Como os operadores eram frequentemente m\u00f3veis e estavam no ar, j\u00e1 dispunham de tochas de suc\u00e7\u00e3o. Em seguida, junt\u00e1mos-lhes a pot\u00eancia de um ePur100 para captar o resto dos fumos de soldadura no ambiente. A rea\u00e7\u00e3o dos operadores foi satisfat\u00f3ria, uma vez que j\u00e1 n\u00e3o t\u00eam de se preocupar com problemas de sa\u00fade. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que precisas de saber sobre os fumos de soldadura<\/h2>\n\n<p>Os fumos de soldadura de metais podem ser considerados perigosos para a sa\u00fade dos operadores e causar doen\u00e7as profissionais, dependendo da sua composi\u00e7\u00e3o, concentra\u00e7\u00e3o e dura\u00e7\u00e3o da exposi\u00e7\u00e3o. Os riscos afectam n\u00e3o s\u00f3 os soldadores, mas tamb\u00e9m os trabalhadores circundantes. As medidas preventivas baseiam-se na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamentos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o colectiva e individual.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que \u00e9 a soldadura?<\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>A jun\u00e7\u00e3o de pe\u00e7as met\u00e1licas, tamb\u00e9m conhecida como soldadura de metais, produz fumos de soldadura. Estes s\u00e3o criados atrav\u00e9s do aquecimento das arestas dos diferentes metais at\u00e9 uma temperatura de fus\u00e3o, utilizando uma fonte de energia. A mistura do metal de base e do metal de adi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 dilu\u00edda para formar um cord\u00e3o de soldadura ou uma junta. A soldadura de metais pode ser efectuada em todos os materiais met\u00e1licos.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podem ser utilizados v\u00e1rios processos de soldadura, classificados como manuais, semi-autom\u00e1ticos e autom\u00e1ticos. Estes fumos podem ser inalados pelos soldadores e pelas pessoas que se encontram nos edif\u00edcios de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Dependendo do processo, estes fumos s\u00e3o misturados com ar quente para formar gases e poeiras em propor\u00e7\u00f5es vari\u00e1veis. O tamanho destas poeiras \u00e9 inferior a 1 micr\u00f3metro. Dada a sua dimens\u00e3o muito reduzida, estas poeiras podem atingir a zona alveolar do sistema respirat\u00f3rio.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Os fumos de soldadura podem, portanto, causar envenenamento e provocar problemas m\u00e9dicos agudos ou cr\u00f3nicos. Por conseguinte, \u00e9 indispens\u00e1vel efetuar uma an\u00e1lise dos locais de trabalho dos operadores antes de tomar qualquer medida de preven\u00e7\u00e3o. O objetivo \u00e9 reunir o maior n\u00famero poss\u00edvel de factores importantes para definir as medidas a tomar. Os dom\u00ednios a analisar s\u00e3o as t\u00e9cnicas e os par\u00e2metros de soldadura utilizados, as pe\u00e7as trabalhadas, os postos de trabalho dos operadores, os escrit\u00f3rios e a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos fluxos de materiais nas oficinas.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Podem ser postas em pr\u00e1tica v\u00e1rias solu\u00e7\u00f5es preventivas para reduzir os fumos de soldadura, tais como a <strong>captura dos fumos de soldadura na fonte e a ventila\u00e7\u00e3o geral<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>A recolha de fumos de soldadura na fonte \u00e9 a solu\u00e7\u00e3o mais segura para os operadores. Captura os fumos emitidos e protege os operadores dos riscos de inala\u00e7\u00e3o de poeiras e part\u00edculas. A extra\u00e7\u00e3o localizada mant\u00e9m os contaminantes na fra\u00e7\u00e3o de volume mais baixa poss\u00edvel e evacua os contaminantes da oficina ap\u00f3s a filtragem. A extra\u00e7\u00e3o localizada captura os poluentes libertados antes de entrarem em contacto com os operadores e as suas vias respirat\u00f3rias e\/ou de se espalharem pela oficina.
