Bu\u010f preto, \u017ee prev\u00e1dzka emituje tieto prachy a prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky s\u00fa\u010dasne. Alebo preto, \u017ee v dielni alebo priemyselnej hale sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa paraleln\u00e9 prev\u00e1dzky, ktor\u00e9 nez\u00e1visle od seba produkuj\u00fa <strong>prach alebo VOC <\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 sa potom mie\u0161aj\u00fa v okolitom ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Okrem toho niektor\u00e9 \u010dinnosti sp\u00f4sobuj\u00fa ob\u0165a\u017eovanie z\u00e1pachom v s\u00favislosti s emisiami VOC alebo prachu. Okrem toho ve\u013ek\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 VOC emitovan\u00fdch do ovzdu\u0161ia v dielni poch\u00e1dza z rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adiel pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch pri t\u00fdchto oper\u00e1ci\u00e1ch. <strong>V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adiel je<\/strong> v\u0161ak <strong>hor\u013eav\u00e1<\/strong> a vytv\u00e1ra v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fa atmosf\u00e9ru (ATEX). Jemn\u00e9 \u010dastice suspendovan\u00e9 vo vzduchu maj\u00fa hor\u013eav\u00fd potenci\u00e1l. Plynn\u00e1 zmes VOC a prachu zvy\u0161uje riziko ATEX.      <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00fdrobcovia sa musia vysporiada\u0165 s<strong> prchav\u00fdmi organick\u00fdmi l\u00e1tkami<\/strong> aj<strong> prachom<\/strong>. Predpisy od nich vy\u017eaduj\u00fa, aby predch\u00e1dzali zdravotn\u00fdm a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fdm rizik\u00e1m spojen\u00fdm s ich pr\u00edtomnos\u0165ou v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed budovy.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">V z\u00e1vislosti od v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho kontextu sa v\u00fdrobcovia m\u00f4\u017eu rozhodn\u00fa\u0165 pou\u017ei\u0165 kombin\u00e1ciu \u010distiacich zariaden\u00ed alebo sa rozhodn\u00fa\u0165 pre filter, ktor\u00fd kombinuje vlastn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie \u010distenia prachu a VOC. \u00daprava VOC vo v\u0161eobecnosti<strong>odstra\u0148uje<\/strong> aj<strong>z\u00e1pach<\/strong>. Okrem toho, aby sa priemyseln\u00fd podnik vysporiadal s rizikom ATEX, vybav\u00ed sa zariaden\u00edm, ktor\u00e9 je v s\u00falade so z\u00f3nou ATEX, v ktorej bude nain\u0161talovan\u00e9.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Po preh\u013eade niektor\u00fdch priemyseln\u00fdch odvetv\u00ed a \u010dinnost\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa ovzdu\u0161ie <strong>kombinuj\u00face VOC a prach<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 je \u010dasto zap\u00e1chaj\u00face alebo v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9, predstav\u00edme mo\u017en\u00e9 techniky \u00fapravy. Potom sa podrobne pozrieme na emisie VOC a prachu v jednotliv\u00fdch odvetviach, ako aj na <strong>ob\u0165a\u017eovanie z\u00e1pachom a riziko ATEX, ktor\u00e9<\/strong> sp\u00f4sobuj\u00fa. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Niektor\u00e9 pr\u00edklady priemyseln\u00fdch procesov, pri ktor\u00fdch sa uvo\u013e\u0148uje prach a prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky<\/h2>\n\n<p>Niektor\u00e9 priemyseln\u00e9 procesy m\u00f4\u017eu emitova\u0165 <strong>\u010dastice pren\u00e1\u0161an\u00e9 vzduchom <\/strong>(prach) aj prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny (VOC). LZO a prach m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 emitovan\u00e9 s\u00fa\u010dasne alebo m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 emitovan\u00e9 po\u010das paraleln\u00fdch alebo po sebe nasleduj\u00facich \u00faloh vykon\u00e1van\u00fdch v tom istom objeme. Uv\u00e1dzame nieko\u013eko pr\u00edkladov:  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chemick\u00fd priemysel<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Chemick\u00e9 z\u00e1vody vyr\u00e1baj\u00face organick\u00e9 chemik\u00e1lie<\/strong> m\u00f4\u017eu emitova\u0165 VOC po\u010das procesov synt\u00e9zy, polymeriz\u00e1cie, manipul\u00e1cie a skladovania. Okrem toho m\u00f4\u017eu \u010dastice vznika\u0165 pri manipul\u00e1cii s pevn\u00fdmi surovinami alebo pri v\u00fdrobe pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkov. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automobilov\u00fd priemysel<\/h3>\n\n<p>Pri \u010dinnostiach, ako je nan\u00e1\u0161anie farieb, zv\u00e1ranie a br\u00fasenie v automobilovej v\u00fdrobe, m\u00f4\u017ee vznika\u0165 <strong>kovov\u00fd<\/strong> alebo plastov\u00fd <strong>jemn\u00fd prach<\/strong> a prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky z pou\u017eit\u00fdch farieb, rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adiel a lepidiel.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Drev\u00e1rsky priemysel<\/h3>\n\n<p>Pri p\u00edlen\u00ed, br\u00fasen\u00ed a \u00faprave dreva sa m\u00f4\u017eu uvo\u013e\u0148ova\u0165 \u010dastice dreva, ako aj prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky z<strong> chemik\u00e1li\u00ed <\/strong>pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch na \u00fapravu a povrchov\u00fa \u00fapravu dreva.