Boli sme po\u017eiadan\u00ed o pr\u00e1cu na komplexnom projekte: nain\u0161talova\u0165 132 st\u013apov na zachyt\u00e1vanie zdrojov nad ka\u017ed\u00fa sie\u0165otla\u010dov\u00fa stanicu a ka\u017ed\u00e9ho oper\u00e1tora. Hoci sa ich p\u00f4vodn\u00fd n\u00e1pad zdal s\u013eubn\u00fd, uk\u00e1zalo sa, \u017ee je ve\u013emi n\u00e1kladn\u00fd a energeticky mimoriadne n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd. Na\u0161\u0165astie, v spolo\u010dnosti Obera sme<a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/nasa-rada\/traitement-odeurs-industrielles\/\"> odborn\u00edci na \u010distenie priemyseln\u00fdch pachov a prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok <\/a>a mohli sme im pom\u00f4c\u0165 s ich komplexn\u00fdm projektom.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Na efekt\u00edvnej\u0161ie a hospod\u00e1rnej\u0161ie uspokojenie ich potrieb sme navrhli inovat\u00edvne rie\u0161enie: <strong>in\u0161tal\u00e1ciu 15 zariaden\u00ed epur50 vybaven\u00fdch kazetami s akt\u00edvnym uhl\u00edm<\/strong>. T\u00e1to vo\u013eba priniesla n\u00e1\u0161mu z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi mnoh\u00e9 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 v\u00fdhody. <\/p>\n\n<p>Po prv\u00e9, podarilo sa n\u00e1m zachova\u0165 celistvos\u0165 existuj\u00facej budovy a vyhn\u00fa\u0165 sa z\u00e1sadn\u00fdm \u00faprav\u00e1m, ktor\u00e9 by mohli ovplyvni\u0165 ich podnikanie. Navy\u0161e, <strong>v\u010faka pou\u017eitiu syst\u00e9mu epur50s<\/strong> nebola potrebn\u00e1 \u017eiadna n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 in\u0161tal\u00e1cia, \u010do umo\u017enilo realizova\u0165 projekt r\u00fdchlo a bez v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ieho naru\u0161enia. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"609\" height=\"811\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-photoroom.png-photoroom-edited.png\" alt=\"obr&#xE1;zok photoroom.png photoroom\" class=\"wp-image-26500\" style=\"width:182px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-photoroom.png-photoroom-edited.png 609w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-photoroom.png-photoroom-edited-225x300.png 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 609px) 100vw, 609px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Najv\u00fdraznej\u0161ie zlep\u0161enie sa prejavilo v spotrebe energie. V\u010faka v\u00fdkonu a \u00fa\u010dinnosti syst\u00e9mu epur50 sa n\u00e1m podarilo zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 celkov\u00fa spotrebu energie n\u00e1\u0161ho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka takmer o 90 %. T\u00e1to energetick\u00e1 optimaliz\u00e1cia viedla k <strong>zna\u010dn\u00fdm \u00faspor\u00e1m ich prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch n\u00e1kladov<\/strong> a z\u00e1rove\u0148 prispela k pozit\u00edvnej\u0161iemu vplyvu na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Nakoniec sa v\u00fdrazne zn\u00ed\u017eil po\u010diato\u010dn\u00fd investi\u010dn\u00fd rozpo\u010det projektu. T\u00fdm, \u017ee sa n\u00e1\u0161 z\u00e1kazn\u00edk rozhodol pre epur50, dok\u00e1zal zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na projekt p\u00e4\u0165n\u00e1sobne, pri\u010dom st\u00e1le dosiahol optim\u00e1lne v\u00fdsledky. <\/p>\n\n<p>T\u00e1to spolupr\u00e1ca s na\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1kazn\u00edkom, ktor\u00fd sa \u0161pecializuje na sie\u0165otla\u010d, bola \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e1. N\u00e1\u0161 inovat\u00edvny pr\u00edstup v kombin\u00e1cii s \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165ou na\u0161ich rie\u0161en\u00ed epur50 n\u00e1m umo\u017enil splni\u0165 ich \u0161pecifick\u00e9 potreby a z\u00e1rove\u0148<strong> pon\u00faknu\u0165 podstatn\u00e9 v\u00fdhody z<\/strong> h\u013eadiska jednoduchej in\u0161tal\u00e1cie, \u00faspory energie a kontroly rozpo\u010dtu. Sme hrd\u00ed na to, \u017ee sme prispeli k ich \u00faspechu a na\u010falej pon\u00fakame rie\u0161enia \u0161it\u00e9 na mieru priemyseln\u00fdm v\u00fdzvam na\u0161ich z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hlavn\u00e9 zdroje VOC pri sie\u0165otla\u010di<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Samotn\u00e1 sie\u0165otla\u010d sa v\u0161eobecne pova\u017euje za<strong> proces s n\u00edzkym obsahom prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok v<\/strong> porovnan\u00ed s in\u00fdmi tradi\u010dnej\u0161\u00edmi met\u00f3dami tla\u010de. V procese sie\u0165otla\u010de v\u0161ak st\u00e1le