Klient n\u00e1s oslovil, aby sme sa zaoberali emisiami formaldehydu, ktor\u00e9 sa vyskytovali po\u010das jeho v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho procesu, konkr\u00e9tne pri lepen\u00ed hlin\u00edkovej f\u00f3lie. <\/p>\n\n<p>Formaldehyd je chemick\u00e1 l\u00e1tka, ktor\u00e1 je potenci\u00e1lne \u0161kodliv\u00e1 pre \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie a be\u017ene sa pou\u017e\u00edva v ur\u010dit\u00fdch priemyseln\u00fdch procesoch vr\u00e1tane lepenia hlin\u00edkovej f\u00f3lie na obaly.<\/p>\n\n<p>Na\u0161e <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/nasa-rada\/traitement-odeurs-industrielles\/\">odborn\u00e9 znalosti v oblasti \u010distenia vzduchu<\/a> n\u00e1m umo\u017enili navrhn\u00fa\u0165 a nain\u0161talova\u0165 2 zariadenia pozost\u00e1vaj\u00face z <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/produits\/traitement-cov\/aspiration-mobile-odeurs-epur-box\/\">ePURBOXu<\/a>, pri\u010dom ka\u017ed\u00e9 z nich bolo vybaven\u00e9 \u010fal\u0161ou ve\u013ekou kazetou s akt\u00edvnym uhl\u00edm. Toto rie\u0161enie vyroben\u00e9 na mieru \u00fa\u010dinne zachyt\u00e1va a eliminuje emisie formaldehydu priamo na stanici lepenia hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch f\u00f3li\u00ed. T\u00fdmto sp\u00f4sobom sme pomohli chr\u00e1ni\u0165 zdravie a bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 pracovn\u00edkov n\u00e1\u0161ho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka a z\u00e1rove\u0148 sme zabezpe\u010dili s\u00falad s platn\u00fdmi normami a predpismi.  <\/p>\n\n<p>V\u010faka n\u00e1\u0161mu <strong>individu\u00e1lnemu pr\u00edstupu<\/strong> a z\u00e1v\u00e4zku k dokonalosti v oblasti \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia sa n\u00e1\u0161mu z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi podarilo zlep\u0161i\u0165 kvalitu ovzdu\u0161ia v pracovnom prostred\u00ed, zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 zdravotn\u00e9 rizik\u00e1 pre zamestnancov a posilni\u0165 svoju <strong>spolo\u010densk\u00fa zodpovednos\u0165 za<\/strong> ochranu \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Proces, pri ktorom vznik\u00e1 formaldehyd, a jeho nebezpe\u010denstvo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"538\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/impression-emballage-aluminium-1024x538.jpg\" alt=\"potla&#x10D; hlin&#xED;kov&#xFD;ch obalov\" class=\"wp-image-26471\" style=\"width:304px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/impression-emballage-aluminium-1024x538.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/impression-emballage-aluminium-300x158.jpg 300w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/impression-emballage-aluminium-768x403.jpg 768w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/impression-emballage-aluminium.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong> Emisie formaldehydu<\/strong> po\u010das procesu lepenia hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch f\u00f3li\u00ed s\u00fa sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 najm\u00e4 pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm lepidiel alebo lepidiel obsahuj\u00facich formaldehydov\u00e9 \u017eivice (fenoplasty alebo fenolformaldehydov\u00e9 \u017eivice).<\/p>\n\n<p>Formaldehyd je prchav\u00e1 chemick\u00e1 zl\u00fa\u010denina, ktor\u00e1 sa pri izbovej teplote uvo\u013e\u0148uje ako plyn a pri<strong>aplik\u00e1cii lepidiel<\/strong> sa vyparuje do vzduchu.