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plastik\u00e1rsky priemysel<\/h3>\n\n<p>V\u00fdroba plastov, najm\u00e4 <strong>vstrekovan\u00edm alebo tepeln\u00fdm tvarovan\u00edm<\/strong>, m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k emisi\u00e1m plastov\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc a prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zo z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov a spracovate\u013esk\u00fdch \u010dinidiel.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priemysel farieb a n\u00e1terov<\/h3>\n\n<p>Pri lakovan\u00ed, natieran\u00ed a dokon\u010dovac\u00edch pr\u00e1cach v r\u00f4znych odvetviach, ako je<strong>stavebn\u00edctvo<\/strong>, leteck\u00fd a n\u00e1morn\u00fd<strong>priemysel,<\/strong> sa m\u00f4\u017eu uvo\u013e\u0148ova\u0165 \u010dastice aj prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky z farieb, rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adiel a riedidiel.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Potravin\u00e1rsky priemysel<\/h3>\n\n<p>Pri niektor\u00fdch \u010dinnostiach <strong>spracovania potrav\u00edn<\/strong>, ako je pra\u017eenie, su\u0161enie a vypr\u00e1\u017eanie, m\u00f4\u017eu vznika\u0165 \u010dastice potrav\u00edn, ako aj prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky z procesov varenia a \u00fapravy.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tieto pr\u00edklady ilustruj\u00fa, \u017ee ur\u010dit\u00e9 priemyseln\u00e9 objemy m\u00f4\u017eu obsahova\u0165 prach aj prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, \u010do zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje v\u00fdznam kontroly a <strong>zni\u017eovania t\u00fdchto emisi\u00ed v <\/strong>z\u00e1ujme ochrany \u013eudsk\u00e9ho zdravia a \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ak\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie s\u00fa potrebn\u00e9 na spracovanie prachu a VOC?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Existuje nieko\u013eko <strong>typov technol\u00f3gi\u00ed<\/strong> na spolo\u010dn\u00fa \u00fapravu prachu a prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). Tu s\u00fa niektor\u00e9 z nich, ktor\u00e9 sa \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adsorpcia na akt\u00edvnom uhl\u00ed  <\/h3>\n\n<p>Adsorp\u010dn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my s <strong>akt\u00edvnym uhl\u00edm s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby zachyt\u00e1vali prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky<\/strong> t\u00fdm, \u017ee ich prilepia na \u0161trukt\u00farovan\u00fd povrch akt\u00edvneho uhlia. Niektor\u00e9 biofiltry m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 vybaven\u00e9 aj filtra\u010dn\u00fdmi m\u00e9diami na <strong>zachyt\u00e1vanie \u010dast\u00edc pren\u00e1\u0161an\u00fdch vzduchom<\/strong>. Biofiltra\u010dn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 pri \u010disten\u00ed prachu aj VOC, ale m\u00f4\u017eu si vy\u017eadova\u0165 \u0161pecifick\u00e9 podmienky na udr\u017eanie aktivity mikroorganizmov.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 vybra\u0165 technol\u00f3giu pod\u013ea<strong>\u0161pecifick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed procesu<\/strong> a povahy zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok pr\u00edtomn\u00fdch v priemyseln\u00fdch emisi\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Odlu\u010dova\u010de prachu s filtr\u00e1ciou VOC<\/h2>\n\n<p>Odlu\u010dova\u010d prachu kombinuj\u00faci vreckov\u00e9 filtre a<strong>adsorpciu akt\u00edvnym uhl\u00edm<\/strong> sprac\u00fava prach aj prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny (VOC). Ide o integrovan\u00fd syst\u00e9m pracuj\u00faci v nieko\u013ek\u00fdch stup\u0148och \u010distenia. Tu je uveden\u00e9, ako tento typ zbera\u010da prachu funguje    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00e1za zachyt\u00e1vania prachu  <\/h3>\n\n<p>Syst\u00e9m sa za\u010d\u00edna filtrovan\u00edm \u010dast\u00edc pren\u00e1\u0161an\u00fdch vzduchom pomocou vreckov\u00fdch filtrov. <strong>Filtra\u010dn\u00e9 vreck\u00e1 s\u00fa spravidla vyroben\u00e9 z tkaniny<\/strong> alebo por\u00e9zneho materi\u00e1lu s otvormi s men\u0161\u00edm priemerom, ako je ve\u013ekos\u0165 \u010dast\u00edc vo v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynoch. Vzduch s prachom prech\u00e1dza cez filtra\u010dn\u00e9 vreck\u00e1, kde sa \u010dastice zachytia na povrchu alebo vo vl\u00e1knach materi\u00e1lu. Vzduch odfiltrovan\u00fd od prachu op\u00fa\u0161\u0165a vreckov\u00e9 filtre st\u00e1le s obsahom VOC.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00e1za zachyt\u00e1vania VOC  <\/h3>\n\n<p>Po <strong>prechode cez vreckov\u00e9 filtre<\/strong> smeruje vzduch filtrovan\u00fd od prachu k l\u00f4\u017eku s akt\u00edvnym uhl\u00edm alebo in\u00fdm adsorp\u010dn\u00fdm materi\u00e1lom. Tento materi\u00e1l zachyt\u00e1va molekuly VOC na svojom povrchu a p\u00f4sob\u00ed ako ak\u00e1si chemick\u00e1 \u0161pongia. Nakoniec sa vzduch pred vypusten\u00edm vy\u010dist\u00ed od <strong>prachu<\/strong> aj VOC.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00dadr\u017eba a servis spotrebi\u010da<\/h3>\n\n<p>Vreckov\u00e9 filtre sa musia <strong>pravidelne<\/strong> \u010disti\u0165 alebo <strong>vymie\u0148a\u0165, aby sa zachovala ich \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165<\/strong>.