existuj\u00fa potenci\u00e1lne zdroje VOC, ktor\u00e9 s\u00favisia najm\u00e4 s pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm farieb, rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adiel a in\u00fdch chemik\u00e1li\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<p>Hlavn\u00e9 zdroje VOC pri sie\u0165otla\u010di s\u00fa tieto:<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Farby na b\u00e1ze rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adiel  <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Niektor\u00e9 farby pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 pri sie\u0165otla\u010di m\u00f4\u017eu <strong>obsahova\u0165 prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adl\u00e1<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 sa po\u010das su\u0161enia odparuj\u00fa do vzduchu. Prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny obsiahnut\u00e9 v t\u00fdchto rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adl\u00e1ch m\u00f4\u017eu prispieva\u0165 k tvorbe l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie a k zhor\u0161ovaniu kvality ovzdu\u0161ia v interi\u00e9ri. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u010cistiace prostriedky a riedidl\u00e1<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Chemick\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 na <strong>\u010distenie obrazoviek a n\u00e1strojov<\/strong>, ako aj riedidl\u00e1 pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 na \u00fapravu viskozity atramentov m\u00f4\u017eu tie\u017e <strong>emitova\u0165 VOC<\/strong>, ak sa s nimi manipuluje alebo sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa bez primeran\u00fdch bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fdch opatren\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sit\u00e1 a lepidl\u00e1  <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Niektor\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 pri v\u00fdrobe obrazoviek (napr\u00edklad lepidl\u00e1 alebo adhez\u00edva) <strong>m\u00f4\u017eu obsahova\u0165 VOC,<\/strong> ktor\u00e9 sa uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa pri zahrievan\u00ed alebo manipul\u00e1cii s nimi.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Choroby \u010dasto sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 kovmi pri sie\u0165otla\u010di<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny (VOC) pr\u00edtomn\u00e9 pri sie\u0165otla\u010di m\u00f4\u017eu prispieva\u0165 k tvorbe l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie a sp\u00f4sobova\u0165 <strong>zdravotn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my pracovn\u00edkom pri <\/strong>chronickom vystaven\u00ed vysok\u00fdm koncentr\u00e1ci\u00e1m. Tu s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 niektor\u00e9 be\u017en\u00e9 ochorenia spojen\u00e9 s VOC v sie\u0165otla\u010di: <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Podr\u00e1\u017edenie d\u00fdchac\u00edch ciest<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>LZO m\u00f4\u017eu <strong>sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 podr\u00e1\u017edenie d\u00fdchac\u00edch ciest<\/strong> s pr\u00edznakmi, ako je ka\u0161e\u013e, boles\u0165 hrdla, upchatie nosa a k\u00fdchanie.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Astma<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Dlhodob\u00e1 expoz\u00edcia VOC m\u00f4\u017ee u predisponovan\u00fdch os\u00f4b zhor\u0161i\u0165 pr\u00edznaky astmy. U pracovn\u00edkov trpiacich astmou m\u00f4\u017ee d\u00f4js\u0165 k <strong>zhor\u0161eniu pr\u00edznakov v pr\u00edtomnosti VOC<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Neurologick\u00e9 poruchy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Niektor\u00e9 prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky sa pova\u017euj\u00fa za neurotox\u00edny a m\u00f4\u017eu ovplyv\u0148ova\u0165 centr\u00e1lny nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m. Chronick\u00e9 vystavenie <strong>vysok\u00fdm hladin\u00e1m VOC<\/strong> m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 spojen\u00e9 s boles\u0165ami hlavy, z\u00e1vratmi, poruchami pam\u00e4ti a probl\u00e9mami s koncentr\u00e1ciou. