V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee syst\u00e9m nas\u00e1va hor\u00faci, such\u00fd vzduch pomocou ventil\u00e1tora. Vzduch potom prech\u00e1dza cez m\u00e9dium nasiaknut\u00e9 vodou zo z\u00e1sobn\u00edka jednotky, \u010d\u00edm sa zvlh\u010duje. Ke\u010f sa hor\u00faci vzduch dostane do kontaktu s t\u00fdmto vlhk\u00fdm m\u00e9diom, \u010das\u0165 vody sa odpar\u00ed. Odparovanie vody si vy\u017eaduje energiu na rozbitie vod\u00edkov\u00fdch v\u00e4zieb medzi molekulami vody. Jeho \u010disto mechanick\u00e9 p\u00f4sobenie vytv\u00e1ra pr\u00fadenie vzduchu, ktor\u00e9 zlep\u0161uje pocit svie\u017eosti t\u00fdm, \u017ee <strong>ur\u00fdch\u013euje odparovanie potu z poko\u017eky<\/strong>. Nem\u00e1 teda \u017eiadny vplyv na teplo alebo vlhkos\u0165 vzduchu v miestnosti, \u010do obmedzuje jeho \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 v priemyselnom prostred\u00ed, kde je intenz\u00edvne teplo a stagnuj\u00faci vzduch.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Priemyseln\u00e9 klimatiza\u010dn\u00e9 zariadenia vy\u017eaduj\u00fa pou\u017e\u00edvanie chlad\u00edv, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu ma\u0165 vplyv na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie a <strong>spotreb\u00favaj\u00fa ve\u013ea energie,<\/strong> najm\u00e4 pri vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch vonkaj\u0161\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch. Ak sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa intenz\u00edvne, je potrebn\u00e1 pravideln\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eba na zabezpe\u010denie ich spr\u00e1vneho fungovania, najm\u00e4 kontrola spr\u00e1vneho fungovania odparovac\u00edch syst\u00e9mov. Filtre by sa mali pravidelne \u010disti\u0165 a vodn\u00e9 n\u00e1dr\u017ee by sa mali kontrolova\u0165, aby sa zabr\u00e1nilo tvorbe plesn\u00ed alebo usaden\u00edn. V\u010faka<strong>absencii kompresorov a chlad\u00edv<\/strong> s\u00fa tieto spotrebi\u010de menej n\u00e1chyln\u00e9 na zlo\u017eit\u00e9 poruchy.
