O sistema tem 2 ou 3 fases de filtragem. O ar purificado \u00e9 ent\u00e3o descarregado na \u00e1rea de trabalho atrav\u00e9s da parte inferior da unidade. A obstru\u00e7\u00e3o dos dois primeiros est\u00e1gios do filtro (pr\u00e9-filtro e filtro principal) \u00e9 monitorizada atrav\u00e9s de uma medi\u00e7\u00e3o da queda de press\u00e3o.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando o n\u00edvel de obstru\u00e7\u00e3o ultrapassa o limiar definido (queda de press\u00e3o), acende-se uma luz vermelha de aviso para indicar a necessidade de substituir o meio filtrante.