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ko\u017en\u00e9 alergie  <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>U niektor\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed sa m\u00f4\u017eu <strong>po opakovanom vystaven\u00ed VOC<\/strong> pr\u00edtomn\u00fdch v atramentoch, rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adl\u00e1ch alebo chemik\u00e1li\u00e1ch pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch pri sie\u0165otla\u010di vyvin\u00fa\u0165 <strong>alergick\u00e9 ko\u017en\u00e9 reakcie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00da\u010dinky na pe\u010de\u0148 a obli\u010dky<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Niektor\u00e9 VOC m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 toxick\u00e9 pre pe\u010de\u0148 a obli\u010dky a v pr\u00edpade dlhodobej expoz\u00edcie a vysok\u00fdch koncentr\u00e1ci\u00ed m\u00f4\u017eu sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 po\u0161kodenie t\u00fdchto org\u00e1nov.<\/p>\n\n<p>Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 poznamena\u0165, \u017ee <strong>z\u00e1va\u017enos\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinkov na zdravie<\/strong> z\u00e1vis\u00ed od koncentr\u00e1cie VOC v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, trvania a frekvencie expoz\u00edcie a individu\u00e1lnej citlivosti. Zamestn\u00e1vatelia a pracovn\u00edci musia prija\u0165 prevent\u00edvne opatrenia na minimaliz\u00e1ciu expoz\u00edcie VOC a ochranu zdravia pracovn\u00edkov. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prevent\u00edvne opatrenia proti VOC pri sie\u0165otla\u010di<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"225\" height=\"225\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/picto-masque.jpg\" alt=\"maska picto\" class=\"wp-image-26488\" style=\"width:78px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/picto-masque.jpg 225w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/picto-masque-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Prevent\u00edvne opatrenia proti <strong>prchav\u00fdm organick\u00fdm zl\u00fa\u010denin\u00e1m (VOC)<\/strong> pri sie\u0165otla\u010di s\u00fa nevyhnutn\u00e9 na ochranu zdravia pracovn\u00edkov a minimaliz\u00e1ciu vplyvu na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm prv\u00fdm krokom je v\u00fdber farieb a chemik\u00e1li\u00ed s n\u00edzkym obsahom VOC alebo bez VOC. A napokon, \u0161kolenie pracovn\u00edkov o spr\u00e1vnych bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fdch postupoch a rizik\u00e1ch spojen\u00fdch s VOC je nevyhnutn\u00e9 na udr\u017eanie bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho a zdrav\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho prostredia. D\u00f4sledn\u00fdm uplat\u0148ovan\u00edm t\u00fdchto opatren\u00ed m\u00f4\u017eu spolo\u010dnosti zaoberaj\u00face sa sie\u0165otla\u010dou prispie\u0165 k zn\u00ed\u017eeniu expoz\u00edcie VOC a k zlep\u0161eniu zdravia a bezpe\u010dnosti svojich zamestnancov a z\u00e1rove\u0148 k <strong>ochrane \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>V\u00fdhody \u00fapravy vzduchu v odvetv\u00ed sie\u0165otla\u010de<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00daprava vzduchu v odvetv\u00ed sie\u0165otla\u010de pon\u00faka nieko\u013eko v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch v\u00fdhod. Po prv\u00e9, pom\u00e1ha<strong>zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 vystavenie pracovn\u00edkov prchav\u00fdm organick\u00fdm zl\u00fa\u010denin\u00e1m<\/strong> (VOC) pr\u00edtomn\u00fdm v pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch farb\u00e1ch a chemik\u00e1li\u00e1ch. Toto zn\u00ed\u017eenie expoz\u00edcie chr\u00e1ni zdravie pracovn\u00edkov t\u00fdm, \u017ee zabra\u0148uje probl\u00e9mom, ako je podr\u00e1\u017edenie d\u00fdchac\u00edch ciest, ko\u017en\u00e9 alergie a neurologick\u00e9 poruchy.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Zlep\u0161en\u00edm kvality vzduchu v interi\u00e9ri<strong> vytv\u00e1ra \u00faprava vzduchu<\/strong> zdrav\u0161ie<strong> pracovn\u00e9 prostredie<\/strong> a umo\u017e\u0148uje zamestnancom pracova\u0165 v pohodlnej\u0161\u00edch a produkt\u00edvnej\u0161\u00edch podmienkach. Prispieva tie\u017e k ich celkovej pohode a minimalizuje dlhodob\u00e9 zdravotn\u00e9 rizik\u00e1. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u010eal\u0161ou v\u00fdznamnou v\u00fdhodou \u00fapravy vzduchu je dodr\u017eiavanie environment\u00e1lnych predpisov t\u00fdkaj\u00facich <strong>sa emisi\u00ed VOC<\/strong>. VOC s\u00fa organick\u00e9 chemick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny, ktor\u00e9 sa pri izbovej teplote \u013eahko odparuj\u00fa a poch\u00e1dzaj\u00fa z<strong> r\u00f4znych zdrojov, ako s\u00fa rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adl\u00e1<\/strong>, \u010distiace prostriedky, farby, n\u00e1bytok a in\u00e9.
