Spracuje ve\u013ek\u00fd objem pra\u0161n\u00e9ho vzduchu bez oh\u013eadu na koncentr\u00e1ciu emitovan\u00e9ho prachu.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Naopak, invest\u00edcia do mobiln\u00e9ho zbera\u010da prachu je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou lok\u00e1lneho syst\u00e9mu zberu prachu. Jeho kapacita spracovania je zvy\u010dajne obmedzen\u00e1 na pracovisko. Jeho<strong> mobilita znamen\u00e1, \u017ee sa m\u00f4\u017ee pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 na r\u00f4znych miestach<\/strong>.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Ostatn\u00e9 zbera\u010de prachu sp\u013a\u0148aj\u00fa stredn\u00e9 potreby. Mobiln\u00fd zbera\u010d prachu m\u00f4\u017ee sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 aj nieko\u013ek\u00fdm pracovisk\u00e1m s\u00fa\u010dasne na stavenisku alebo v malej v\u00fdrobnej jednotke.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ke\u010f\u017ee existuje ve\u013ea pr\u00edpadov pou\u017eitia, budeme sa zaobera\u0165 krit\u00e9riami pre <strong>pevn\u00fa elektr\u00e1re\u0148 a mobiln\u00fd filter<\/strong>; na medzis\u00favislosti sa nebudeme pozera\u0165, preto\u017ee krit\u00e9ri\u00e1 sa nel\u00ed\u0161ia povahou, ale stup\u0148om.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00darove\u0148 a trvanie invest\u00edcie, proces n\u00e1kupu  <\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Obstaranie centralizovan\u00e9ho odpra\u0161ovacieho syst\u00e9mu <\/strong>si vy\u017eaduje zna\u010dn\u00e9 \u010dasov\u00e9 a finan\u010dn\u00e9 invest\u00edcie. Je to strategick\u00e1 invest\u00edcia, o ktorej mo\u017eno uva\u017eova\u0165 v ur\u010dit\u00fdch f\u00e1zach \u017eivotn\u00e9ho cyklu priemyseln\u00e9ho zariadenia: pri vytv\u00e1ran\u00ed ve\u013ekej \u0161pecializovanej v\u00fdrobnej jednotky, pri jej roz\u0161irovan\u00ed alebo pri prepracovan\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Invest\u00edcia do mobiln\u00e9ho zbera\u010da prachu je ove\u013ea ni\u017e\u0161ia.<strong> V obstar\u00e1vac\u00edch n\u00e1kladoch nie s\u00fa zahrnut\u00e9 \u017eiadne pr\u00e1ce na budove ani<\/strong> strata v\u00fdroby v d\u00f4sledku do\u010dasn\u00e9ho zastavenia v\u00fdroby kv\u00f4li in\u0161tal\u00e1cii. Centralizovan\u00fd syst\u00e9m odpr\u00e1\u0161enia je navrhnut\u00fd pre konkr\u00e9tny pr\u00edpad pou\u017eitia. Pl\u00e1nuje sa a vyr\u00e1ba pod\u013ea po\u017eiadaviek v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu v danom \u010dase. Ak\u00e1ko\u013evek<strong>zmena v konfigur\u00e1cii v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu<\/strong> (nov\u00fd stroj, nov\u00e9 miesto, roz\u0161\u00edrenie v\u00fdrobnej jednotky) vyvol\u00e1 zmenu konfigur\u00e1cie odpra\u0161ovacieho syst\u00e9mu (zmena ve\u013ekosti potrubnej siete, filtra). To m\u00f4\u017ee niekedy znamena\u0165 \u00fapln\u00fa obnovu invest\u00edcie, ak sa vo f\u00e1ze n\u00e1vrhu z <strong>rozpo\u010dtov\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov <\/strong> nezachovala modul\u00e1rnos\u0165 filtra\u010dn\u00e9ho modulu a variabilita ventil\u00e1cie.      <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Invest\u00edcia do mobiln\u00e9ho zbera\u010da prachu <\/strong>je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou strat\u00e9gie decentraliz\u00e1cie syst\u00e9mu zberu prachu. K tomu treba pripo\u010d\u00edta\u0165 \u010das potrebn\u00fd na vytvorenie komplexnej zbernej a potrubnej siete, ktor\u00e1 je potrebn\u00e1 na dodr\u017eanie \u0161tandardn\u00fdch r\u00fdchlost\u00ed ods\u00e1vania pri ka\u017edom zariaden\u00ed a r\u00fdchlost\u00ed prepravy zachyten\u00e9ho prachu.