Zabezpe\u010denie efekt\u00edvnej prev\u00e1dzky a pred\u013a\u017eenie \u017eivotnosti tohto zariadenia je ot\u00e1zkou prevent\u00edvnej \u00fadr\u017eby. Odlu\u010dova\u010d prachu je najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou syst\u00e9mu na zachyt\u00e1vanie prachu. Aby sa zachovala dobr\u00e1 funk\u010dnos\u0165 odlu\u010dova\u010da prachu, je nevyhnutn\u00e9 <strong>pravidelne kontrolova\u0165 a udr\u017eiava\u0165 niektor\u00e9 jeho k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 \u010dasti<\/strong>. Je potrebn\u00e1 pravideln\u00e1 vizu\u00e1lna kontrola, aby sa zistili zn\u00e1mky opotrebovania, praskliny a po\u0161kodenie kon\u0161trukcie. Hromadenie prachu na elektr\u00f3dach zni\u017euje \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 odlu\u010dovania \u010dast\u00edc. Zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa oklep\u00e1vanie, sp\u00e4tn\u00e9 f\u00fakanie vzduchu, vstrekovanie stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu a um\u00fdvanie. Mali by sa skontrolova\u0165 ur\u010dit\u00e9 \u010dasti: kompresor (hladina oleja, vyp\u00fa\u0161\u0165ac\u00ed ventil, kazeta vzduchov\u00e9ho filtra at\u010f.), regul\u00e1tor tlaku, rozvodn\u00e9 potrubie stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu (skontrolujte, \u010di s\u00fa O-kr\u00fa\u017eky v dobrom stave), elektromagnetick\u00e9 ventily (\u00farove\u0148 opotrebovania, pr\u00edpadn\u00e9 zaseknutie), vstrekova\u010d (\u00farove\u0148 opotrebovania), <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/produits\/bras-dispositifs-captation\/capot-industriel\/\">sn\u00edma\u010de tlaku vzduchu<\/a>.
