Este important\u0103 tratarea acestora pentru a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi calitatea aerului \u00een atelierele industriale \u0219i pentru a reduce expunerea angaja\u021bilor la ace\u0219ti poluan\u021bi. Dintre tehnologiile disponibile, filtrele cu c\u0103rbune activ se remarc\u0103 prin eficien\u021b\u0103, u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103 \u00een utilizare, cost <strong>relativ sc\u0103zut \u0219i versatilitate<\/strong>.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carbonul activ, cunoscut \u0219i sub denumirea de c\u0103rbune activ, este un material utilizat pe scar\u0103 larg\u0103 \u00een industrie pentru tratarea diferi\u021bilor poluan\u021bi gazo\u0219i. Datorit\u0103 <strong>propriet\u0103\u021bilor<\/strong> sale <strong>excep\u021bionale de adsorb\u021bie<\/strong>, c\u0103rbunele activ este capabil s\u0103 capteze eficient mul\u021bi <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/ro\/produits\/traitement-cov\/\">compu\u0219i organici volatili (COV)<\/a> \u0219i al\u021bi poluan\u021bi prezen\u021bi \u00een aer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Termenul &#8222;c\u0103rbune activ&#8221; este utilizat aici mai general pentru a desemna adsorban\u021bii \u0219i amestecurile de absorban\u021bi care permit tratarea prin adsorb\u021bie (captare) \u0219i prin tratare fizico-chimic\u0103 (degradare). Capacitatea de adsorb\u021bie a adsorbantului depinde de : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>aria suprafe\u021bei dezvoltate sau aria suprafe\u021bei specifice a materialului<\/strong>. Adsorban\u021bii industriali sunt foarte poro\u0219i \u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/ro\/sfatul-nostru\/cov-processus-industriels-quelle-strategie-attenuation\/\">dezvolt\u0103 suprafe\u021be specifice foarte mari<\/a>, de aproximativ 600-1.500 m\u00b2\/g. \u00cen medie, 10 g de c\u0103rbune activ au suprafa\u021ba unui teren de fotbal!  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong> concentra\u021bia poluantului organic<\/strong>. Se stabile\u0219te un echilibru \u00eentre masa de poluant adsorbit\u0103 pe unitatea de mas\u0103 de adsorbant. Acest lucru poate fi exprimat sub forma legii lui Freundlich. Principalele includ filtre care con\u021bin granule sau pulbere sau materiale impregnate cu carbon. Filtrele impregnate cu carbon au doar o cantitate mic\u0103 de carbon \u0219i se satureaz\u0103 foarte repede atunci c\u00e2nd intr\u0103 \u00een contact cu poluan\u021bii. Aceste materiale impregnate cu carbon nu sunt adecvate pentru majoritatea <strong>aplica\u021biilor industriale.<\/strong>   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Avantajele filtrelor cu c\u0103rbune activ<\/strong> const\u0103 \u00een capacitatea lor de a adsorbi eficient COV, reduc\u00e2nd astfel emisiile nocive \u00een atmosfer\u0103. Cu toate acestea, utilizarea lor poate avea dezavantaje, cum ar fi necesitatea de a \u00eenlocui \u00een mod regulat c\u0103rbunele saturat \u0219i costurile asociate c\u0103rbunelui nou \u0219i elimin\u0103rii c\u0103rbunelui folosit. \u00cen cazul \u00een care<strong> concentra\u021bia poluan\u021bilor care trebuie trata\u021bi este prea mare<\/strong>, \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103tura de c\u0103rbune activ va deveni rapid saturat\u0103. Prin urmare, c\u0103rbunele activ va trebui s\u0103 fie \u00eenlocuit frecvent sau va fi necesar\u0103 o \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103tur\u0103 mare de c\u0103rbune pentru a acoperi intervalul dintre dou\u0103 \u00eenlocuiri ale c\u0103rbunelui. Nu exist\u0103 nici un parametru fizic care s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi m\u0103surat cu u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103 pentru a determina gradul de satura\u021bie al unui c\u0103rbune. Cre\u0219terea \u00een greutate a adsorbantului este dificil de m\u0103surat. &#8222;Revenirea mirosului&#8221; este adesea indicatorul de satura\u021bie a carbonului. Acesta este motivul pentru care majoritatea <strong>filtrelor cu c\u0103rbune activ<\/strong> sunt echipate cu un contor de ore, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t c\u0103rbunele s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi \u00eenlocuit dup\u0103 un num\u0103r cunoscut de ore sau dup\u0103 un num\u0103r calculat teoretic folosind formula prezentat\u0103 mai sus.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La selectarea unui filtru cu c\u0103rbune activ, trebuie lua\u021bi \u00een considerare mai mul\u021bi parametri, \u00een special natura COV sau <strong>a poluan\u021bilor gazo\u0219i care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie trata\u021bi<\/strong>, debitul de aer, temperatura \u0219i presiunea de func\u021bionare. Ca regul\u0103 general\u0103, tratamentul cu c\u0103rbune se utilizeaz\u0103 sub 50\u00b0C. Cu c\u00e2t temperatura este mai ridicat\u0103, cu at\u00e2t scade capacitatea de absorb\u021bie a adsorbantului.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen plus fa\u021b\u0103 de concentra\u021bie, eficien\u021ba \u0219i <strong>durata de via\u021b\u0103 a filtrelor cu c\u0103rbune activ <\/strong>sunt influen\u021bate de o serie de factori, inclusiv calitatea c\u0103rbunelui activ, condi\u021biile de func\u021bionare (temperatur\u0103, presiune \u0219i umiditate) \u0219i praful con\u021binut \u00een flux. Este important s\u0103 se filtreze particulele \u0219i praful con\u021binute \u00een aerul care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie filtrat, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t porii c\u0103rbunelui s\u0103 nu fie satura\u021bi de praf. De asemenea, umiditatea relativ\u0103 ridicat\u0103 reduce considerabil eficien\u021ba \u0219i <strong>durata de via\u021b\u0103 a c\u0103rbunelui<\/strong>. Dac\u0103 vaporii de ap\u0103 se condenseaz\u0103, apa sub form\u0103 lichid\u0103 satureaz\u0103 porii carbonului ca un poluant.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apar abord\u0103ri inovatoare \u00een tratarea COV-urilor industriale, cum ar fi utilizarea catalizatorilor sau a materialelor nanocompozite pentru a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi eficien\u021ba \u0219i <strong>durabilitatea filtrelor cu c\u0103rbune activ<\/strong>. Pentru a realiza acest lucru, este important s\u0103 se men\u021bin\u0103<strong> debitele prin c\u0103rbune<\/strong> c\u00e2t mai sc\u0103zute posibil \u0219i, bine\u00een\u021beles, s\u0103 se utilizeze c\u00e2t mai mult c\u0103rbune activ posibil \u00een raport cu debitul care trebuie tratat. Geometria filtrului este foarte important\u0103 pentru a permite un timp de contact lung.