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>In\u0161tal\u00e1cia mobiln\u00e9ho odpra\u0161ova\u010da<\/strong> nezaber\u00e1 v\u00fdrobn\u00fd \u010das, preto\u017ee si nevy\u017eaduje do\u010dasn\u00e9 odstavenie v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. In\u0161tal\u00e1cia je tak\u00e1 jednoduch\u00e1 ako umiestnenie jednotky a jej pripojenie k elektrickej sieti a sieti stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu. Odpra\u0161ova\u010d sa umiest\u0148uje \u010do najbli\u017e\u0161ie k v\u00fdrobn\u00e9mu zariadeniu. Potrubie je zredukovan\u00e9 na minimum. Pri zmene<strong>in\u0161tal\u00e1cie pracoviska<\/strong> nevznikaj\u00fa \u017eiadne \u0165a\u017ekosti.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vplyv na konfigur\u00e1ciu v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho priestoru a v\u00fdber pevn\u00e9ho alebo mobiln\u00e9ho odlu\u010dova\u010da prachu<\/h3>\n\n<p>Ve\u013ekos\u0165 centr\u00e1lneho syst\u00e9mu zberu prachu je dan\u00e1 celkov\u00fdm objemom, ktor\u00fd zaberaj\u00fa <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/produits\/bras-dispositifs-captation\/capot-industriel\/\">zbern\u00e9 moduly<\/a>, sie\u0165 na prepravu prachu a<strong>centr\u00e1lna filtra\u010dn\u00e1 a rekupera\u010dn\u00e1 jednotka<\/strong>. Centr\u00e1lna filtra\u010dn\u00e1 jednotka zaber\u00e1 to\u013eko miesta, \u017ee sa \u010dasto uva\u017euje o jej vn\u00fatornom umiestnen\u00ed, a to bu\u010f v \u0161pecializovanej miestnosti, pri vonkaj\u0161ej stene vo vn\u00fatri v\u00fdrobnej jednotky, alebo na vonkaj\u0161om mieste. Umiestnenie odpra\u0161ovacej jednotky je kompromisom medzi konfigur\u00e1ciou v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho priestoru, vzdialenos\u0165ou medzi ods\u00e1vac\u00edmi zariadeniami a centr\u00e1lnym filtrom a ve\u013ekos\u0165ou potrubia. Pri umiestnen\u00ed potrubnej siete vo v\u00fdrobnom priestore sa mus\u00ed zoh\u013eadni\u0165 priestor potrebn\u00fd na z\u00e1sah do stroja v pr\u00edpade poruchy alebo <strong>premiestnenia stroja<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Mobiln\u00fd vys\u00e1va\u010d zaber\u00e1 v porovnan\u00ed s pevn\u00fdm vys\u00e1va\u010dom ve\u013emi m\u00e1lo miesta. Objem a mobilita jednotky znamen\u00e1, \u017ee ju mo\u017eno umiestni\u0165 v bl\u00edzkosti pracoviska alebo stroja. T\u00fdm sa eliminuj\u00fa probl\u00e9my s priestorom s\u00favisiace s potrubnou sie\u0165ou. Priestorov\u00e9 obmedzenia bud\u00fa lok\u00e1lne, spojen\u00e9 s: dostupn\u00fdm objemom medzi <strong>pracoviskom a pri\u013eahl\u00fdmi zariadeniami<\/strong>, zariaden\u00edm na zachyt\u00e1vanie prachu a jeho bl\u00edzkos\u0165ou k zdroju emisi\u00ed, r\u00f4znymi polohami pracovn\u00edka a jeho pohybmi pri pr\u00e1ci. Jednoduchos\u0165, s akou sa d\u00e1 s mobiln\u00fdm zariaden\u00edm na zachyt\u00e1vanie prachu man\u00e9vrova\u0165, je reakciou na tieto obmedzenia.      <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">kontinuita alebo diskontinuita v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho procesu pri v\u00fdbere centralizovan\u00e9ho alebo lok\u00e1lneho odstra\u0148ovania prachu<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Centr\u00e1lna filtra\u010dn\u00e1 jednotka <\/strong>vo v\u0161eobecnosti zodpoved\u00e1 potreb\u00e1m nepretr\u017eit\u00e9ho odpr\u00e1\u0161enia skupiny strojov, z ktor\u00fdch ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 svoj vlastn\u00fd \u0161pecifick\u00fd ods\u00e1vac\u00ed syst\u00e9m.
