Ace\u0219tia se confruntau cu <strong>vapori nocivi de hidrocarburi<\/strong> \u00een timpul proceselor lor de produc\u021bie, care ridicau at\u00e2t probleme de mediu, c\u00e2t \u0219i de s\u0103n\u0103tate a lucr\u0103torilor. <\/p>\n\n<p>Pentru a face fa\u021b\u0103 acestor provoc\u0103ri, am <strong>dezvoltat solu\u021bii personalizate<\/strong> pentru captarea \u0219i tratarea eficient\u0103 a emisiilor de hidrocarburi la surs\u0103. Prin implementarea unor sisteme de tratare a aerului adaptate nevoilor lor specifice, am reu\u0219it s\u0103 reducem semnificativ emisiile de hidrocarburi \u00een aerul \u00eenconjur\u0103tor. <\/p>\n\n<p>Sectorul feroviar<\/p>\n\n<p>Pentru <strong>clientul<\/strong> nostru <strong>specializat \u00een transportul feroviar<\/strong>, am implementat o solu\u021bie de colectare a prafului, inclusiv un sistem <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/ro\/produits\/traitement-cov\/filtre-atex-mobile-mobfan-4500\/\">Mobfan<\/a>, special conceput pentru tratarea mirosurilor \u0219i a compu\u0219ilor organici volatili (COV). Clientul nostru a fost <strong>pe deplin mul\u021bumit de aceast\u0103 solu\u021bie<\/strong>, deoarece a condus la o reducere semnificativ\u0103 a emisiilor de hidrocarburi \u00een timpul procesului de fabricare a gudroanelor noi \u00een atelierele sale.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Datorit\u0103 interven\u021biei noastre, clien\u021bii no\u0219tri au reu\u0219it nu numai s\u0103<strong> respecte reglement\u0103rile<\/strong> stricte<strong> de mediu<\/strong> privind emisiile de hidrocarburi, ci \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 condi\u021biile de munc\u0103 pentru angaja\u021bii lor prin crearea unui mediu mai s\u0103n\u0103tos \u0219i mai sigur.<\/p>\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 colaborare fructuoas\u0103 cu clien\u021bii no\u0219tri specializa\u021bi \u00een transportul feroviar \u0219i fabricarea de piese din plastic demonstreaz\u0103 <strong>angajamentul<\/strong> nostru <strong>fa\u021b\u0103 de inovare \u0219i durabilitate<\/strong>. Suntem m\u00e2ndri s\u0103 contribuim la reducerea impactului asupra mediului \u0219i la \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea condi\u021biilor de munc\u0103 \u00een industrie, oferind solu\u021bii personalizate la provoc\u0103rile legate de mediu \u0219i de s\u0103n\u0103tate \u0219i siguran\u021b\u0103. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Procese generatoare de hidrocarburi \u00een sectorul feroviar  <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Prezen\u021ba hidrocarburilor la cap\u0103tul unui cuptor industrial <\/strong>este un fenomen comun \u00een industria feroviar\u0103 \u00een timpul procesului de fabrica\u021bie a anumitor piese specifice. Cuptoarele industriale sunt utilizate pentru a \u00eenc\u0103lzi, usca, \u00eent\u0103ri sau polimeriza diverse materiale, inclusiv materiale plastice \u0219i r\u0103\u0219ini, care sunt adesea utilizate la fabricarea componentelor pentru trenuri \u0219i echipamente feroviare. <\/p>\n\n<p>Atunci c\u00e2nd aceste materiale sunt supuse la temperaturi ridicate \u00een cuptor, anumite molecule de hidrocarburi pot fi <strong>eliberate sub form\u0103 de gaze sau vapori<\/strong>. Aceste fumuri pot fi sub form\u0103 de gaze sau vapori \u0219i pot fi <strong>poten\u021bial d\u0103un\u0103toare pentru s\u0103n\u0103tatea lucr\u0103torilor<\/strong> expu\u0219i. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pericolele hidrocarburilor pentru s\u0103n\u0103tatea operatorilor<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Inhalarea de hidrocarburi \u00een timpul proceselor de produc\u021bie industrial\u0103 prezint\u0103 o serie de riscuri pentru s\u0103n\u0103tatea lucr\u0103torilor expu\u0219i. <strong>Hidrocarburile sunt compu\u0219i chimici organici care <\/strong>se g\u0103sesc \u00een produsele petroliere \u0219i pot fi sub form\u0103 de gaze, vapori sau particule fine.
