Smulkios dulk\u0117s patenka tiesiai \u012f krauj\u0105. Ma\u017eesn\u0117s nei PM1 dulk\u0117s yra pavojingiausios, kelian\u010dios didel\u0119 CMR, kancerogenin\u0119 ir patogenin\u0119 rizik\u0105.
