La proiectarea sistemului de extrac\u021bie, este important s\u0103 se ia \u00een considerare nu numai condi\u021biile specifice de utilizare, ci \u0219i reglement\u0103rile \u0219i directivele relevante. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ca regul\u0103 general\u0103, un sistem de extrac\u021bie const\u0103 din urm\u0103toarele componente:<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unitate de filtrare \/ filtru \/ colector de praf<\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"114\" height=\"142\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/FILTRES.png\" alt=\"filtre\" class=\"wp-image-14814\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>Unitatea de filtrare<\/strong> este piesa central\u0103 a <strong>unei instala\u021bii de vid<\/strong>. Turbinele de extrac\u021bie de presiune medie sunt, \u00een general, ventilatoare utilizate pentru aplica\u021bii \u00een care aerul care con\u021bine <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/solutions-pour-traiter-poussiere\/\">praf trebuie captat \u0219i extras<\/a>. Printre factorii importan\u021bi se num\u0103r\u0103 num\u0103rul \u0219i simultaneitatea punctelor de aspira\u021bie, diametrul racordurilor la punctele de aspira\u021bie, viteza de transport necesar\u0103 a materialului care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie extras \u0219i lungimea conductelor de aspira\u021bie. <\/p>\n\n<p>Turbina de extrac\u021bie este instalat\u0103 de obicei l\u00e2ng\u0103 filtru. Se folosesc adesea \u00een mod standard butoaie, tamburi sau sertare de colectare conectate la unitatea de filtrare printr-un con. Este important ca <strong>volumul recipientelor de colectare<\/strong> s\u0103 fie adaptat la<a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/poussiere-solvant-industrie\/\"> cantitatea de praf<\/a> produs\u0103.
