Zaveden\u00edm syst\u00e9mov \u010distenia vzduchu prisp\u00f4soben\u00fdch ich \u0161pecifick\u00fdm potreb\u00e1m sa n\u00e1m podarilo v\u00fdrazne zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 emisie uh\u013eovod\u00edkov do okolit\u00e9ho ovzdu\u0161ia. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u017delezni\u010dn\u00fd sektor<\/p>\n\n<p>Pre n\u00e1\u0161ho <strong>z\u00e1kazn\u00edka, ktor\u00fd sa \u0161pecializuje na \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00fa dopravu,<\/strong> sme implementovali rie\u0161enie na zachyt\u00e1vanie prachu vr\u00e1tane syst\u00e9mu <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/produits\/traitement-cov\/filtre-atex-mobile-mobfan-4500\/\">Mobfan<\/a>, \u0161peci\u00e1lne navrhnut\u00e9ho na spracovanie z\u00e1pachu a prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). N\u00e1\u0161 z\u00e1kazn\u00edk bol <strong>s t\u00fdmto rie\u0161en\u00edm plne spokojn\u00fd<\/strong>, preto\u017ee viedlo k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu zn\u00ed\u017eeniu emisi\u00ed uh\u013eovod\u00edkov po\u010das v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho procesu nov\u00fdch dechtov v jeho diel\u0148ach.   <\/p>\n\n<p>V\u010faka na\u0161im z\u00e1sahom boli na\u0161i z\u00e1kazn\u00edci schopn\u00ed nielen<strong> dodr\u017eiava\u0165<\/strong> pr\u00edsne<strong> environment\u00e1lne predpisy<\/strong> t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa emisi\u00ed uh\u013eovod\u00edkov, ale aj zlep\u0161i\u0165 pracovn\u00e9 podmienky svojich zamestnancov vytvoren\u00edm zdrav\u0161ieho a bezpe\u010dnej\u0161ieho prostredia.<\/p>\n\n<p>T\u00e1to plodn\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ca s na\u0161imi z\u00e1kazn\u00edkmi, ktor\u00ed sa \u0161pecializuj\u00fa na \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00fa dopravu a v\u00fdrobu plastov\u00fdch dielov, dokazuje n\u00e1\u0161 <strong>z\u00e1v\u00e4zok k inov\u00e1ci\u00e1m a udr\u017eate\u013enosti<\/strong>. Sme hrd\u00ed na to, \u017ee m\u00f4\u017eeme prispieva\u0165 k zni\u017eovaniu vplyvu na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie a zlep\u0161ovaniu pracovn\u00fdch podmienok v tomto odvetv\u00ed t\u00fdm, \u017ee pon\u00fakame rie\u0161enia na mieru pre v\u00fdzvy v oblasti \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia a bezpe\u010dnosti a ochrany zdravia pri pr\u00e1ci. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Procesy v\u00fdroby uh\u013eovod\u00edkov v \u017eelezni\u010dnom sektore  <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 uh\u013eovod\u00edkov na konci priemyselnej pece <\/strong>je be\u017en\u00fdm javom v \u017eelezni\u010dnom priemysle po\u010das v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho procesu ur\u010dit\u00fdch \u0161pecifick\u00fdch \u010dast\u00ed. Priemyseln\u00e9 pece sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na zahrievanie, su\u0161enie, tvrdenie alebo polymeriz\u00e1ciu r\u00f4znych materi\u00e1lov vr\u00e1tane plastov a \u017eiv\u00edc, ktor\u00e9 sa \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa pri v\u00fdrobe komponentov pre vlaky a \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00e9 zariadenia. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ke\u010f s\u00fa tieto materi\u00e1ly vystaven\u00e9 vysok\u00fdm teplot\u00e1m v peci, m\u00f4\u017eu sa niektor\u00e9 molekuly uh\u013eovod\u00edkov <strong>uvo\u013e\u0148ova\u0165 vo forme plynov alebo p\u00e1r<\/strong>. Decht sa vo v\u0161eobecnosti vyr\u00e1ba destil\u00e1ciou ropy alebo in\u00fdch uh\u013eovod\u00edkov\u00fdch zdrojov. T\u00fdm sa predch\u00e1dza mo\u017en\u00fdm pokut\u00e1m a sankci\u00e1m spojen\u00fdm s <strong>nedodr\u017eiavan\u00edm environment\u00e1lnych noriem<\/strong>, \u010do posil\u0148uje zodpovednos\u0165 spolo\u010dnosti za \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie. <\/p>\n\n<p>Z h\u013eadiska imid\u017eu a reput\u00e1cie zna\u010dky pom\u00e1ha prijatie zodpovedn\u00fdch postupov spracovania uh\u013eovod\u00edkov zlep\u0161i\u0165 imid\u017e zna\u010dky.
