Isto tem v\u00e1rias vantagens: gra\u00e7as \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o das for\u00e7as de fric\u00e7\u00e3o, a qualidade da superf\u00edcie do material \u00e9 melhorada e a vida \u00fatil da ferramenta de maquinagem \u00e9 prolongada. As altas velocidades das ferramentas, as altas press\u00f5es de inje\u00e7\u00e3o do fluido de corte e as altas temperaturas fazem com que a mistura de refrigerante se disperse em part\u00edculas finas no ar. Foi demonstrado que estas <strong>part\u00edculas<\/strong> s\u00e3o, em certa medida, perigosas para a sa\u00fade e podem contribuir para doen\u00e7as profissionais. Por isso, \u00e9 essencial aspir\u00e1-las <strong>em conformidade<\/strong>. No entanto, no ar inalado pelos operadores, recomenda-se que n\u00e3o se ultrapasse uma concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de 0,5 mg\/m3 em m\u00e9dia, durante um turno de trabalho de 8 horas (ver recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o Cnam R 451). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se forem geradas <strong>subst\u00e2ncias perigosas<\/strong>, quer nos \u00f3leos de corte utilizados, quer nos metais trabalhados (ligas \u00e0 base de n\u00edquel, cobalto, tit\u00e2nio, etc., por exemplo), \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio respeitar os valores-limite de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o profissional espec\u00edficos para estes compostos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00edquidos de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o no local de trabalho<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tarefas relacionadas com actividades com lubrificantes de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n<p>Ao trabalhar com <strong>lubrificantes de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, a empresa deve garantir que os seguintes riscos s\u00e3o eliminados ou reduzidos ao m\u00ednimo, na medida em que o estado da t\u00e9cnica o permita: os riscos associados ao contacto com a pele e os olhos, a absor\u00e7\u00e3o pelo corpo, a<strong>emiss\u00e3o para o ar<\/strong> respirado e <strong>os riscos de inc\u00eandio e explos\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Se as medidas b\u00e1sicas n\u00e3o forem suficientes, ter\u00e3o de ser implementadas medidas <strong>de fluxo de ar<\/strong>, tais como<strong> sistemas de extra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> e <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/pt-pt\/nosso-conselho\/separateur-par-voie-seche-ou-separateur-a-voie-humide\/\">filtros separadores<\/a> ou sistemas de fluxo de ar.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Que sistema de aspira\u00e7\u00e3o e filtragem para que tipo de aerossol?<\/h3>\n\n<p>O quadro seguinte mostra a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o dos <strong>separadores<\/strong> altera\u00e7\u00e3o na composi\u00e7\u00e3o ou \u00e0<strong> coloniza\u00e7\u00e3o microbiana das subst\u00e2ncias separadas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>No caso de <strong>subst\u00e2ncias cancer\u00edgenas<\/strong>, mutag\u00e9nicas ou t\u00f3xicas para a sa\u00fade e a reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o (CMR), o ar n\u00e3o deve ser <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/pt-pt\/nosso-conselho\/separateur-par-voie-seche-ou-separateur-a-voie-humide\/\">reciclado\/reintroduzido na sala de trabalho<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2
