Sistemele de filtrare a aerului protejeaz\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tatea operatorilor, produsele \u0219i utilajele dumneavoastr\u0103. Aceste instala\u021bii au diferite etape de filtrare: <strong>filtre G4<\/strong>, filtre fine M5 p\u00e2n\u0103 la F9 \u0219i filtre absolute H13 p\u00e2n\u0103 la U17.    <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Solu\u021biile de filtrare a aerului G4 neregenerabile <\/strong>sunt utilizate pentru tratarea aerului cu praf redus. S\u0103 arunc\u0103m o privire mai atent\u0103 la aceste elemente de filtrare. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce este filtrarea neregenerativ\u0103?<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Prefiltrele neregenerative G4<\/strong> sunt filtre de unic\u0103 folosin\u021b\u0103. Acestea protejeaz\u0103 elementele filtrante mai fine din aval. Filtrele cu cadru din carton sau plastic sunt complet reciclabile. Filtrele cu rame galvanizate sau din o\u021bel inoxidabil trebuie demontate \u00eenainte de reprelucrare.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Unele filtre sunt plate, altele sunt plisate (suprafa\u021b\u0103 de filtrare mai mare). Aceste filtre de satura\u021bie sunt potrivite pentru <strong>instala\u021bii<\/strong> mici <strong>de tratare a aerului \u0219i purificatoare de aer<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filtru de aer neregenerabil G4<\/h2>\n\n<p>Filtrul G4 protejeaz\u0103<strong> sistemele de filtrare<\/strong>, filtrele fine, filtrele cu eficien\u021b\u0103 foarte ridicat\u0103 \u0219i filtrele cu carbon. Acest filtru capteaz\u0103 particulele grosiere \u0219i prafurile mai mari de 10 microni (cunoscute \u0219i sub denumirea de ISO Coarse \u00een noul standard).   <\/p>\n\n<p>Care este rolul filtrului G4 \u0219i cum arat\u0103 acesta? Asta este ceea ce vom afla. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filtru G4 neregenerabil: roluri \u0219i func\u021bii<\/h3>\n\n<p>Filtrele grosiere (G3 &#8211; G4) se g\u0103sesc \u00een toate <strong>instala\u021biile de filtrare <\/strong>(purificatoare, unit\u0103\u021bi de tratare a aerului). Filtrul G4 ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 ca un pre-separator \u00eentre particulele fine \u0219i cele grosiere. Ca separatoare de particule, acestea capteaz\u0103 particulele mari \u0219i protejeaz\u0103 filtrele fine \u0219i foarte fine.    <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Filtrul G4 de unic\u0103 folosin\u021b\u0103 protejeaz\u0103, de asemenea, <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/ro\/sfatul-nostru\/solutions-pour-traiter-poussiere\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/solutions-pour-traiter-poussiere\/\">sistemele de tratare a aerului \u00eempotriva prafului<\/a> gras \u0219i a sc\u00e2nteilor.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipologia filtrelor neregenerative G4<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Filtrul G4 de unic\u0103 folosin\u021b\u0103 <\/strong>este un mediu filtrant realizat din diferite materiale. Unele filtre G4 de tip plisat se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-un cadru din o\u021bel galvanizat. Alte medii filtrante de unic\u0103 folosin\u021b\u0103 sunt plate, realizate din fibre sintetice cusute pe o s\u00e2rm\u0103 de o\u021bel sau pe un cadru din o\u021bel galvanizat sau inoxidabil. <strong>Unele medii filtrante<\/strong> din fibre sintetice sunt prezentate \u00eentr-un cadru rigid din carton. Exist\u0103, de asemenea, filtre din fibre de poliester G4 t\u0103iate la dimensiune pe role.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">E10 p\u00e2n\u0103 la U17 filtre de \u00eenalt\u0103 \u0219i foarte \u00eenalt\u0103 eficien\u021b\u0103<\/h2>\n\n<p>Aceste filtre cu eficien\u021b\u0103 ridicat\u0103 \u0219i foarte ridicat\u0103 pot fi utilizate \u00een <strong>sistemele de filtrare la surs\u0103 <\/strong>sau \u00een mediul ambiant. Ele sunt, de asemenea, utilizate pentru filtrarea final\u0103 (filtre absolute) \u00een instala\u021biile de tratare a aerului din sectorul s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii. Acestea sunt disponibile sub form\u0103 de casete de filtre montate pe colectoare de praf industriale mobile \u0219i ca filtre de satura\u021bie pentru colectoare de praf industriale mici.
