Pulberile, solven\u021bii, reactivii \u0219i coloran\u021bii sunt to\u021bi periculo\u0219i pentru operatori. \u00cen acest studiu de caz, analiz\u0103m praful de ipsos, un CRM care poate p\u0103rea inofensiv, dar care este de fapt periculos pentru s\u0103n\u0103tate.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce sunt CMR-urile?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Anumi\u021bi agen\u021bi CRM sunt considera\u021bi a fi cancerigeni, mutageni sau toxici pe termen mediu \u0219i lung. Expunerea la ace\u0219ti agen\u021bi are repercusiuni majore asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii, motiv pentru care este at\u00e2t de important\u0103 eliminarea lor de la locul de munc\u0103. CMR sunt clasifica\u021bi \u00een trei categorii:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Agent\/proces cancerigen: substan\u021b\u0103, produs chimic, preparat sau proces capabil s\u0103 provoace cancer sau s\u0103 creasc\u0103 inciden\u021ba cancerului.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agent mutagen: produse sau procese chimice care cresc frecven\u021ba muta\u021biilor celulare \u0219i produc defecte genetice ereditare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agen\u021bi toxici: substan\u021be chimice sau procese care au efecte nocive asupra fertilit\u0103\u021bii femeilor \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bilor.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\u00cen plus, exist\u0103 dou\u0103 moduri de contaminare:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prin inhalare: p\u0103trunderea prin tractul respirator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dermic: penetrarea prin piele (m\u00e2ini, fa\u021b\u0103, ochi, g\u00e2t, bra\u021be).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cazul practic al prafului de ipsos  <\/h3>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum se face tencuiala?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Gipsul este utilizat \u00een mod obi\u0219nuit \u00een diverse sectoare industriale, inclusiv la fabricarea tencuielilor, a etan\u0219\u0103rilor sau a \u0219apei, a matri\u021belor \u0219i a materialelor de turnare sau la izolarea structurilor cu pere\u021bi, pere\u021bi desp\u0103r\u021bitori, pere\u021bi din gips etc. Dar ipsosul este utilizat \u0219i \u00een sectorul medical, de exemplu \u00een mulaje pentru sus\u021binerea oaselor fracturate, ipsos chirurgical, consolidarea bandajelor, fabricarea de proteze etc. <\/p>\n\n<p>Gipsul este un amestec pulverulent creat prin calcinarea \u0219i m\u0103cinarea gipsului. Gipsul este o a\u0219a-numit\u0103 roc\u0103 sedimentar\u0103 \u0219i era cunoscut anterior ca &#8222;piatr\u0103 de ipsos&#8221; sau &#8222;pierre de pl\u00e2tri\u00e8res&#8221;. Majoritatea gipsului este extras din mine sau cariere subterane \u00eenainte de a fi calcinat, zdrobit \u0219i \u00een cele din urm\u0103 m\u0103cinat, produc\u00e2nd pulberea alb\u0103 care poate fi observat\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd se manipuleaz\u0103 sau se taie tencuiala.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Care sunt pericolele tencuielii (sau gipsului)?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Gipsul este un praf mineral care poate fi nociv dac\u0103 este inhalat. Aceste pulberi minerale provoac\u0103 leziuni ale tractului respirator, iar dac\u0103 este ingerat\u0103 o cantitate prea mare, particulele pot ajunge direct \u00een nas, duc\u00e2nd la rinit\u0103 alergic\u0103 sau la inflamarea mucoasei nazale. Cele mai fine dintre aceste particule pot trece prin cavitatea nazal\u0103 \u0219i pot provoca chiar irita\u021bii ale membranelor mucoase ale traheei \u0219i bronhiilor, atac\u00e2nd direct traheea \u0219i pl\u0103m\u00e2nii. Inhalarea constant\u0103 de praf mineral de gips poate duce la boli pulmonare cronice \u0219i astm.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Suspensia de praf de ipsos este, de asemenea, un factor determinant \u00een riscul de explozie. Praful de gips este considerat exploziv atunci c\u00e2nd intr\u0103 \u00een contact cu o surs\u0103 inflamabil\u0103. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Care sunt m\u0103surile de protec\u021bie?<\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aspira\u021bi\/captura\u021bi praful direct la surs\u0103<\/h4>\n\n<p>O serie de aspiratoare industriale sunt disponibile pe pia\u021b\u0103 pentru a extrage praful care este periculos pentru operatori.