<\/p>\n\n<p>Formaldehyd sa be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edva v mnoh\u00fdch typoch lepidiel a adhez\u00edv kv\u00f4li jeho pri\u013enavosti a r\u00fdchloschn\u00facim vlastnostiam a pri v\u00fdrobe termosetov\u00fdch polym\u00e9rov. T\u00e1to <strong>l\u00e1tka<\/strong> v\u0161ak <strong>predstavuje riziko pre \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie,<\/strong> najm\u00e4 ak sa vdychuje vo ve\u013ek\u00fdch a dlhodob\u00fdch mno\u017estv\u00e1ch. <\/p>\n\n<p>Vdychovanie formaldehydu m\u00f4\u017ee sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 r\u00f4zne zdravotn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my vr\u00e1tane podr\u00e1\u017edenia d\u00fdchac\u00edch ciest, bolesti hlavy, nevo\u013enosti, probl\u00e9mov s d\u00fdchan\u00edm, alergick\u00fdch reakci\u00ed a podr\u00e1\u017edenia poko\u017eky. Okrem toho <strong>Medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e1 agent\u00fara pre v\u00fdskum rakoviny<\/strong> (IARC) klasifikuje formaldehyd ako CMR, o ktorej je zn\u00e1me, \u017ee sp\u00f4sobuje rakovinu u \u013eud\u00ed, \u010do znamen\u00e1, \u017ee chronick\u00e9 vystavenie tejto l\u00e1tke m\u00f4\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 riziko vzniku ur\u010dit\u00fdch typov rakoviny. <\/p>\n\n<p>Po\u010das procesu lepenia hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch f\u00f3li\u00ed sa m\u00f4\u017eu do okolit\u00e9ho ovzdu\u0161ia uvo\u013e\u0148ova\u0165 formaldehydov\u00e9 v\u00fdpary z pou\u017eit\u00fdch lepidiel alebo lepidiel, ako aj po\u010das su\u0161enia lepen\u00fdch f\u00f3li\u00ed. Tieto v\u00fdpary m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 pr\u00edtomn\u00e9 vo<strong>v\u00fdrobnej dielni a pracovn\u00edci ich m\u00f4\u017eu vdychova\u0165<\/strong>, \u010d\u00edm<strong>m\u00f4\u017eu<\/strong> by\u0165 vystaven\u00ed zdravotn\u00fdm rizik\u00e1m. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>V\u00fdhody spracovania formaldehydu v priemyselnom prostred\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"283\" height=\"225\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/formaldehyde.png\" alt=\"formaldehyd\" class=\"wp-image-26477\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Spracovanie formaldehydu v priemyselnom prostred\u00ed pon\u00faka nieko\u013eko d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdch v\u00fdhod. Po prv\u00e9, <strong>chr\u00e1ni zdravie pracovn\u00edkov<\/strong> t\u00fdm, \u017ee eliminuje alebo zni\u017euje emisie formaldehydu do okolit\u00e9ho ovzdu\u0161ia. T\u00fdm sa zni\u017euje riziko podr\u00e1\u017edenia d\u00fdchac\u00edch ciest, d\u00fdchac\u00edch probl\u00e9mov, alergick\u00fdch reakci\u00ed a v\u00e1\u017enej\u0161\u00edch zdravotn\u00fdch probl\u00e9mov spojen\u00fdch s touto potenci\u00e1lne \u0161kodlivou l\u00e1tkou.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Okrem toho<strong> \u00faprava formaldehydu<\/strong> pom\u00e1ha spolo\u010dnostiam dodr\u017eiava\u0165 pr\u00edsne predpisy t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa emisi\u00ed formaldehydu. Dodr\u017eiavan\u00edm environment\u00e1lnych a zdravotn\u00fdch noriem sa spolo\u010dnosti vyhn\u00fa pokut\u00e1m a sankci\u00e1m spojen\u00fdm s ich nedodr\u017eiavan\u00edm. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u010eal\u0161ou v\u00fdhodou \u00fapravy vzduchu je<strong>zlep\u0161enie kvality vzduchu<\/strong> v pracovnom prostred\u00ed. Zachyt\u00e1van\u00edm a odstra\u0148ovan\u00edm emisi\u00ed formaldehydu pom\u00e1ha vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 zdrav\u0161ie prostredie pre zamestnancov, zni\u017euje riziko bolest\u00ed hlavy, nevo\u013enosti a in\u00fdch pr\u00edznakov spojen\u00fdch so zlou kvalitou ovzdu\u0161ia. <\/p>\n\n<p>Okrem toho o\u0161etrenie formaldehydom pom\u00e1ha zni\u017eova\u0165 riziko chor\u00f4b z povolania spojen\u00fdch s touto l\u00e1tkou, ako je<strong>profesion\u00e1lna astma alebo podr\u00e1\u017edenie poko\u017eky<\/strong>. Eliminovan\u00edm nadmern\u00e9ho vystavenia formaldehydu pom\u00e1ha dlhodobo chr\u00e1ni\u0165 zdravie pracovn\u00edkov. <\/p>\n\n<p>Z h\u013eadiska imid\u017eu spolo\u010dnosti je prijatie zodpovedn\u00fdch postupov spracovania formaldehydu prejavom<strong>z\u00e1v\u00e4zku vo\u010di zdraviu a bezpe\u010dnosti zamestnancov<\/strong>, ako aj environment\u00e1lnej zodpovednosti.
