Cu toate acestea,<strong>expunerea la poluan\u021bi \u00een interiorul locuin\u021belor \u0219i cl\u0103dirilor<\/strong> este de 10 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 50 de ori mai mare dec\u00e2t \u00een exterior!  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u00cen industrie, <strong>monitorizarea calit\u0103\u021bii aerului interior<\/strong> este esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru a asigura s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u0219i siguran\u021ba angaja\u021bilor \u0219i func\u021bionarea optim\u0103 a unit\u0103\u021bilor.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Care sunt parametrii de calitate a aerului \u0219i principalele surse de poluare? De ce \u0219i cum putem <strong>\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi calitatea aerului interior<\/strong>? Care sunt solu\u021biile pentru <strong>analizarea aerului dintr-o cl\u0103dire<\/strong>? Descoperi\u021bi explica\u021biile \u0219i sfaturile noastre pentru un mediu de lucru s\u0103n\u0103tos.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce este calitatea aerului interior?<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Calitatea aerului interior (IAQ)<\/strong> este o modalitate de a verifica dac\u0103 aerul dintr-o cl\u0103dire nu prezint\u0103 <strong>riscuri pentru s\u0103n\u0103tatea uman\u0103 sau pentru mediu<\/strong>. S\u0103 arunc\u0103m o privire asupra factorilor care afecteaz\u0103 calitatea aerului \u0219i a provenien\u021bei acestora. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parametrii de calitate a aerului din cl\u0103diri<\/h3>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/mesure-de-la-qualite-de-l-air-interieur-interet-principe\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/mesure-de-la-qualite-de-l-air-interieur-interet-principe\/\">Calitatea aerului interior este m\u0103surat\u0103<\/a> prin <strong>monitorizarea valorilor fizice<\/strong> (temperatur\u0103, umiditate, presiune etc.) \u0219i a <strong>concentra\u021biei de compu\u0219i poluan\u021bi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poluan\u021bi volatili \u0219i particule<\/h4>\n\n<p>Spa\u021biile comerciale, \u00een special cl\u0103dirile industriale, con\u021bin dou\u0103 categorii de poluan\u021bi ai aerului interior:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>poluan\u021bi gazo\u0219i<\/strong>: mirosuri, vapori chimici, compu\u0219i organici volatili (COV) etc. ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>poluan\u021bi sub form\u0103 de particule<\/strong>: praf, aerosoli, substan\u021be biologice (viru\u0219i, bacterii, spori) etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Expunerea la poluarea aerului interior are <strong>efecte nocive asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii \u0219i siguran\u021bei angaja\u021bilor<\/strong>. COV-urile joac\u0103 un rol \u00een formarea gazelor cu efect de ser\u0103, care agraveaz\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103lzirea global\u0103. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Temperatura \u0219i umiditatea<\/h4>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:30%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"200\" height=\"115\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Temperatures.jpg\" alt=\"temperaturi\" class=\"wp-image-14096\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:75%\">\n<p>Calitatea aerului interior depinde, de asemenea, de parametrii fizici ai acestuia, \u00een special de temperatur\u0103 \u0219i umiditate. O temperatur\u0103 \u00eentre 20 \u0219i 27\u00b0C \u0219i o umiditate relativ\u0103 \u00eentre 35 \u0219i 60% asigur\u0103 un nivel optim de confort. \u00cen schimb, <strong>valorile prea ridicate sau prea sc\u0103zute duc la deteriorarea condi\u021biilor de lucru<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:75%\">\n<p>\u00cenc\u0103lzirea excesiv\u0103 a cl\u0103dirilor duce la <strong>poluare termic\u0103<\/strong>, care favorizeaz\u0103 dezvoltarea poluan\u021bilor biologici \u0219i poate deteriora produsele. \u00cen mod similar, <strong>vaporii de ap\u0103<\/strong> genereaz\u0103 mucegai \u0219i coroziunea materialelor metalice. \u00cen sf\u00e2r\u0219it, umiditatea \u0219i temperatura <strong>exacerbeaz\u0103 efectele iritante ale compu\u0219ilor organici volatili (COV<\/strong> ).  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:30%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"200\" height=\"115\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Humidite.jpg\" alt=\"umiditate\" class=\"wp-image-14100\" style=\"width:200px;height:115px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Surse de poluare a aerului interior<\/h3>\n\n<p>Exist\u0103 multe cauze ale <strong>calit\u0103\u021bii sc\u0103zute a aerului interior \u00een cl\u0103dirile industriale<\/strong>. Temperatura poate fi controlat\u0103 prin \u00eenc\u0103lzire, aer condi\u021bionat sau r\u0103cire, iar umiditatea prin uscarea sau umidificarea aerului. