N\u00e1\u0161 z\u00e1kazn\u00edk chcel n\u00e1js\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 rie\u0161enie na zn\u00ed\u017eenie t\u00fdchto emisi\u00ed pri dodr\u017ean\u00ed platn\u00fdch environment\u00e1lnych noriem. <\/p>\n\n<p>Na z\u00e1klade na\u0161ich odborn\u00fdch znalost\u00ed v oblasti<strong> \u010distenia vzduchu<\/strong> a zni\u017eovania emisi\u00ed zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok sme navrhli inovat\u00edvny pr\u00edstup prisp\u00f4soben\u00fd \u0161pecifick\u00fdm potreb\u00e1m z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. Na ich pracovisk\u00e1ch na odlievanie roztaven\u00e9ho kovu sme nain\u0161talovali <strong>mobiln\u00fd<\/strong> syst\u00e9m <strong>zberu prachu Dustomat 4-24<\/strong> s kazetami s akt\u00edvnym uhl\u00edm. <\/p>\n\n<p>Tento syst\u00e9m bol navrhnut\u00fd tak, aby zachyt\u00e1val a filtroval vyp\u00fa\u0161\u0165an\u00e9 prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny a zabezpe\u010dil tak lep\u0161iu kvalitu ovzdu\u0161ia na pracovisku. Odstr\u00e1nen\u00edm VOC pri zdroji sme nielen ochr\u00e1nili <strong>zdravie pracovn\u00edkov,<\/strong> ale pomohli sme aj zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 vplyv ich \u010dinnost\u00ed spojen\u00fdch s emisiami t\u00fdchto zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie. <strong>Odlu\u010dova\u010d prachu<\/strong> zasa filtruje prach oxidu kremi\u010dit\u00e9ho, ktor\u00fd sa dost\u00e1va do ovzdu\u0161ia po\u010das chladenia foriem zo zelen\u00e9ho piesku, a chr\u00e1ni akt\u00edvne uhlie, aby sa prachom pred\u010dasne nenas\u00fdtilo.  <\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00e1\u0161 z\u00e1kazn\u00edk nad\u0161ene prijal na\u0161e rie\u0161enie \u0161it\u00e9 na mieru a zaznamenal v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zlep\u0161enie pracovn\u00fdch podmienok a lep\u0161ie dodr\u017eiavanie platn\u00fdch noriem.<\/p>\n\n<p>T\u00e1to \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ca s <strong>na\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1kazn\u00edkom z oblasti zlievarenstva a obr\u00e1bania<\/strong> je pr\u00edkladom n\u00e1\u0161ho z\u00e1v\u00e4zku poskytova\u0165 inovat\u00edvne a efekt\u00edvne rie\u0161enia probl\u00e9mov v oblasti \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia a verejn\u00e9ho zdravia, ktor\u00fdm \u010delia priemyseln\u00e9 podniky. Sme hrd\u00ed na to, \u017ee sme mohli prispie\u0165 k ich \u00faspechu a z\u00e1rove\u0148 posilni\u0165 na\u0161e poslanie by\u0165 zodpovedn\u00fdm hr\u00e1\u010dom v oblasti<strong> spracovania priemyseln\u00fdch emisi\u00ed<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procesy, pri ktor\u00fdch vznikaj\u00fa prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny po\u010das odlievania roztaven\u00e9ho kovu v zlievarenskom\/metalurgickom sektore<\/h2>\n\n<p>Po\u010das <strong>odlievania roztaven\u00e9ho kovu v zlievar\u0148ach<\/strong> alebo oceliar\u0148ach m\u00f4\u017ee pri viacer\u00fdch procesoch vznika\u0165 prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny (VOC). Po\u010das odlievania a chladenia formy sa uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky a z\u00e1pach vo forme plynov a p\u00e1r. Formovac\u00ed piesok a jadr\u00e1 m\u00f4\u017eu obsahova\u0165<strong> organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny <\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 sa pri p\u00f4soben\u00ed tepla roztaven\u00e9ho kovu rozkladaj\u00fa, \u010do vedie k emisi\u00e1m prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok do ovzdu\u0161ia. Forma obsahuje zelen\u00fd piesok na b\u00e1ze pl\u00e1tkov. Tento piesok je aglomerovan\u00fd organick\u00fdmi alebo miner\u00e1lnymi spojivami (katalyz\u00e1tor, tvrdidlo, ur\u00fdch\u013eova\u010d tuhnutia at\u010f.) pridan\u00fdmi do piesku. Existuj\u00fa r\u00f4zne procesy na b\u00e1ze \u017eiv\u00edc, ktor\u00e9 pri zahrievan\u00ed piesku vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa VOC:<strong> fenolov\u00e9 \u017eivice, polyuret\u00e1nov\u00e9 \u017eivice, fenol\u00e1ty, fur\u00e1nov\u00e9 \u017eivice<\/strong>, alkydov\u00e9 \u017eivice at\u010f.