Pulberile explozive sunt molecule fine care se pot acumula \u00een aer sau pe suprafe\u021be \u0219i prezint\u0103 un risc serios de explozie sau incendiu dac\u0103 intr\u0103 \u00een contact cu o surs\u0103 de aprindere, cum ar fi o sc\u00e2nteie sau o flac\u0103r\u0103 deschis\u0103. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong> Pericolele asociate cu pulberile explozive<\/strong> sunt semnificative \u00een multe sectoare industriale, cum ar fi produc\u021bia alimentar\u0103, industria aerospa\u021bial\u0103 (aluminiu, titan, materiale compozite), industria chimic\u0103, industria lemnului, industria farmaceutic\u0103, industria minier\u0103 \u0219i centralele electrice. Consecin\u021bele ar putea fi grave, provoc\u00e2nd daune materiale majore, r\u0103niri grave sau chiar pierderea vie\u021bii. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Pericol de incendiu:<\/strong> Praful poate provoca, de asemenea, incendii. Directiva define\u0219te cerin\u021bele minime pentru protec\u021bia \u00eempotriva exploziilor \u0219i impune o evaluare a pericolelor, punerea \u00een aplicare a m\u0103surilor preventive adecvate \u0219i clasificarea zonelor periculoase. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standard EN 15089<\/strong>: Acest standard european specific\u0103 cerin\u021bele pentru colectoarele de praf utilizate \u00een instala\u021bii \u00een care sunt prezente pulberi combustibile. Cu c\u00e2t este mai mare valoarea Kst, cu at\u00e2t este mai periculoas\u0103 explozia provocat\u0103 de pulbere.<br\/>Pulberile inflamabile sunt clasificate \u00een una dintre urm\u0103toarele patru clase: St0, St1, St2, St3. Gravitatea exploziei cre\u0219te odat\u0103 cu num\u0103rul clasei. Grupele includ materialele<strong> incombustibile<\/strong> (grupa IIIA), combustibile (grupa IIIB) \u0219i combustibile conductive (grupa IIIC).  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Clasificarea NFPA:<\/strong> National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) utilizeaz\u0103 clasificarea NFPA 499 pentru a evalua riscul de explozie a prafului. Pulberile sunt clasificate \u00een clase combustibile (clasele II \u0219i III) \u0219i clase necombustibile (clasa IV). Fiecare clas\u0103 este \u00een continuare <strong>\u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit\u0103 \u00een subclase pe baza combustibilit\u0103\u021bii<\/strong>, energiei de aprindere \u0219i conductivit\u0103\u021bii electrice a prafului.    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Indicele Kst:<\/strong> Indicele Kst (constant\u0103 de deflagra\u021bie) este utilizat pentru a evalua viteza de propagare a exploziilor \u00een pulberi. Pulberile sunt clasificate \u00een func\u021bie de Kst, de la Kst 0 la Kst 300, reprezent\u00e2nd o <strong>scar\u0103 cresc\u0103toare a riscului de explozie<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Este important s\u0103 cunoa\u0219te\u021bi \u0219i s\u0103 \u00een\u021belege\u021bi clasificarea pulberilor ATEX pentru a lua m\u0103surile de siguran\u021b\u0103 adecvate \u00een mediile \u00een care acestea sunt prezente. Particulele mai fine tind s\u0103 fie mai inflamabile \u0219i pot prezenta un risc mai mare de explozie, deoarece au o suprafa\u021b\u0103 specific\u0103 mai mare, favoriz\u00e2nd <strong>o ardere mai rapid\u0103<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Concentra\u021bie critic\u0103:<\/strong> Exist\u0103 o concentra\u021bie critic\u0103 de praf inflamabil \u00een aer, cunoscut\u0103 sub numele de limit\u0103 inferioar\u0103 de explozie (LIE) sau concentra\u021bie minim\u0103 de explozie (MEC). Sub aceast\u0103 concentra\u021bie, <strong>amestecul aer\/praf nu este suficient de inflamabil<\/strong> pentru a provoca o explozie. Peste aceast\u0103 concentra\u021bie, dac\u0103 este prezent\u0103 combustia, se poate forma un amestec exploziv.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Sensibilitate la energia de activare:<\/strong> pulberile inflamabile pot reac\u021biona la diferite surse de energie de activare, cum ar fi c\u0103ldura, sc\u00e2nteile electrice, desc\u0103rc\u0103rile electrostatice \u0219i suprafe\u021bele fierbin\u021bi. Este important s\u0103 se <strong>minimizeze sau s\u0103 se elimine aceste energii<\/strong> \u00een spa\u021biile \u00een care sunt prezente pulberile pentru a preveni riscul de explozie. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Ardere rapid\u0103:<\/strong> Atunci c\u00e2nd praful inflamabil este expus la o surs\u0103 de ardere, acesta poate arde foarte rapid, gener\u00e2nd o und\u0103 de \u0219oc \u0219i o cre\u0219tere rapid\u0103 a presiunii.
