BTEX sunt utiliza\u021bi \u00een fabricarea urm\u0103toarelor produse \u0219i materiale: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>plastic ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cauciuc sintetic ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carburan\u021bi (benzin\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 plumb) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aditivi alimentari ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>medicamente ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>parfum ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>culori ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>solven\u021bi ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>detergen\u021bi ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pesticide, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>BTEX sunt utilizate \u00een principal \u00een urm\u0103toarele sectoare:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>industria petrochimic\u0103 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>industria cosmetic\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>industria farmacochimic\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garaje auto ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>benzin\u0103rii, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VLEP BTEX: Valoarea limit\u0103 profesional\u0103 pe 8 ore \u0219i pe termen scurt<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Benzenul, toluenul, etilbenzenul \u0219i xilenele<\/strong> sunt compu\u0219i chimici <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/substances-cmr-risque-exposition-au-travail-quelle-reglementation-prevention\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/substances-cmr-risque-exposition-au-travail-quelle-reglementation-prevention\/\">clasifica\u021bi ca CMR<\/a><\/strong> (cancerigeni, mutageni sau toxici pentru reproducere). BTEX prezint\u0103 <strong>riscuri pentru s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u0219i siguran\u021ba lucr\u0103torilor<\/strong>. Iat\u0103 o list\u0103: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>lichid \u0219i vapori foarte inflamabili ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>poten\u021bial fatal\u0103 dac\u0103 este \u00eenghi\u021bit\u0103 sau p\u0103trunde \u00een tractul respirator ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>riscuri grave pentru organe prin expunere repetat\u0103 sau prelungit\u0103 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>iritarea pielii ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>somnolen\u021b\u0103 sau ame\u021beli.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Decretul nr. 2019-1487 din 27 decembrie 2019 stabile\u0219te <strong>VLEP obligatorii pentru BTEX<\/strong>. Valorile limit\u0103 de expunere profesional\u0103 pentru aceste hidrocarburi sunt exprimate : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00een greutate, adic\u0103 \u00een mg\/m\u00b3 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la volum, adic\u0103 \u00een ppm sau p\u0103r\u021bi pe milion pentru gaze \u0219i vapori.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Valori limit\u0103 de expunere profesional\u0103 pentru benzen<\/strong> VLEP-8h = 3,25 mg\/m\u00b3 sau 1 ppm.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Valori limit\u0103 de expunere profesional\u0103 pentru toluen<\/strong> (VLEP-8h) = 76,8 mg\/m\u00b3 sau 20 ppm; VLEP pe termen scurt (VLCT 15 mn) = 384 mg\/m\u00b3 sau 100 ppm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Valori limit\u0103 de expunere profesional\u0103 pentru etilbenzen <\/strong>OEL-8h = 88,4 mg\/m\u00b3 sau 20 ppm; OEL pe termen scurt (OEL-15 min) = 442 mg\/m\u00b3 sau 100 ppm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Valorile limit\u0103 de expunere profesional\u0103 pentru xileni<\/strong> OEL-8h = 221 mg\/m\u00b3 sau 50 ppm; OEL pe termen scurt (STEL 15 min) = 442 mg\/m\u00b3 sau 100 ppm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VLEP BTEX: valori limit\u0103 restrictive de expunere profesional\u0103<\/h2>\n\n<p>Valorile <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/ro\/sfatul-nostru\/reglementation-vlep-evaluation-risque-chimique-lieu-de-travail\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/reglementation-vlep-evaluation-risque-chimique-lieu-de-travail\/\">limit\u0103 de toxicitate<\/a> pentru BTEX, ca \u0219i o mare parte din valorile limit\u0103 de toxicitate obligatorii, sunt stabilite la<strong>articolul R. 4412-149 din Codul muncii francez<\/strong>. Aceste valori reprezint\u0103 praguri pentru <strong>concentra\u021bia medie de compu\u0219i chimici care nu trebuie dep\u0103\u0219it\u0103<\/strong> \u00een atmosfera de la locul de munc\u0103.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Ca parte a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/ro\/sfatul-nostru\/care-sunt-riscurile-nerespectarii-vlep\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1816\">prevenirea riscurilor<\/a><\/strong>\u00cen contextul prevenirii riscurilor, \u00eentreprinderile sunt obligate s\u0103 efectueze <strong>verific\u0103ri anuale ale VLEP prin intermediul unui organism acreditat COFRAC<\/strong>.