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elimina\u021bi poluan\u021bii \u0219i particulele<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Tratarea aerului industrial<\/strong> presupune <strong>captarea \u0219i filtrarea aerului poluat<\/strong>. Dup\u0103 ce a fost cur\u0103\u021bat de substan\u021bele periculoase, aerul purificat poate fi evacuat \u00een afara cl\u0103dirii, f\u0103r\u0103 riscuri pentru mediu, sau poate fi reintrodus \u00een spa\u021biul de lucru. Fixe sau mobile, purificatoarele de aer industriale \u0219i unit\u0103\u021bile de tratare a aerului pot<strong>extrage \u0219i filtra poluan\u021bii \u0219i particulele prezente \u00een cl\u0103dire<\/strong>. Acestea func\u021bioneaz\u0103 adesea \u00eempreun\u0103 cu un sistem de ventila\u021bie mecanic\u0103 controlat\u0103 (CMV) sau de \u00eendep\u0103rtare a prafului industrial.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u0103cirea aerului interior<\/h3>\n\n<p>R\u0103citoarele de aer industriale <strong>reduc temperatura din interiorul cl\u0103dirilor<\/strong>. Mai respectuoas\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de mediu, <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/ro\/sfatul-nostru\/racire-adiabatica-confort-termic-natural\/\">r\u0103cirea adiabatic\u0103<\/a> se bazeaz\u0103 pe <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/ro\/sfatul-nostru\/comment-rafraichissement-evaporation-ameliorer-production-industrielle\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"7081\">r\u0103cirea aerului prin evaporarea apei<\/a><\/strong>pe acela\u0219i principiu ca \u0219i briza m\u0103rii. Un <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/ro\/sfatul-nostru\/intrebari-frecvente-racitoare-de-aer-adiabatic\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"7105\">r\u0103citor de aer adiabatic<\/a> consum\u0103 de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 10 ori mai pu\u021bin\u0103 energie electric\u0103 dec\u00e2t un sistem conven\u021bional de aer condi\u021bionat.  <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-horizontal is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-03627597 wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/ro\/sfatul-nostru\/choisir-rafraichisseur-d-air-industriel-reguler-temperature\/\">Cum alege\u021bi un r\u0103citor de aer industrial pentru a regla temperatura \u00een atelierul dumneavoastr\u0103?<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Cite\u0219te \u0219i: <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/ro\/sfatul-nostru\/unde-pot-utiliza-un-sistem-de-racire-prin-evaporare\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"7093\">Unde pot folosi r\u0103cirea prin evaporare?<\/a><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce s\u0103 instala\u021bi un sistem de tratare a aerului interior?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Men\u021binerea unei bune calit\u0103\u021bi a aerului interior este o <strong>obliga\u021bie legal\u0103 pentru angajatori<\/strong>. De asemenea, are <strong>o serie de beneficii pentru unit\u0103\u021bi<\/strong>, inclusiv siguran\u021ba angaja\u021bilor, economii la \u00eentre\u021binere \u0219i productivitate sporit\u0103. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Respectarea normelor de s\u0103n\u0103tate<\/h3>\n\n<p>Prin monitorizarea calit\u0103\u021bii aerului din interior, pute\u021bi<strong>respecta Codul muncii francez \u0219i standardele de s\u0103n\u0103tate actuale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Valori limit\u0103 de expunere profesional\u0103 (OEL)<\/h4>\n\n<p>Codul muncii francez prevede c\u0103 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/reglementation-vlep-evaluation-risque-chimique-lieu-de-travail\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"6575\">pentru a respecta limitele de expunere profesional\u0103<\/a><\/strong> (VLEP). Acestea corespund <strong>nivelului maxim de poluan\u021bi sau particule<\/strong> la care angaja\u021bii pot fi expu\u0219i \u00een cursul activit\u0103\u021bii lor, f\u0103r\u0103 riscuri pentru s\u0103n\u0103tatea lor. \u00cen cazul \u00een care VLEP nu sunt respectate, postul de lucru este suspendat p\u00e2n\u0103 la punerea \u00een aplicare a unor solu\u021bii de limitare a expunerii operatorului.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diagnosticarea calit\u0103\u021bii aerului interior<\/h4>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/ro\/sfatul-nostru\/qai-diagnostic-qualite-de-l-air-interieur-batiments-industriels\/\">Diagnosticarea calit\u0103\u021bii aerului interior<\/a> const\u0103 \u00een <strong>evaluarea nivelului de poluare dintr-o locuin\u021b\u0103 individual\u0103 sau dintr-o cl\u0103dire colectiv\u0103<\/strong> pentru a pune \u00een aplicare solu\u021bii adecvate. Legea francez\u0103 privind angajamentul na\u021bional pentru mediu, cunoscut\u0103 sub numele de &#8222;Grenelle 2&#8221;, vizeaz\u0103 <strong>\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii aerului interior \u00een institu\u021biile deschise publicului<\/strong>, \u00een special copiilor. \u00cencep\u00e2nd cu anul 2020, legea impune \u0219colilor, centrelor de agrement \u0219i liceelor s\u0103 efectueze o evaluare a calit\u0103\u021bii aerului interior.
