{"id":98148,"date":"2021-07-29T09:45:37","date_gmt":"2021-07-29T07:45:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/obera.fr\/nase-rada\/vlep-cobalt-et-composes-valeurs-limites-exposition-professionnelle\/"},"modified":"2025-05-07T09:27:18","modified_gmt":"2025-05-07T07:27:18","slug":"vlep-cobalt-et-composes-valeurs-limites-exposition-professionnelle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/obera.fr\/ro\/sfatul-nostru\/vlep-cobalt-et-composes-valeurs-limites-exposition-professionnelle\/","title":{"rendered":"Valori limit\u0103 de expunere profesional\u0103: cobalt \u0219i compu\u0219i"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compozi\u021bia cobaltului \u0219i unde s\u0103 \u00eel g\u0103si\u021bi<\/h2>\n\n<p>Cobaltul este un <strong>metal de tranzi\u021bie<\/strong> apropiat de fier. <strong>Compu\u0219ii <\/strong>s\u0103i <strong>minerali <\/strong>sunt : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>oxid de cobalt ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sulfur\u0103 de cobalt ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nitrat de cobalt ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sulfat de cobalt ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carbonat de cobalt ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>diclorur\u0103 de cobalt sau clorur\u0103 de cobalt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Aceste <strong>metale \u0219i substan\u021be metalice<\/strong> sunt utilizate \u00een principal \u00een urm\u0103toarele sectoare:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>industria aeronautic\u0103 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>industria electronic\u0103 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>industria nautic\u0103 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>metalurgie ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>industria sticlei \u0219i ceramicii ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>industria vopselelor \u0219i lacurilor, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Cobaltul \u0219i compu\u0219ii s\u0103i sunt utiliza\u021bi \u00een fabricarea urm\u0103toarelor produse \u0219i materiale:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>aliaje <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/vlep-chrome-hexavalent-valeurs-limites-exposition-professionnelle-contraignantes\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/vlep-chrome-hexavalent-valeurs-limites-exposition-professionnelle-contraignantes\/\">(crom<\/a>, nichel, aluminiu, cupru, tungsten etc.) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>discuri de \u0219lefuire cu diamant ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>electrozi pentru baterii cu litiu ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pigmen\u021bi ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00eengr\u0103\u0219\u0103minte, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VLEP cobalt: valoarea limit\u0103 profesional\u0103 pe 8 ore \u0219i VLEP pe termen scurt<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Articolul R. 4412-4 din Codul muncii francez<\/strong> define\u0219te valorile limit\u0103 de expunere profesional\u0103<a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/ro\/sfatul-nostru\/reglementation-vlep-evaluation-risque-chimique-lieu-de-travail\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/reglementation-vlep-evaluation-risque-chimique-lieu-de-travail\/\">(<\/a>VLEP) pentru agen\u021bi chimici precum cobaltul \u0219i compu\u0219ii s\u0103i.<\/p>\n\n<p>Valori limit\u0103 de expunere profesional\u0103 pentru cobalt \u0219i compu\u0219ii s\u0103i (cu excep\u021bia cobaltului asociat cu carbura de tungsten) :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>VLEP-8 h<\/strong> = 0,0025 mg\/m\u00b3 (0,0025 mg\/m\u00b3)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/ro\/sfatul-nostru\/valeur-limite-exposition-professionnelle-ou-vlep\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1999\">Valoarea limit\u0103 profesional\u0103 pe termen scurt<\/a> <\/strong>(STELV 15 min) = 0,0125 mg\/m\u00b3 (0,0125 mg\/m\u00b3)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evaluarea expunerii lucr\u0103torilor la cobalt la locul de munc\u0103<\/h2>\n\n<p>Cobaltul \u0219i compu\u0219ii s\u0103i sunt <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/substances-cmr-risque-exposition-au-travail-quelle-reglementation-prevention\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/substances-cmr-risque-exposition-au-travail-quelle-reglementation-prevention\/\">agen\u021bi chimici clasifica\u021bi ca CMR<\/a><\/strong> (cancerigene, mutagene sau toxice pentru reproducere). Ca atare, ace\u0219tia sunt supu\u0219i unei <strong>inspec\u021bii anuale de c\u0103tre un organism acreditat COFRAC<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cel pu\u021bin o dat\u0103 pe an;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>atunci c\u00e2nd exist\u0103 o modificare care poate avea un impact asupra expunerii lucr\u0103torilor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>VLEP pentru cobalt \u0219i compu\u0219ii s\u0103i este utilizat ca <strong>referin\u021b\u0103 la evaluarea expunerii <\/strong>lucr\u0103torilor <strong>la <\/strong>poluan\u021bii de la locul de munc\u0103. M\u0103sur\u0103torile concentra\u021biei poluan\u021bilor din atmosfera locurilor de munc\u0103 fac posibil\u0103 determinarea <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/ro\/sfatul-nostru\/care-sunt-riscurile-nerespectarii-vlep\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1816\">m\u0103surile de prevenire a riscurilor<\/a><\/strong> care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie puse \u00een aplicare. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Clasificarea \u0219i etichetarea cobaltului \u00een conformitate cu Regulamentul CLP<\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00cen conformitate cu <strong>regulamentul CLP<\/strong>, <strong>clasificarea \u0219i etichetarea cobaltului <\/strong>\u0219i <strong>a <\/strong>compu\u0219ilor s\u0103i (oxid de cobalt, sulfur\u0103 de cobalt, diclorur\u0103 de cobalt, sulfat de cobalt, nitrat de cobalt \u0219i carbonat de cobalt) sunt urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sensibilizare respiratorie \u0219i cutanat\u0103 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>toxicitate acut\u0103 prin inhalare ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carcinogenitate (cancer prin inhalare) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mutagenitate ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>toxicitate pentru reproducere ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>toxicitate cronic\u0103 pentru mediul acvatic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00cen ce forme se prezint\u0103 cobaltul \u0219i cum este tratat?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Cobaltul se g\u0103se\u0219te \u00een general sub form\u0103 de praf sau este con\u021binut \u00een uleiurile de t\u0103iere.
