozg\u00e1s szerint mozognak, ez\u00e9rt szuszpenzi\u00f3ban maradnak, \u00e9s nincs m\u00e9rhet\u0151 \u00fcleped\u00e9si sebess\u00e9g\u00fck. Egy m\u00e9tert zuhannak 20 nap alatt an\u00e9lk\u00fcl, hogy megzavarn\u00e1k \u0151ket. K\u00f6nnyen \u00e9rthet\u0151, hogy k\u00e9nyszer\u00edtett mozg\u00e1s (leveg\u0151ztet\u00e9s, mechanikus szell\u0151ztet\u00e9s, k\u00f6zponti elsz\u00edv\u00e1s, l\u00e9gtiszt\u00edt\u00e1s) n\u00e9lk\u00fcl ezek a legfinomabb \u00e9s legvesz\u00e9lyesebb r\u00e9szecsk\u00e9k soha nem \u00fclepednek le, \u00e9s szuszpenzi\u00f3ban maradnak.      <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por \u00e9s VLEP: mit mondanak a rendeletek<\/h2>\n\n<p>Hogyan kell \u00e9rtelmezni <strong>a port \u00e9s a VLEP-et <\/strong>a munkahelyen? Vegy\u00fck figyelembe, hogy a munkahelyi por a gy\u00e1rt\u00e1si folyamatokb\u00f3l, a g\u00e9pek mozgat\u00e1s\u00e1b\u00f3l vagy az \u00e1ruk \u00e9s term\u00e9kek kezel\u00e9s\u00e9b\u0151l sz\u00e1rmazik. A <strong>szuszpend\u00e1lt porszemcs\u00e9k sokas\u00e1ga<\/strong> eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi kock\u00e1zatot jelent. A t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny megalkotta <strong>a porok oszt\u00e1lyoz\u00e1s\u00e1t<\/strong> a szervezetbe val\u00f3 behatol\u00e1s szintje szerint.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bel\u00e9legezhet\u0151 r\u00e9szecsk\u00e9k \u00e9s a munkak\u00f6rnyezet<\/h3>\n\n<p>A <strong>por \u00e9s a VLEP<\/strong> ar\u00e1nya a por m\u00e9ret\u00e9t\u0151l f\u00fcgg\u0151en k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 eredm\u00e9nyeket ad. A bel\u00e9legezhet\u0151 r\u00e9szecsk\u00e9k a 4 mikronn\u00e1l kisebb \u00e1tm\u00e9r\u0151j\u0171 r\u00e9szecsk\u00e9k. Mint l\u00e1ttuk, a WHO a k\u00fcsz\u00f6b\u00e9rt\u00e9ket 2,5-re (PM 2,5) cs\u00f6kkenti, azzal az indokkal, hogy ezek a <strong>r\u00e9szecsk\u00e9k a legvesz\u00e9lyesebbek<\/strong>. A munkahelyi \u00e1lland\u00f3 ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s<strong>egy doboz<\/strong>, egy szonda vagy egy leveg\u0151analiz\u00e1tor<strong>felszerel\u00e9s\u00e9vel<\/strong> lehets\u00e9ges.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mellkasi por \u00e9s penetr\u00e1ci\u00f3: milyen \u00e9rt\u00e9kek vannak?<\/h3>\n\n<p>A fels\u0151 l\u00e9gutak kisz\u0171rik ezt az <strong>\u00fagynevezett \u00f6sszes port<\/strong>. Ezek legfeljebb 100 mikron m\u00e9ret\u0171ek, \u00e9s a <strong>mellkasi frakci\u00f3juk <\/strong>kevesebb, mint 10 mikron. Ezek behatolnak a t\u00fcd\u0151be, irrit\u00e1lhatj\u00e1k a h\u00f6rg\u0151ket, \u00e9s<strong> asztma kialakul\u00e1s\u00e1nak kock\u00e1zat\u00e1t<\/strong> jelentik.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por \u00e9s VLEP: 8 \u00f3r\u00e1s expoz\u00edci\u00f3s hat\u00e1r\u00e9rt\u00e9k<\/h2>\n\n<p>A <strong>k\u00f6telez\u0151 VLEP<\/strong> (azbeszt, fa, szil\u00edcium-dioxid \u00e9s r\u00e1kkelt\u0151 ker\u00e1mi\u00e1k eset\u00e9ben) referencia\u00e9rt\u00e9k az<strong> expoz\u00edci\u00f3b\u00f3l<\/strong> ered\u0151 b\u00e1rmely elhalasztott eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi kock\u00e1zatra. Ezek az eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k a munka vil\u00e1g\u00e1ra ir\u00e1nyulnak, \u00e9s az INRS ezeket haszn\u00e1lja az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gv\u00e9delmi \u00e9s biztons\u00e1gi \u00fatmutat\u00f3k kidolgoz\u00e1s\u00e1hoz. A v\u00e1llalatokn\u00e1l<strong> a VLEP hivatalos ellen\u0151rz\u00e9se <\/strong>a COFRAC feladata.  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Olvassa el tov\u00e1bb\u00e1: Mi az a <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/valeur-limite-exposition-professionnelle-ou-vlep\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1999\">foglalkoz\u00e1si expoz\u00edci\u00f3s hat\u00e1r\u00e9rt\u00e9k vagy OEL<\/a>?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Munkahelyi expoz\u00edci\u00f3s hat\u00e1r\u00e9rt\u00e9k (OEL) 8 \u00f3ra<\/h3>\n\n<p>A francia <strong>munka t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyk\u00f6nyve<\/strong> meghat\u00e1rozza a 8 \u00f3r\u00e1s VLEP szintj\u00e9t norm\u00e1l h\u0151m\u00e9rs\u00e9kleti k\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9nyek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt. Az \u00f6sszes por<strong> \u00e1tlagos koncentr\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1nak<\/strong> a 10 mg\/m\u00b3 leveg\u0151ben l\u00e9v\u0151 k\u00fcsz\u00f6b\u00e9rt\u00e9k alatt kell lennie. A <strong>bel\u00e9legezhet\u0151 por<\/strong> \u00e1tlagos koncentr\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1nak 5 mg\/m\u00b3 leveg\u0151 alatt kell maradnia.  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00c9rdemes m\u00e9g elolvasni: <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/vlep-quels-risques-cas-de-non-respect-reglementation\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1816\">Milyen kock\u00e1zatokkal j\u00e1r a VLEP-ek be nem tart\u00e1sa<\/a>?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por \u00e9s 8 \u00f3r\u00e1s VLEP: n\u00e9h\u00e1ny p\u00e9lda<\/h3>\n\n<p>Egyes <strong>r\u00e9szecsk\u00e9k<\/strong> k\u00e1rosabb <strong>hat\u00e1ssal vannak<\/strong> az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gre.
