Zariadenia do v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9ho prostredia, zn\u00e1me aj ako zariadenia ATEX, sa vz\u0165ahuj\u00fa na zariadenia \u0161peci\u00e1lne navrhnut\u00e9 na bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvanie v potenci\u00e1lne v\u00fdbu\u0161nom prostred\u00ed. ATEX je skratka pre<strong>&#8222;ATmosph\u00e8res<\/strong> <strong>EXplosibles<\/strong>&#8222;, \u010do je eur\u00f3pska smernica upravuj\u00faca pou\u017e\u00edvanie \u0161pecializovan\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed v tak\u00fdchto prostrediach.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Cie\u013eom <strong>zariaden\u00ed ATEX<\/strong> je predch\u00e1dza\u0165 t\u00fdmto v\u00fdbuchom t\u00fdm, \u017ee sa zabezpe\u010d\u00ed, aby boli<strong> pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 zariadenia<\/strong> vhodn\u00e9 pre<strong> tieto prostredia<\/strong> a minimalizovali sa tak rizik\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u010co je to v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-medium is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/26-zone-atex-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"26 Z&#xF3;na Atex\" class=\"wp-image-1667\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/26-zone-atex-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/26-zone-atex-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/26-zone-atex.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>V\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra ATEX <\/strong>je prostredie, v ktorom s\u00fa hor\u013eav\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, ako s\u00fa plyny, pary, kvapaliny alebo prach, pr\u00edtomn\u00e9 vo vzduchu v dostato\u010dnom mno\u017estve, \u010do vytv\u00e1ra potenci\u00e1lne riziko v\u00fdbuchu. Pojem &#8222;ATEX&#8220; odkazuje na eur\u00f3psku smernicu 2014\/34\/E\u00da, ktor\u00e1 upravuje pou\u017e\u00edvanie zariaden\u00ed v t\u00fdchto <strong>nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch prostrediach<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>V\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra m\u00f4\u017ee vznikn\u00fa\u0165 v r\u00f4znych typoch priemyseln\u00fdch odvetv\u00ed a na r\u00f4znych pracovisk\u00e1ch, napr\u00edklad v chemickom, ropnom a plyn\u00e1renskom priemysle, v zariadeniach na spracovanie odpadu, vo farmaceutickom priemysle, v ban\u00edctve, v potravin\u00e1rskom priemysle at\u010f. Hor\u013eav\u00e9 l\u00e1tky pr\u00edtomn\u00e9 v t\u00fdchto prostrediach sa m\u00f4\u017eu uvo\u013eni\u0165 n\u00e1hodne, napr\u00edklad pri \u00faniku, \u00faniku, chemick\u00fdch reakci\u00e1ch alebo \u0161pecifick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch procesoch. <strong>Hor\u013eav\u00e9 l\u00e1tky<\/strong> pr\u00edtomn\u00e9 v t\u00fdchto prostrediach sa m\u00f4\u017eu uvo\u013eni\u0165 n\u00e1hodne, napr\u00edklad po\u010das \u00fanikov, \u00fanikov, chemick\u00fdch reakci\u00ed alebo<strong> \u0161pecifick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch procesov<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>Aby sa atmosf\u00e9ra pova\u017eovala za v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fa, musia by\u0165 s\u00fa\u010dasne pr\u00edtomn\u00e9 dva k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 prvky: palivo a zdroj vznietenia. Palivom m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 plyn, para, prach alebo hor\u013eav\u00e1 kvapalina, zatia\u013e \u010do <strong>zdrojom zap\u00e1lenia<\/strong> m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 iskra, otvoren\u00fd plame\u0148, hor\u00faci povrch, elektrostatick\u00fd v\u00fdboj at\u010f. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Klasifik\u00e1cie v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fdch atmosf\u00e9r<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>S cie\u013eom lep\u0161ie pochopi\u0165 potenci\u00e1lne nebezpe\u010denstv\u00e1 sa v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 atmosf\u00e9ry klasifikuj\u00fa do r\u00f4znych z\u00f3n pod\u013ea pravdepodobnosti v\u00fdskytu a trvania pr\u00edtomnosti <strong>hor\u013eav\u00fdch l\u00e1tok<\/strong>. Naj\u010dastej\u0161ie sa pou\u017e\u00edva klasifik\u00e1cia definovan\u00e1 v norme ATEX, ktor\u00e1 rozde\u013euje z\u00f3ny do troch kateg\u00f3ri\u00ed: z\u00f3na 0, z\u00f3na 1 a z\u00f3na 2 pre plynn\u00e9 atmosf\u00e9ry a z\u00f3na 20, z\u00f3na 21 a z\u00f3na 22 pre pra\u0161n\u00e9 atmosf\u00e9ry. <\/p>\n\n<p>Tu s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 hlavn\u00e9 klasifika\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00f3ny pre plyny, pary a prachy:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Z\u00f3na 0 (plyn\/v\u00fdpar) alebo Z\u00f3na 20 (prach<\/strong> ) : V\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra je pr\u00edtomn\u00e1 trvalo, dlhodobo alebo \u010dasto = 1000 hod\u00edn\/rok.