Jebkur\u0101 gad\u012bjum\u0101 tiks atteikta t\u0101du rezerves da\u013cu, piederumu vai izstr\u0101d\u0101jumu atgrie\u0161ana, kas ir izmantoti vai vairs nav ori\u0123in\u0101laj\u0101 iepakojum\u0101. Atgrie\u0161anas transporta izmaksas sedz klients. Nomnieka pien\u0101kums ir uztur\u0113t apr\u012bkojumu t\u012bru un neboj\u0101tu. \u0160aj\u0101 sakar\u0101 nomniekam iek\u0101rtas ir j\u0101atdod t\u012bras un nevainojam\u0101 st\u0101vokl\u012b. Maks\u0101jumu noteikumi <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>R\u0113\u0137ini tiek izrakst\u012bti p\u0113c likmes, kas ir sp\u0113k\u0101 apr\u012bkojuma pieg\u0101des dien\u0101, un tie ir j\u0101apmaks\u0101 neto 30 dienu laik\u0101 no pieg\u0101des dienas, ja vien Pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101js un Klients nav parakst\u012bju\u0161i \u012bpa\u0161u vieno\u0161anos, kas ir nor\u0101d\u012bta pas\u016bt\u012bjuma sa\u0146em\u0161anas apstiprin\u0101jum\u0101. Maks\u0101jums tiek uzskat\u012bts par veikto dien\u0101, kad Klients sa\u0146\u0113m\u0113jam vai t\u0101 ties\u012bbu p\u0101r\u0146\u0113m\u0113jam ir dar\u012bjis pieejamus naudas l\u012bdzek\u013cus. <\/p>\n\n<p>Par priek\u0161laic\u012bgu samaksu atlaide netiek pie\u0161\u0137irta.<\/p>\n\n<p>Maks\u0101juma termi\u0146i, par kuriem ir pan\u0101kta vieno\u0161an\u0101s ar Klientu, nek\u0101dos apst\u0101k\u013cos nedr\u012bkst tikt kav\u0113ti. Gad\u012bjum\u0101, ja Klients k\u0101d\u0101 no maks\u0101juma termi\u0146iem neveic maks\u0101jumu par sava uz\u0146\u0113muma vai iek\u0101rtu p\u0101rdo\u0161anu, cesiju, ie\u0137\u012bl\u0101\u0161anu vai iek\u013cau\u0161anu, visas Klientam pien\u0101ko\u0161\u0101s summas k\u013c\u016bst nekav\u0113joties maks\u0101jamas saska\u0146\u0101 ar likumu. Pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101js patur ties\u012bbas aptur\u0113t iesniegto pas\u016bt\u012bjumu izpildi.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3.2. Kav\u0113juma naudas un iekas\u0113\u0161anas izmaksas <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Bez iepriek\u0161\u0113ja atg\u0101din\u0101juma vai ofici\u0101la pazi\u0146ojuma jebkura summa, kas netiks samaks\u0101ta maks\u0101juma termi\u0146\u0101, autom\u0101tiski tiks palielin\u0101ta par procentu likmi, ko Eiropas Centr\u0101l\u0101 banka piem\u0113roja savai p\u0113d\u0113jai refinans\u0113\u0161anas oper\u0101cijai, pieskaitot 20 procentu punktus (Francijas Komerclikuma L.441-6 pants).<\/p>\n\n<p>Papildus \u0161iem sodiem Klientam, kur\u0161 kav\u0113 maks\u0101jumu, autom\u0101tiski ir j\u0101maks\u0101 Pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101jam fiks\u0113ta atl\u012bdz\u012bba par iekas\u0113\u0161anas izmaks\u0101m 40 EUR apm\u0113r\u0101 (2012. gada 2. oktobra Dekr\u0113ts Nr. 2012-1115). Ja iekas\u0113\u0161anas izmaksas p\u0101rsniedz iepriek\u0161 min\u0113to fiks\u0113to summu, Pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101js var piepras\u012bt papildu kompens\u0101ciju, ja t\u0101 ir pamatota. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3.3. Da\u013c\u0113js maks\u0101jums un str\u012bds <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Ja starp Pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101ju un Pirc\u0113ju rodas str\u012bds par k\u0101du no r\u0113\u0137ina elementiem, Pirc\u0113js ap\u0146emas samaks\u0101t Pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101jam visu r\u0113\u0137ina summu, par kuru nav str\u012bda.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3.4. Pas\u016bt\u012bt\u0101ja noteiktie sodi <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Pas\u016bt\u012bt\u0101ja vienpus\u0113ji noteikto l\u012bgumsodu samaksu nevar piepras\u012bt no Pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101ja bez t\u0101 iepriek\u0161\u0113jas skaidras piekri\u0161anas min\u0113to l\u012bgumsodu noteikumiem un nosac\u012bjumiem.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3.5. Kompens\u0101cija <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Klients atturas no debitoru par\u0101du ieskaita.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3.6. Garantijas saglab\u0101\u0161ana netiek saglab\u0101ta. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Klients atturas no garantijas ietur\u0113\u0161anas, neatkar\u012bgi no t\u0101s procentu\u0101l\u0101s da\u013cas. Uz vis\u0101m Pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101ja p\u0101rdotaj\u0101m iek\u0101rt\u0101m attiecas juridisk\u0101 vai parast\u0101 garantija (skat\u012bt 8. pantu). L\u012bdz ar to gad\u012bjum\u0101, ja Pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101ja atbild\u012bba ir skaidri un pretrun\u012bgi noteikta, garantija tiek piem\u0113rota p\u0113c likuma.