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Pred odlievan\u00edm sa formy m\u00f4\u017eu odmasti\u0165, aby sa odstr\u00e1nili v\u0161etky stopy oleja alebo mastnoty. Rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adl\u00e1 pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 pri odmas\u0165ovan\u00ed m\u00f4\u017eu pri odparovan\u00ed uvo\u013e\u0148ova\u0165 prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Odmas\u0165ovanie foriem  <\/h3>\n\n<p>Pred odlievan\u00edm sa formy m\u00f4\u017eu odmasti\u0165, aby<strong> sa odstr\u00e1nili v\u0161etky stopy oleja alebo mastnoty<\/strong>. Rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adl\u00e1 pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 pri odmas\u0165ovan\u00ed m\u00f4\u017eu pri odparovan\u00ed uvo\u013e\u0148ova\u0165 prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u017diaruvzdorn\u00e9 oblo\u017eenia  <\/h3>\n\n<p>Niektor\u00e9 \u017eiaruvzdorn\u00e9 v\u00fdmurovky aplikovan\u00e9 na vn\u00fatorn\u00fa stranu foriem, aby odol\u00e1vali teplu, m\u00f4\u017eu <strong>obsahova\u0165 <\/strong>prchav\u00e9 <strong>organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny <\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 sa m\u00f4\u017eu uvo\u013e\u0148ova\u0165 pri liat\u00ed roztaven\u00e9ho kovu.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spa\u013eovanie plynov alebo pal\u00edv  <\/h3>\n\n<p>Pri niektor\u00fdch procesoch tavenia kovov sa ako zdroj tepla pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa plyny alebo paliv\u00e1. Pri spa\u013eovan\u00ed t\u00fdchto pal\u00edv m\u00f4\u017eu vznika\u0165 prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manipul\u00e1cia s roztaven\u00fdm kovom  <\/h3>\n\n<p>Pri manipul\u00e1cii s roztaven\u00fdm kovom a jeho pren\u00e1\u0161an\u00ed z jedn\u00e9ho miesta na druh\u00e9 sa v d\u00f4sledku reakcie medzi hor\u00facim kovom a okolit\u00fdm vzduchom m\u00f4\u017eu uvo\u013e\u0148ova\u0165 <strong>v\u00fdpary obsahuj\u00face najm\u00e4 mikro\u010dastice prachu<\/strong> a plyny.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00fdchle ochladzovanie roztaven\u00e9ho kovu  <\/h3>\n\n<p>R\u00fdchle ochladzovanie roztaven\u00e9ho kovu m\u00f4\u017ee <strong>vies\u0165 k tvorbe plynov\u00fdch v\u00fdparov<\/strong> pri kontakte s chladnej\u0161\u00edmi povrchmi.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tieto emisie v\u00fdparov, plynov a prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok m\u00f4\u017eu sp\u00f4sobova\u0165 obavy o zdravie pracovn\u00edkov a \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie. Na zn\u00ed\u017eenie vystavenia oper\u00e1torov je nevyhnutn\u00e9 zavies\u0165 prevent\u00edvne opatrenia, ako napr\u00edklad<strong>pou\u017e\u00edvanie syst\u00e9mov zachyt\u00e1vania<\/strong> a vetrania na obmedzenie emisi\u00ed pri zdroji a pou\u017e\u00edvanie materi\u00e1lov a procesov, ktor\u00e9 emituj\u00fa menej emisi\u00ed. Na minimaliz\u00e1ciu riz\u00edk pre zdravie pracovn\u00edkov vystaven\u00fdch prachu a VOC m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 potrebn\u00e9 aj pou\u017e\u00edvanie vhodn\u00fdch osobn\u00fdch ochrann\u00fdch prostriedkov (OOP).  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nebezpe\u010denstv\u00e1 s\u00favisiace s prchav\u00fdmi organick\u00fdmi zl\u00fa\u010deninami v odvetv\u00ed metalurgie\/zlievarenstva<\/h2>\n\n<p>V zlievarenskom a hutn\u00edckom priemysle m\u00f4\u017eu okrem prachu na b\u00e1ze kry\u0161talick\u00e9ho oxidu kremi\u010dit\u00e9ho, ktor\u00fd je v zlievar\u0148ach dobre zn\u00e1my, <strong>prispieva\u0165 k tvorbe atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok<\/strong> a sp\u00f4sobova\u0165 zdravotn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my pracovn\u00edkom, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa chronicky vystaven\u00ed vysok\u00fdm koncentr\u00e1ci\u00e1m prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). U <strong>pracovn\u00edkov trpiacich astmou<\/strong> m\u00f4\u017ee pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 VOC v pracovnom prostred\u00ed zhor\u0161i\u0165 ich pr\u00edznaky. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neurologick\u00e9 poruchy<\/h3>\n\n<p>Niektor\u00e9 prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky sa pova\u017euj\u00fa za neurotox\u00edny a m\u00f4\u017eu ovplyv\u0148ova\u0165 centr\u00e1lny nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m. Chronick\u00e9 vystavenie vysok\u00fdm hladin\u00e1m VOC m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 spojen\u00e9 s boles\u0165ami hlavy, z\u00e1vratmi, <strong>poruchami pam\u00e4ti<\/strong> a probl\u00e9mami s koncentr\u00e1ciou. