Scopul a fost de a extrage praful organic \u00een timpul manipul\u0103rii sacilor de lapte praf, zah\u0103r \u0219i cacao. Dar \u0219i \u00een timpul opera\u021biunii de amestecare \u0219i la trecerea peste un cutter, care respinge praful atunci c\u00e2nd zdrobe\u0219te ingredientele. Pentru a minimiza riscul unei expuneri grave sau fatale, operatorii trebuie s\u0103 fie mai con\u0219tien\u021bi de acest aspect \u0219i trebuie s\u0103 se asigure echipamente capabile s\u0103 capteze \u0219i s\u0103 elimine corect aceste pulberi. <\/p>\n\n<p>Pulberile organice sunt frecvente \u00een sectorul agroalimentar. Pericolul prafului organic const\u0103 \u00een faptul c\u0103 acesta nu este doar periculos pentru s\u0103n\u0103tate, ci \u0219i combustibil. Conform unui studiu realizat de AGCS Allianz, sectorul agroalimentar este al doilea sector industrial cel mai afectat de exploziile de praf organic, cu 21 de explozii \u00eentre 2006 \u0219i 2017.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce este praful organic?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pulberile organice sunt amestecuri de pulberi vegetale \u00een propor\u021bii variabile. Este vorba de pulberi provenite din surse animale \u0219i agricole. Aceste prafuri se g\u0103sesc adesea \u00een concentra\u021bii ridicate \u00een \u00eenc\u0103peri \u0219i spa\u021bii \u00eenchise, cum ar fi depozite, ateliere, industrie etc. Cele mai frecvente prafuri organice sunt: toate tipurile de f\u0103in\u0103, cacao, zah\u0103r, lapte praf, amidon de porumb sau de cartofi \u0219i orez.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Sectoarele de activitate \u00een care operatorii vin \u00een contact cu pulberi organice sunt urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Morari, produc\u0103tori de semol\u0103, produc\u0103tori de biscui\u021bi \u0219i brutari<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produc\u0103torii de bere \u0219i mal\u021b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boluri de zah\u0103r<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Industria alimentar\u0103<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Care sunt pericolele acestui praf?<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sursa problemelor respiratorii<\/h3>\n\n<p>\u00cen func\u021bie de cantitatea \u0219i natura prafului organic, inhalarea acestuia poate fi periculoas\u0103 pentru s\u0103n\u0103tate. Pulberile organice \u00een suspensie \u00een aer sunt u\u0219or de inhalat \u0219i se fixeaz\u0103 \u00een mucoasa nazal\u0103. Unele particule foarte fine trec prin cavitatea nazal\u0103 \u0219i se deplaseaz\u0103 prin sistemul respirator. Acestea pot provoca daune grave operatorilor, inclusiv irita\u021bii (dificult\u0103\u021bi respiratorii, sinuzit\u0103, rinit\u0103, tuse) \u0219i alergii (eczeme, astm).   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sursa exploziei<\/h3>\n\n<p>Pulberile organice sunt, de asemenea, o surs\u0103 de explozie, deoarece sunt considerate combustibile. La niveluri sc\u0103zute de umiditate, toate pulberile organice se pot aprinde \u0219i exploda.
