Existem v\u00e1rios tipos de colectores de p\u00f3: <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/pt-pt\/produits\/depoussiereurs-industriels\/mobiles\/\">colectores de p\u00f3 m\u00f3veis<\/a> e colectores de p\u00f3 fixos. <\/p>\n\n<p>A maior parte das <strong>actividades industriais gera poeiras,<\/strong> fumos ou poluentes durante os processos de fabrico ou de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o, como o corte, a serragem e o cisalhamento, que geram poeiras; a soldadura e a brasagem, que geram fumos; a tritura\u00e7\u00e3o e o polimento, que geram poeiras finas; a maquinagem, a fresagem e o torneamento, que geram aparas, fumos e n\u00e9voas de \u00f3leo; e <strong>as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de manuseamento de p\u00f3s<\/strong>, como a decanta\u00e7\u00e3o, o enchimento, o esvaziamento, a mistura e a pesagem, que geram poeiras.<\/p>\n\n<p>A maior parte das vezes, estas poeiras geradas durante os processos industriais t\u00eam de ser extra\u00eddas.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Um sistema de <strong>extra\u00e7\u00e3o industrial<\/strong> \u00e9 geralmente necess\u00e1rio, antes de mais, para proteger os operadores da inala\u00e7\u00e3o destas poeiras finas. Os fabricantes est\u00e3o conscientes da necessidade de proteger os seus operadores, a fim de proteger a sua sa\u00fade e oferecer-lhes melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho. No entanto, os fabricantes nem sempre conhecem as <strong>concentra\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00e1ximas de poeiras<\/strong> a respeitar e, nomeadamente, os valores-limite de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o definidos pela regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o.    <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al\u00e9m disso, quando se trata <strong>de poeiras explosivas <\/strong>(madeira, alum\u00ednio, tit\u00e2nio, cereais, fibra de carbono, por exemplo), dispor de um sistema de extra\u00e7\u00e3o eficaz \u00e9 geralmente uma obriga\u00e7\u00e3o para conter ao m\u00e1ximo as zonas de atmosfera explosiva (ATEX) e controlar os riscos de explos\u00e3o ou de inc\u00eandio. Alguns processos geram n\u00edveis elevados de poeiras explosivas, que t\u00eam de ser extra\u00eddas na medida do poss\u00edvel para manter as \u00e1reas <strong>de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e as m\u00e1quinas limpas <\/strong>e para evitar que qualquer inc\u00eandio se propague atrav\u00e9s de estruturas, suportes de cabos, etc. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalmente, o p\u00f3 pode tamb\u00e9m ser a fonte de defeitos de fabrico e de <strong>rejei\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos<\/strong> (defeitos de produto, defeitos est\u00e9ticos, contamina\u00e7\u00e3o cruzada, etc.). Quando os produtos s\u00e3o sens\u00edveis, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio um sistema de v\u00e1cuo. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong> A terminologia utilizada pelos profissionais<\/strong> \u00e9 muitas vezes confusa. Fala-se de aspiradores industriais, aspiradores industriais, aspiradores<a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/pt-pt\/produits\/depoussiereurs-industriels\/fixes\/aspiration-centralisee-industrielle-dustmac\/\">centralizados<\/a> e sistemas de aspira\u00e7\u00e3o, e nem sempre \u00e9 f\u00e1cil fazer sentido. Aqui ficam algumas dicas para evitar que acabes com um <strong>pequeno aspirador industrial<\/strong> quando procuras um aspirador para m\u00e1quinas!  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ambos os produtos est\u00e3o equipados com filtragem, mas quando falamos de aspiradores industriais, estamos geralmente a falar de um <strong>sistema m\u00f3vel de alta press\u00e3o<\/strong> para aspirar pavimentos ou aberturas de m\u00e1quinas, que requerem um elevado v\u00e1cuo de suc\u00e7\u00e3o.<a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/pt-pt\/produits\/aspirateurs-industriels\/\"> <\/a>. Estes sistemas de filtragem de alta press\u00e3o t\u00eam geralmente di\u00e2metros de 38mm, 50mm, 76mm, 80mm e 100mm, com taxas de aspira\u00e7\u00e3o de 80 a 300 m3\/h e press\u00f5es de v\u00e1cuo de 15.000 a 30.000Pa (1.500 a 3.000 mm w.g.). Estas m\u00e1quinas podem<strong>aspirar poeiras, aparas e mesmo l\u00edquidos<\/strong> (\u00e1gua, \u00f3leo, lamas, etc.) se tiverem sido concebidas para o efeito. Os aspiradores est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis em vers\u00f5es monof\u00e1sicas, geralmente at\u00e9 1,1 kW, e em vers\u00f5es trif\u00e1sicas acima desse valor.  <\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00e3o deve ser confundido com um aspirador industrial ou com um sistema de aspira\u00e7\u00e3o e filtragem industrial, que s\u00e3o mais geralmente entendidos como um filtro, um <strong>sistema de filtragem ou um coletor de p\u00f3 industrial <\/strong>de baixa press\u00e3o para aspirar entradas de m\u00e1quinas, ou dispositivos de recolha como mesas de aspira\u00e7\u00e3o, bra\u00e7os de aspira\u00e7\u00e3o, camp\u00e2nulas de recolha, resguardos, etc. Os di\u00e2metros das instala\u00e7\u00f5es de aspira\u00e7\u00e3o situam-se geralmente entre 100 mm e 300 mm nas entradas. As press\u00f5es de aspira\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o geralmente 10 vezes inferiores \u00e0s dos <strong>aspiradores industriais <\/strong>, mas os caudais s\u00e3o 10 vezes superiores. <\/p>\n\n<p>Em poucas palavras:<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; Aspiradores industriais = baixo caudal + alto v\u00e1cuo Aspiradores industriais = baixo v\u00e1cuo + alto caudal<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Para que aplica\u00e7\u00f5es foi concebido o nosso coletor de p\u00f3 Dustomat 10?<\/h2>\n\n<p>O <strong>coletor de poeiras DUSTOMAT 10<\/strong> est\u00e1 equipado com filtros concebidos para extrair poeiras e aparas dos postos de trabalho m\u00f3veis. Pode ser utilizado <strong>como aspirador<\/strong>, ou recolhido o mais pr\u00f3ximo poss\u00edvel da fonte, utilizando um bra\u00e7o de aspira\u00e7\u00e3o, uma camp\u00e2nula de extra\u00e7\u00e3o de ar, ou ligado diretamente a uma m\u00e1quina de produ\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de uma rede de condutas de aspira\u00e7\u00e3o. Este sistema m\u00f3vel de extra\u00e7\u00e3o de poeiras \u00e9 de grande pot\u00eancia e pode tratar um caudal de ar at\u00e9 720 m3\/h.