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dermatit\u00edda  <\/h3>\n\n<p>U niektor\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed sa po opakovanom vystaven\u00ed VOC a chemik\u00e1li\u00e1m pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdm v zlievarenskom\/metalurgickom priemysle m\u00f4\u017eu vyvin\u00fa\u0165 alergick\u00e9 ko\u017en\u00e9 reakcie.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00da\u010dinky na pe\u010de\u0148 a obli\u010dky<\/h3>\n\n<p>Niektor\u00e9 VOC m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 toxick\u00e9 pre pe\u010de\u0148 a obli\u010dky a v pr\u00edpade dlhodobej expoz\u00edcie a vysok\u00fdch koncentr\u00e1ci\u00ed m\u00f4\u017eu sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 <strong>po\u0161kodenie t\u00fdchto org\u00e1nov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 poznamena\u0165, \u017ee<strong> z\u00e1va\u017enos\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinkov na zdravie<\/strong> z\u00e1vis\u00ed od koncentr\u00e1cie VOC v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, trvania a frekvencie expoz\u00edcie a individu\u00e1lnej citlivosti. Zamestn\u00e1vatelia a pracovn\u00edci musia prija\u0165 prevent\u00edvne opatrenia na minimaliz\u00e1ciu expoz\u00edcie VOC a ochranu zdravia pracovn\u00edkov. <\/p>\n\n<p>Prevent\u00edvne opatrenia m\u00f4\u017eu zah\u0155\u0148a\u0165 pou\u017e\u00edvanie uzavret\u00fdch pracovn\u00fdch procesov alebo syst\u00e9mov zachyt\u00e1vania na <strong>obmedzenie emisi\u00ed VOC<\/strong> a pou\u017e\u00edvanie vhodn\u00fdch osobn\u00fdch ochrann\u00fdch prostriedkov (OOP) pre pracovn\u00edkov vystaven\u00fdch VOC.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Je tie\u017e nevyhnutn\u00e9 zabezpe\u010di\u0165 primeran\u00e9 vetranie v pracovn\u00fdch priestoroch, aby sa zn\u00ed\u017eila koncentr\u00e1cia VOC vo vzduchu, a vy\u0161koli\u0165 pracovn\u00edkov o rizik\u00e1ch spojen\u00fdch s VOC a o spr\u00e1vnych bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fdch postupoch.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00ednosy \u00fapravy vzduchu v kovospracuj\u00facom\/zlievarenskom sektore<\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00daprava vzduchu v<strong> zlievarenskom a hutn\u00edckom sektore<\/strong> pon\u00faka nieko\u013eko v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch v\u00fdhod. Po prv\u00e9, v\u00fdrazne zni\u017euje emisie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a z\u00e1pachu, ktor\u00e9 vznikaj\u00fa pri v\u00fdrobe jadier a liat\u00ed roztaven\u00e9ho kovu. \u00da\u010dinn\u00fdm zachyt\u00e1van\u00edm a filtrovan\u00edm prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok pri zdroji pom\u00e1ha \u00faprava vzduchu zlep\u0161ova\u0165 kvalitu okolit\u00e9ho ovzdu\u0161ia v pracovn\u00fdch priestoroch.  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u010eal\u0161ou podstatnou v\u00fdhodou je <strong>ochrana zdravia pracovn\u00edkov<\/strong>. Zn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm vystavenia \u0161kodliv\u00fdm emisi\u00e1m predch\u00e1dza \u00faprava vzduchu zdravotn\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom, ako je podr\u00e1\u017edenie d\u00fdchac\u00edch ciest, ko\u017en\u00e9 alergie, neurologick\u00e9 poruchy a chronick\u00e9 d\u00fdchacie probl\u00e9my. Podporuje tie\u017e <strong>bezpe\u010dnej\u0161ie a zdrav\u0161ie pracovn\u00e9 prostredie pre<\/strong> zamestnancov, \u010d\u00edm prispieva k ich pohode a produktivite.  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u00daprava vzduchu m\u00f4\u017ee tie\u017e pom\u00f4c\u0165 zlievarensk\u00fdm a metalurgick\u00fdm spolo\u010dnostiam dodr\u017eiava\u0165 pr\u00edsne predpisy t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa emisi\u00ed VOC. Dodr\u017eiavan\u00edm t\u00fdchto noriem sa spolo\u010dnosti vyhn\u00fa <strong>mo\u017en\u00fdm sankci\u00e1m<\/strong> a posilnia svoj imid\u017e spolo\u010denskej a environment\u00e1lnej zodpovednosti. <\/p>\n\n<p>Z\u00e1verom mo\u017eno kon\u0161tatova\u0165, \u017ee \u00faprava vzduchu v zlievarenskom a hutn\u00edckom sektore prin\u00e1\u0161a zna\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdhody, od zn\u00ed\u017eenia emisi\u00ed VOC a\u017e po ochranu zdravia pracovn\u00edkov a zachovanie pracovn\u00e9ho prostredia.