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Z\u00f3na 1 (plyn\/v\u00fdpar) alebo Z\u00f3na 21 (prach<\/strong> ) : V\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra sa m\u00f4\u017ee vyskytn\u00fa\u0165 po\u010das be\u017enej prev\u00e1dzky = 10 a\u017e 1000 hod\u00edn\/rok.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Z\u00f3na 2 (plyn\/v\u00fdpar) alebo Z\u00f3na 22 (prach<\/strong> ) : V\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra je nepravdepodobn\u00e1 a vyskytuje sa v zanedbate\u013enom mno\u017estve a po\u010das kr\u00e1tkeho obdobia = menej ako 10 hod\u00edn\/rok.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Vo v\u00fdbu\u0161nom prostred\u00ed ATEX je nevyhnutn\u00e9 prija\u0165 vhodn\u00e9 prevent\u00edvne a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9 opatrenia. Patr\u00ed sem pou\u017e\u00edvanie zariaden\u00ed s certifik\u00e1tom ATEX, vykon\u00e1vanie bezpe\u010dn\u00fdch pracovn\u00fdch postupov, \u0161kolenie zamestnancov, monitorovanie prostredia, <strong>riadenie zdrojov vznietenia<\/strong> a hor\u013eav\u00fdch l\u00e1tok a vykon\u00e1vanie vhodn\u00fdch ochrann\u00fdch opatren\u00ed na predch\u00e1dzanie v\u00fdbuchom a minimaliz\u00e1ciu riz\u00edk pre bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 pracovn\u00edkov a zariaden\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zariadenia ATEX<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><strong> Zariadenia ATEX <\/strong>s\u00fa \u0161peci\u00e1lne navrhnut\u00e9 na bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvanie v prostred\u00ed s nebezpe\u010denstvom v\u00fdbuchu. Vyr\u00e1ba sa tak, aby sa obmedzilo riziko v\u00fdbuchu pomocou \u0161pecifick\u00fdch kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdch a kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdch postupov. Zah\u0155\u0148a \u0161irok\u00fa \u0161k\u00e1lu zariaden\u00ed, ako s\u00fa svietidl\u00e1, motory, sp\u00edna\u010de, sn\u00edma\u010de, komunika\u010dn\u00e9 zariadenia a meracie pr\u00edstroje.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Zariadenia ATEX musia prejs\u0165 pr\u00edsnymi certifika\u010dn\u00fdmi procesmi, aby sa zabezpe\u010dilo, \u017ee sp\u013a\u0148aj\u00fa po\u017eadovan\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9 normy. V\u00fdrobcovia musia na svojich v\u00fdrobkoch uv\u00e1dza\u0165 podrobn\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie o pr\u00edslu\u0161nej kateg\u00f3rii ochrany, teplotnej triede, klasifika\u010dn\u00fdch z\u00f3nach a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fdch prvkoch.<\/p>\n\n<p>Zariadenia ATEX mo\u017eno rozdeli\u0165 do dvoch hlavn\u00fdch kateg\u00f3ri\u00ed: zariadenia pre <strong>plynn\u00fa atmosf\u00e9ru<\/strong> a zariadenia pre <strong>prachov\u00fa atmosf\u00e9ru<\/strong>. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 kateg\u00f3ria m\u00e1 \u0161pecifick\u00e9 vlastnosti ur\u010den\u00e9 na zaistenie bezpe\u010dnosti v potenci\u00e1lne v\u00fdbu\u0161nom prostred\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<p>Zariadenia ur\u010den\u00e9 na pou\u017e\u00edvanie v <strong>plynnom prostred\u00ed<\/strong> s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby zabr\u00e1nili vzniku iskier alebo elektrick\u00fdch obl\u00fakov, ktor\u00e9 by mohli vyvola\u0165 v\u00fdbuch. Obsahuj\u00fa ochrann\u00e9 zariadenia, ako s\u00fa nev\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 kryty a tesnenia, ktor\u00e9 zabra\u0148uj\u00fa prenikaniu hor\u013eav\u00fdch plynov. Toto zariadenie je vyroben\u00e9 z materi\u00e1lov odoln\u00fdch proti v\u00fdbuchu a je navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby sa minimalizovalo riziko vznietenia.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Zariadenia pre <strong>pra\u0161n\u00e9 prostredie<\/strong> s\u00fa \u0161peci\u00e1lne navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby sa zabr\u00e1nilo hromadeniu hor\u013eav\u00e9ho prachu. S\u00fa vybaven\u00e9 prvkami, ako s\u00fa \u0161peci\u00e1lne filtre na zadr\u017eiavanie jemn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc, syst\u00e9my na ods\u00e1vanie prachu na odstr\u00e1nenie usaden\u00edn prachu a hladk\u00e9 povrchy, ktor\u00e9 zabra\u0148uj\u00fa pri\u013enutiu hor\u013eav\u00e9ho prachu. Toto zariadenie je navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby minimalizovalo riziko vznietenia prachu a v\u00fdbuchu.  <\/p>\n\n<p>V oboch kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1ch je certifik\u00e1cia ATEX nevyhnutn\u00e1 na zabezpe\u010denie toho, aby zariadenie sp\u013a\u0148alo po\u017eadovan\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9 normy. S\u00fa nevyhnutn\u00e9 v zariadeniach na ods\u00e1vanie prachu ATEX a ich \u00falohou je chr\u00e1ni\u0165 obsluhu a stroje pred sp\u00e4tn\u00fdm pr\u00faden\u00edm prachu pri v\u00fdbuchu zo zbera\u010da prachu do v\u00fdroby.