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">GARANTIJA<\/h3>\n\n<p>Garantija attiecas tikai uz deta\u013c\u0101m (ja nav nor\u0101d\u012bts cit\u0101di). T\u0101 ir sp\u0113k\u0101 no pieg\u0101des dienas 6 m\u0113ne\u0161us vai 1 gadu atkar\u012bb\u0101 no produkta. (Skat\u012bt \u012bpa\u0161os nosac\u012bjumus), un t\u0101 ietver jebkuras deta\u013cas, ko p\u0101rdev\u0113js atzinis par boj\u0101tu, nomai\u0146u. Pasta, darbasp\u0113ka un ce\u013ca izdevumus (ja tas nor\u0101d\u012bts \u012bpa\u0161ajos noteikumos), kas saist\u012bti ar jebkuras par boj\u0101tu atz\u012btas deta\u013cas nomai\u0146u, saska\u0146\u0101 ar garantiju var segt tikai p\u0113c tam, kad boj\u0101t\u0101s deta\u013cas ir nos\u016bt\u012btas p\u0101rdev\u0113jam p\u0101rbaudei, un tikai tad, ja ir izpild\u012bti \u0161\u0101di nosac\u012bjumi.   <\/p>\n\n<p>\u0160\u012b garantija neattiecas uz boj\u0101jumiem, kas radu\u0161ies, neveicot iek\u0101rtas apkopi (e\u013c\u013co\u0161ana, t\u012br\u012b\u0161ana utt.). Garantija neattiecas uz iek\u0101rtas darb\u012bbas trauc\u0113jumiem vai boj\u0101jumiem, kas radu\u0161ies ar iek\u0101rtas ra\u017eo\u0161anu nesaist\u012btu iemeslu d\u0113\u013c. (Piem\u0113rs: ener\u0123ija, \u0161\u0137idrumi, \u0113kas vai lieto\u0161anas vietas visp\u0101r\u0113jo instal\u0101ciju apst\u0101k\u013ci, neatkar\u012bgi no t\u0101, vai piesl\u0113gumu ir veicis p\u0101rdev\u0113js).  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ja garantijas laik\u0101 uz ma\u0161\u012bnas iejaucas k\u0101da cita persona, kas nav p\u0101rdev\u0113ja tehniskais dienests, garantija uzreiz tiek atcelta.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u012aPA\u0160UMTIES\u012aBU SAGLAB\u0100\u0160ANA<\/h3>\n\n<p>Saska\u0146\u0101 ar skaidru vieno\u0161anos pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101s preces paliek pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101ja ekskluz\u012bv\u0101 \u012bpa\u0161um\u0101 l\u012bdz br\u012bdim, kad klients ir piln\u012bb\u0101 samaks\u0101jis cenu. Vekse\u013cu vai citu instrumentu, kas rada maks\u0101\u0161anas pien\u0101kumu, iesnieg\u0161ana nav uzskat\u0101ma par samaksu. Klients ir ties\u012bgs izmantot vai t\u0101l\u0101k p\u0101rdot pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101s preces. \u0160\u012b b\u016bt\u012bb\u0101 nedro\u0161\u0101 at\u013cauja tiek autom\u0101tiski un bez formalit\u0101t\u0113m atsaukta, ja nav samaks\u0101ts k\u0101ds no maks\u0101juma termi\u0146iem.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Ja par prec\u0113m nav samaks\u0101ts piln\u0101 apm\u0113r\u0101, Pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101js ar vienk\u0101r\u0161u ierakst\u012btu v\u0113stuli var ofici\u0101li pazi\u0146ot Klientam, lai tas \u010detrdesmit asto\u0146u stundu laik\u0101 atdod preces atpaka\u013c uz sava r\u0113\u0137ina un risku. Ja \u0161is ofici\u0101lais pazi\u0146ojums paliek bez rezult\u0101tiem, Pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101js ir ties\u012bgs fiziski atg\u016bt p\u0101rdot\u0101s preces uz Klienta r\u0113\u0137ina. Turkl\u0101t Klients ir atbild\u012bgs par kav\u0113juma naudu saska\u0146\u0101 ar likum\u0101 paredz\u0113tajiem noteikumiem un nosac\u012bjumiem, k\u0101 ar\u012b par jebk\u0101diem zaud\u0113jumiem un procentiem.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Klienta maks\u0101tnesp\u0113jas vai piespiedu likvid\u0101cijas gad\u012bjum\u0101 Pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101js var atg\u016bt pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101s preces likum\u0101 noteiktaj\u0101 termi\u0146\u0101 un saska\u0146\u0101 ar noteikumiem un nosac\u012bjumiem.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PIEM\u0112ROJAMIE TIES\u012aBU AKTI UN JURISDIKCIJA<\/h3>\n\n<p>L\u012bgumattiec\u012bb\u0101m starp Pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101ju un Klientu piem\u0113ro Francijas ties\u012bbu aktus.<\/p>\n\n<p>Str\u012bdu gad\u012bjum\u0101, kas saist\u012bti ar pakalpojumu, pas\u016bt\u012bjumu, pieg\u0101di vai samaksu, pat ja par to ir izrakst\u012bti vekse\u013ci (vekse\u013ci), k\u0101 ar\u012b ar iepriek\u0161 min\u0113to noteikumu un nosac\u012bjumu interpret\u0101ciju vai izpildi, ekskluz\u012bva jurisdikcija ir Strasb\u016bras komerctiesai neatkar\u012bgi no pieg\u0101des vietas, pie\u0146emt\u0101 maks\u0101juma veida un pat tad, ja ir iesniegta tre\u0161\u0101s personas pras\u012bba vai ir vair\u0101ki atbild\u0113t\u0101ji.
